I had a couple light fixtures and a fan taken down along with a chandelier and new light fixture put up.

The two gentlemen that came were very polite and knowledgeable.  One spoke English well and the helper did not, but that did not matter.  They were friendly, arrived early and did excellent work.  They laid out a sheet to make sure they didn't make a mess.  With the chandelier, they made sure they got the height correct.  My dimmer was busted, so they swapped out the dimmer for a light switch for me too.  Excellent service.  I would definitely use them again.  It is hard to find people in Dallas that are prompt and do have good service.  I am a very hard to please customer and these guys were excellent!

Fast. Excellent work. Best electricians. In a class of their own! This is the only company I let touch my electrical work. I refer them to all my clients, friends and family and everyone is amazed at the quality and quantity of work they can do.

I have contracted Enoch every time I've needed any electrical and HVAC work over the last 3 years and they have always done a phenomenal job. This last time, I had Esteban change out a bunch old electrical at my house. He arrived early, completed the work in record time, and was one of the nicest contractors I've encountered. Thank you, Enoch Electric & Air!  I'm referring you to my brother. Tim. He needs some electrical work done at his place in Dallas.

Needed a meter base replaced due to a storm.  Was willing to pay a premium to get it done.  I figured 2500 would be high but I would go with it to get me tenant back in working order.  Long sent an estimate for 3900 and said that it would have to be paid in full prior to the job being started.  I have never heard of such nonsense.  I ended up using BakerBrothers.  Job was completed in one day at $1500.  Less than half the price of Long Electric.  The did not ask for a final payment until the job was passed via the city.  Beware of LONG HEAT AND AIR.  Go with BakerBrothers or anyone else.

I came home from work last week to a house without AC, temperatures hitting the 90s and extremely muggy inside.  There was no way we were staying in that house all night with my 11 month old baby and dogs.  I was either getting us all a hotel room, or with any luck, track down an HVAC company in short notice.  I called 10 different companies (all highly rated on yelp) and left detailed voicemails.  Kevin, the owner of TX Star Srvs, was the ONLY company to return my call.  Not only did he return my call, he did so within 25 minutes of my call, and arrived at my house 30 minutes after that.  TALK ABOUT A+ AFTER-HOURS SERVICE!  He was very pleasant, professional, and understanding of my plight, having kids himself, he knew that there would be no way a baby could sleep in our house that night.

In ~45 minutes, he had the problem diagnosed, FIXED, and the AC blasting again.  I knew that I would have to pay extra for the after-hours emergency AC house-visit, but I think it was a fair price at the end of it, and definitely worth every penny.  I highly recommend this company! (side note... my bro-in-law is also in HVAC, he agreed that Kevin charged a fair price.)

When I called I spoke to Glenn. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout our phone conversation. Glenn educated me about my electrical issues and he gave me options on how to go about fixing it. I liked how he gave me alternative options as what needed to get fixed was going to be pretty expensive. Glenn didn't just give me his highest price/estimate which I really valued. You figure Companies these days just want to take your money. I highly recommend calling Allstars Electric Heating & Air- Glenn will give you a very fair estimate. He's very knowledgeable and will walk you through what needs to get done. As well as give you other options that might not be as costly. I was very pleased with their services.

First, I called at nearly 1p today, so of course they scheduled me for the following day. With an added opportunity to be called back today if there were any other scheduling changes with others. As luck would have it I did get a call from Hightower about an opening in 30 minutes or so of that call. Completely delighted with this opportunity and Nick showed up in 20 minutes or so. Got right to work immediately. He checked our equipment both inside & out then took care of our issues in about an hour. Hightower has always treated us right and have been honest about the repair process. Highly recommend this company.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Where to start.  This company was the first one I called out of several that actually answered the phone.  I told Michael what I was wanting to have done and he meet me that evening when I got home from work to give an estimate. The job was scheduled and on that day two Bruton Electric vans showed up with 3 guys and the work was completed in the timeframe discussed.  Had up lights installed in 3 areas of the front of the house, two electric runs to our trees in the yard, back yard house lights installed, photo sensor installed and several new switches to run all of the new lights features.  Nothing was half done, rigged or not discussed.  Very professional, cleaned up after themselves and follow up with us in the coming days. This company comes to you extremely highly recommended.

I called the consumers friend to schedule a simple maint. job on my water heater,,I female took down my information then after several minutes in a condescending voice told me Oh no we wouldn't even work on that brand,,I replied that she would be happy to sell me a new one on course,,that ended the conversation,,these people need to be a bit more honest and less stupid in their endless commercials,

If you don't know anything about your air conditioning system these people will tell you you need 10,000 worth of upgrades. I hired them to come out and clean my AC coils and do a tune up only because I have young children and time is limited. After a 7pm arrival, while I'm trying to put my 6 month old to sleep, the tech shuts off both units to clean and do testing which I begrudgingly agreed (because I had been waiting for the appointment all afternoon) to as it was 102 outside and therefore would be burning up upstairs in minutes. He checks out the system and cleans the outdoor units. My expectation of clean is to remove the outer shroud, use a cleaner degreaser, then spray the units down to really clean them. For 160.00 dollars I was willing to let someone else do it. He got out a hose, no cleaner, sprayed them for 5 minutes. When I questioned him he said removing the outer shroud wasn't necessary and neither was using cleaner, it doesn't do anything. Right. He then proceeded to make his recommendations ex install UV lights for 1100.00 EACH unit, along with some other upgrades totaling 6000.00 I believe. For a DIYer a UV sterilizer is 55.00 on amazon and I installed it in 15 minutes max. Prepare to bend over if you have them do any work on your home. I am personally horrified by their sales tactics and audacity of their pricing only because I know this works on some people who don't know better. I didn't even read other reviews but a 2.5 average says enough. Buyer beware.

Professional and on time. Atijuan, the technician, was right on time. He explained everything he was going to do at each step of the process. There were no surprises with his work or with the bill. He even vacuumed up when he was done!

The absolute worst. 100% Ripoffs. Don't walk but run from them Twice the price as the others.
