Best Window Screen Installation And Replacement… in Phoenix AZ

Had I realized what a great, easy and reasonably priced experience this was going to be,working with someone like John at Imperial, I wouldn't have waited so long to do it.  The whole process was fantastic! He helped me decide what percentage of screens (for example 80% or 90%) on each of my windows at different exposures on my entire house.  He replaced everything and even the back siding patio screen. He was professional and timely and finished exactly when he said he would and even coordinated with me to install the screens when I was working.  He also filled out all the paperwork for me to receive the SRP rebate.  John and Imperial were exceptional!

Please DO NOT reference my previous review! Since then, the owner of the company,Sal, has corrected any negative issues I've had
with the companies performance.  By correcting any and all problems himself, he restored confidence and renewed my faith in using his company's services in the future.

Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Working with dependable glass is great! The ladies in the office are great and always helpful! Thanks Michelle, Silvia, Kristen and Teagan are all so great to work with, on top of it and super kind! Techs are great and super knowledgeable.

10/28/22 Apodaca's glass gave me a quote for a window repair.
They charged me a deposit of 50% to set the appointment. On 11/17/22 they came out and completed the work... turns out they had given me an incomplete quote for the window. The tech they sent out didn't have the common sense to bring it up and instead installed brand new glass on a broken frame.
They called me the next day to ask for the rest of the payment and I explained that the work they did was not acceptable and they assured me they'd send someone out to quote me for the complete repair. We set an appointment for a few days later.
To no one's surprise, the tech did not show up to quote me. I decided it wasn't worth my time and left it at that.
MONTHS later, some dude calls me trying to collect the other half of the payment. I explain to him the whole situation, and he apologized and said they would have someone out to complete the quote this time, we set an appointment, and someone actually came out, but their terrible service doesn't stop there.
For the next few weeks, I had people from Apodacas calling me, asking me when I would like to schedule the appointment. I told every single person that called me that I never received a quote. Every single person I spoke to confirmed my email and phone number and then told me they would get it sent out.
The last person I spoke to was a lady a few weeks ago asking me the same exact thing. I once again reiterated that nobody has sent me a quote and explained to her the situation. she apologized and said that she was going to reach out to management and see if they could cover the work because of the inconvenience.
As I mentioned before this was weeks ago. I have had no email or phone communication and at this point, I never want to hear from them again.
I am only here to warn people not to waste their time and money on this company.

Abraham did a great job replacing the non-standard size double pane glass in on of our French doors.  He made three trips out to Carefree to provide us with his estimate, get exact measurements for the glass order, and finally for the installation.  His estimate was very reasonable and he kept us informed of his progress all the way through the process.  I would definitely call Golden Glass and Glazing again for any future glass work I might need.

From start to finish this company was EXCELLENT!! I loved looking at my shower door opinions at their showroom and we got to meet the owners!! We like to support local small businesses in our community and their customer service was awesome!! Josh and James installed the shower door and they did such a great job and were so pleasant!! So happy with our shower door and we will refer our family and friends to this company!!

This company is a great company to work with, they did what they said they were going to do and the price was right on point. The company kept in contact with phone calls during scheduling and their workers called me on the way to my house. I appreciate that in this day and age, communication is everything! We moved into a new home with a big office space but also a big open space with no doors. We contacted Southwest door and sash and they came out quickly even during the pandemic measured and gave us a price the same day. They told us that there  would be a delay because of supplies which we totally understood and everybody was going through the same dilemma. The installer came and he was fantastic he walked us through step-by-step what he was doing - our doors are beautiful - we get so many compliments.  Opaque glass  with white wood frame - it's a huge space but they made it look like I t's original to the house!     Thank so much for a great job - highly recommended!

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Chuck is the best! Not only did he show up and give me a very competitive price on screens for two of my rental properties, he was very professional and was able to get the job done ahead of schedule on both properties! A pigeon flew into my window and broke it, which was a disappointment for both me and the (now dead) pigeon. Luckily, Jackson Glass was able to come out and give me an estimate the same day I called and I had the glass replaced within the week (and without having to get a new window entirely). Their prices were reasonable. They provided great service and have a very knowledgeable, responsive team!

They cut the wrong glass the first time. Little mix up in the order but they went above and beyond to get me my replacement glass ASAP. Had a hard time finding a lid for an aquarium odd size. Very happy with the results.
