Dwayne was absolutely amazing. My glass door cracked over the weekend and he came out on Sunday the next day, boarded it up and removed the glass for no extra charge. He ordered my glass and a new screen door and had it installed within a week and a half. I absolutely recommend him to anyone. His prices are the best in the valley and he doesn't charge extra fees for removal.

Did a great job on two very different projects.  

1)  Screens for the downstairs windows to keep out more sun.  Look great, work as promised.  My office feels a lot more open today.

2) we swapped out the classic closet doors for full door-mirrors in my wife's exercise room.  Now she has mirrors on four walls!

James & Johhny B. were professions, tidy, and were very easy to work around our at-home work & school schedules.  Will use this team again for our next projects!

I needed some doors replaced after a tenant kicked down a few of them at a rental. After calling around to multiple door stores I discovered that most door stores are unwilling to do the mill work on the doors and that it would take weeks to get the doors in. I called A thru z doors and was immediately impressed by the owner. He told me he could do the mill work for me as well no problem. In less then a week I had the new doors with the correct milling done. I'd definitely recommend going here. He also does locks and safes among other hardware things.

Matt provides same day service (within a few hours) for an old window that was falling apart.  He was honest, polite and professional.

Jason was extremely helpful!!! I called another nearby glass company for assistance with an art project and I didn't get near the kind of customer support that I did with Jason at Econ Windows. I purchased a 12 X 36 window to replace an old aluminum window above our shower.  They told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get the window.  After 3 weeks I was contacted and they told me that it would be installed on Friday, 9/23.  The office manager, Kelli told me the installer would be there about 10:30 am.  I waited until 2:50 pm, when Kelli called and said their installer got tied up.  She asked if they could reschedule for the following Thursday or Friday.  I told her I had an appointment on Thursday, but Friday worked well.  She told me I would be first on his list.  On Wednesday I got an email to call Kelli.  I phoned her and she asked if their installer could come on Thursday, 9/29.  I explained that my appointment had been rescheduled and I was available on Thursday.  I asked if I would be first on his list? Kelli said yes, that he needed to pick up some doors but should be at my house by 10:30 am.  On Thursday I waited until 1:10 pm, without the installer showing up.  I called the office and got their voicemail.  I left a message that their installer had not showed, and requested she call me back.  I got no return call.  At 4 pm I called again and got their message machine again.  I again told them that their installer had not arrived and requested a call back.  Again, no return call.  
On Friday 9/30 at 8:45 am their installer arrived.  He replaced the window and left.  I went to their office to pay the balance.  Kelli handled the transaction without any word of the previous day's messages.
It appears that if you have a small order, you are put in limbo.  Common courtesy would be to call me back and explain the situation.

David went the extra step to make sure the job was completed and met my expectations.

100% happy with this company and Mariano's excellent customer service. I had 4 different window companies visit my home for a quote. Very competitive pricing, plenty of options and Mariano is amazing. I never felt pressured, he answered all of my (many) questions... even weeks (maybe months) later when I was still having trouble deciding. Communication with this company and their staff is superb. Installation was completed on time. The crew who completed the project were clean and respectful of my home. Absolutely happy with my new windows and decision to work with this company. Definitely recommend.

They answered their phones when I called, they showed up to all their appointments on time, and they installed the most beautiful shower door in my custom luxury home in Goodyear Arizona. I do like to shop around, and I do like to enjoy my building projects, as well as make them go smoothly. I install my own windows, so I cannot speak to their install process, however, this is my second,
no-fuss purchase through Low-E windows, both delivered on-site, and I'm very happy with the result.

These guys are awesome. They replaced the rollers, put a new cap on the slider, and now my door slides just using my pinky finger.  They really care and it shows.  They showed up when promised.  They will be getting all my future business.

The guys who put in my shower glass were amazing. They were super sweet to my dogs and went above and beyond when installing my shower wall. I wasn't fully prepared for the install and they offered to help in order to get the glass installed that day. It went super fast, I was so grateful.

Evan at Glasstopia installed French doors at our home and it was perfect.

We received bids from multiple other companies and it was tough.  High pressure sales, extremely high prices, and everything you hate in a sales process with no transparency.  

Glasstopia's quotes were 60-80% less than competitors.  It was so drastic it honestly had me concerned that there was a miscommunication.  As I learned more about the process, these major door/window companies are just marked up so dramatically for the services.  This is illustrated by their willingness to do 40% off specials, and even with these were still nearly 3-4x higher than Glasstopia.

So the result?  Amazing.  Evan helped us pick out the door and hardware and was in our home installing it within 2 weeks.  The final product is perfect and exactly what we wanted.  The door looks great and operates perfectly.  Evan was service-oriented and kept us updated throughout the process.

If you did door and window work and don't have an estimate or conversation with Glasstopia then you made a huge mistake.  This is a business I cannot wait to refer to others because it was so different than every other company we worked with in service, value, and transparency.

After Pella's social media team contacted me that their customer support department would be in contact with me in regards to this review I still haven't heard from them. It's been more than 2 weeks. I have a feeling they no longer care about you once they have your deposit.

He is very nice. But, when we paid him for glass for our tables. He tookour money and never performed the work.Do NOT use! He is not an honest person.
