I searched through Yelp to find a roofing company to fix the leak in my roof.  Az Roofing systems was the first to reply.  I exchanged information with them and got a call from Mike Fuller.  It was a Friday, so he asked if we could schedule for the following week, which was fine with me.  After some miscommunication, Mike came out and went above and beyond what I expected from any company.  This is the type of company I wish I could always work with.  Their care and sincere concern for my problem were
very much appreciated, and NO LEAKS!

I've an 18 year old tile roof that has been giving me grief so I decided to just bite the bullet and get it rehabbed.  Glad I did - even though I thought I had all of the leaks fixed, there were a couple of patches of wet wood when the underlayment came off.  I got this done just in time.

I got three quotes, two similar, one WAAAAAY out of line - L&R's was the best price by around a 12% margin.  That is significant.

Louis (the owner) called me to see if I had questions.  I did, he answered them, and I immediately put 50% down on a credit card on a link they sent with the quote (they charge no uplift for credit cards.)

They just finished up the work today, and they even fixed a small problem on my flat urethane roof (not in the tile roof quote) at no charge.  Can you beat that???

Management was pleasant and the work crew were polite.  The crew mostly did not speak English, but that is par for the course.  They were friendly and most polite.  Victor, the foreman, was a real mensch.

I'll have them back out here in a couple of years to re-top my urethane flat roof.

This went so well that I will never again need to search for a roofing contractor.

From me?  That is high praise, indeed, as I am a most particular SOB.

Ok, if you're tired of contractors not showing up, call SF Roofing. This company came out in the rain, climbed up on the roof, did some clean up and didn't try selling a thing that wasn't necessary. Fantastic pricing, prompt and professional. And, bonus, ladies, they don't talk to women like they're brainless!

Brown Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. We had the underlayment replaced, the facia repaired and the patio roof repaired. It was repaired on time, on budget and best of all, it was high quality work.

Craig Brown was great to work with. He explained everything that they were going to do in way that was easy to understand. He & his crew did everything that they said they were going to do, which is exactly what you want in a contractor. I would highly recommend Brown Roofing to anyone who needed roof repairs.

Buyer beware. I have threatening emails, threatening texts and several witnesses to threatening actions. Reminds me of mob mentality

Although they didn't do the work on my house, I wanted to write this review on how professional and customer service oriented this company is. Ryan called me and left me a 2 minute message explaining how sorry he was that he didn't service my area in Goodyear. All i can say is WOW! I wish more people cared about customers like they do. He didn't have to go to the extreme that he did, but did anyway. Just wanted to write a quick review acknowledging MY experience.

They were very quick to respond to my request to have somebody come out and look at my roof as well as very quick and responsive to get me my quote. It was a difficult decision for me to make but unfortunately I didn't get to use them due to the cost, but highly recommend them even though I didn't have the opportunity to use them.

Advance quality roofing was amazing. They came out the day I made contact to tarp the leaky part of my roof as the storm would hit again that evening. They did a roof for me 26 months ago. It cost $11,500 and was supposed to have a 5 year warranty.

26 months latter you can see the foam through the elastomeric coating and they won't do anything about it! Won't even call me back!

Stay Away!!

We've used them twice in the past 6 months-once for our house and once for our rental. Our property manager was so impressed with his prices and work he used him for his house too. Between discovering the leak and the roof being repaired it was about a week and a half. Use these guys-you won't be sorry

I highly recommend Anderson Roofing and Repair! Here is my experience: I had four bids from recommended roofing companies for a completely new roof as our home still had the original builder supplied roof and after 21 years; it was time. I selected Anderson Roofing and Repair after seeing their work on a neighbors home. I have a good friend that owns a roof repair company as my superintendent. He was hired to make sure that I was getting the quality that I expected. His comment to me after visiting the work site Bob, this roof will outlast the both of us! They have done very quality work and I trust these guys to do my own home. Their crew is very efficient and work well together, very thorough This is pretty high praise from a roofing company owner who is semi-retired and is hard to please. Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.

Our neighbor referred us to these guys and I'm so glad they did. I can't say enough about Ron and his crew.  From start to completion they had an amazing work ethic and were diligent about cleaning up after each day. The workmanship is wonderful and we are very happy with them and the result!
