Best Electric Furnace Repair in Dallas TX
Don't be fooled by the reviews here like I was, working with Rescue Air has been awful. Three times we've called on them for repairs to our HVAC system, and all three times they've not only failed to fix the issues they were contracted to do, they've caused several others. Simply put, their workmanship is rushed and is shoddy and their pricing is significantly higher than other companies who do the same thing. I'm willing to pay a premium for good service and products, but paying outrageous prices for bad workmanship and a worse experience is one mistake I will not be making again. If you have the choice to work with any other company, do it.

Earlier this year we had issues with our furnace going out. A repair technician came out to fix it, but it continued going out after he had left. A second company came out to asses it and realized that they had simply not put the door back on properly which was causing the issue. Simple solution, but overlooked by Rescue Air.
More recently, we called them to perform annual maintenance on our AC units which are admittedly old. They assured us that their repairs would make our system work better but couldn't guarantee for how long. It turned out to be less than 8 hours. That night, our motor died causing our house to get up to 80 degrees inside. Seems odd that a technician comes out to make repairs and then everything falls apart, right? Highly suspicious timing.
They then sent out a second technician to reassess the damage. For $4,000 they could fix it again but wouldn't guarantee a timeline. At a minimum they recommended blowing out the pans so they wouldn't overflow and cause even more issues. I came home to find that they had blown the pans out with such force that it destroyed the pipes in the secondary drain which happens to be in my kid's bathroom. Now we're hiring a plumber to fix the damage they caused.
The problem with Rescue Air is that it's all a facade. They have a great website, great marketing, they're high tech, and the people seem nice. But at the end of the day their workmanship is poor and the experience of working with them has been abysmal. Don't be like me and fall for the good reviews that they demand of their customers, save yourself the money and the headaches and find another vendor who will give you the care you deserve and pricing that won't hurt your pocketbook.
TLDR: Their reviews are great, but don't be fooled by the good marketing. They're expensive, their workmanship is shoddy, and the overall experience is not good.

James and Cameron arrived on time and were very courteous and professional.
They did a great job at repairing and/or addressing our multiple plumbing concerns. I was very happy with the work completed and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a dependable and reliable plumbing service. Thank you for your excellent customer service! You guys are awesome.

Had a toilet leaking from the seal for a while and it eventually ruined the flange. Sure I could have repaired it myself for a fraction of what it cost to pay a plumber, but I have a bad back, so I decided I'd rather pay someone else to do it. I know plumbers aren't cheap, but it is what it is. Called Dial One Johnson to do the job. Everything went smooth. They answer the phones quickly, scheduling was flexible, they showed up promptly, they were professional and safe (wore masks and advised they were vaccinated), they worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Total for toilet and flange was 885. Expensive, but I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely use them again.

Our a/c stopped working sometime last night. I called first thing in the morning and had a technician (James) at my house within an hour. James did a great job for us. He quickly troubleshot the problem to a burnt blower motor. He called to find the part and verified the motor was still under warranty. Within 3 hours, everything was fixed and the house was cooling off. I've used a few different HVAC companies in the past and none remotely measured up to this standard. I will gladly recommend this company to all my friends!

Excellent work! I've had Jeff install kitchen faucets, refrigerator ice maker water line and water filters at a couple of houses. Very professional work at reasonable prices. Rare to find a professional who takes personal pride in his work and provides honest assessment of the work required.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Our kitchen sink stopped draining over the weekend. So I reached out to a few via Yelp's Request a Quote feature, and billyGo immediately responded, directing me to their website, where I could make a same-day appointment.
Matthew was our technician. He was professional and friendly and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly from just our conversation. He said it sounded like the clog was further down the line, and after he investigated the issue, he was right.
I recommend billyGo to anyone looking for a plumber who needs same-day service. They're affordable; there are no hidden fees, and their professionalism is beyond compare.
My husband was so impressed he said, Save their number so we can all them for the next time.

When we saw water running down the driveway on a Saturday afternoon, we knew there was trouble. A neighbor had (a different) plumber at their home who was kind enough to come over and help us get the water shut off at the street. But his dispatch team couldn't get anyone out until Monday afternoon. I called KMP and crossed my fingers.
While Henry couldn't make it out Saturday, he was at my house at 8 am on Sunday morning. I provided the fresh coffee and he provided a best-case solution for a broken pipe --- not under my slab and not under my driveway. No jackhammers! It was in the flowerbed, but he didn't even have to dig up any of my bushes. I was fully expecting a $1500 invoice (weekend emergency service) but was pleasantly surprised. It's never a convenient time to have a plumbing issue, but Henry and KMP made a bad situation much more tolerable.

We called Baker Brothers to fix three leaky faucets and attach the water line to our ice maker. The estimate started at $1500. I'm afraid the technician tried to take advantage of a woman at home by herself. Fortunately my wife is smarter than that. Won't be calling them again.

I have had great experience before in fact they sold me my current unit that I'm trying to nurse and keep it going for a little longer. The person that they decided to send out was a salesman not a technician (I read his company bio). He cranked up the prices of the individual parts so high trying to sell me a new unit for the inside and the outside instead of trying to fix the problem. I know that both units are old but I can't afford a new ones. If the old ones can be repaired reasonably I'm all for that. I'm getting a second opinion on the whole thing. I hate being sold something that is unnecessary. The only good thing about this was that he didn't charge me for a service call which was pretty shocking. It seems as though they've gotten too big and impersonal. To be continued...

It's 38 degrees outside as I write this and its a cozy 68 degrees where I'm sitting due to my new system. It was installed yesterday by the team that anyone would wish for when having someone show up to work at your house. They were on time, polite, professional, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain everything I needed to know bout the system. Justin and Dakota were the installers and they were meticulous.
Everything was carefully removed, replaced and tested right down the check list to make sure it was done correctly. They went through and made adjustments to the options and settings as per the request of my wife and me, and they even programmed the thermostat to my wife's preferences, and it took them all of about a minute or so to do it. The thermostat was easy to use and intuitive.
It's also worth mentioning...a lot of businesses use the adage leave it cleaner than you found it but these guys made it a serious part of their process. They brought in more tarps to protect the floor than Davinci had when he did the Sistine chapel. Every piece of equipment or doorknob or anything else they touched or came near was wiped down or swept clean before they left. There was not a single piece of wire insulation, or a discarded screw, or piece of cardboard or packing foam left anywhere. I mean...these guys are meticulous.
They did a beautiful job and I can tell the difference in how everything runs. It's quiet, it's more efficient and I'm saving about a quarter of the electricity having just upgraded my old system to this two-ton 14 SEER system.
Again, the installers are Justin and Dakota and our sales rep is Chad. It's going to be quite a while before I may ever need another AC system installed, but if I do, I hope they're still around, because I will request them. Awesome install, Xtreme Air Services!

Our garbage disposal clogged up within a week of Thanksgiving, and C. Woods was the first plumbing company to respond to my request for quick service. They could send a plumber the next day at the times I requested for my schedule, and even called to let me know when he was on the way. Larry was our plumber and the first thing I noticed was that he wore shoe covers to protect my hardwood floors. He immediately started working on the disposal and it was definitely clogged! Within 20 minutes the job was done and he thoroughly cleaned inside the cabinet under the disposal. He explained that the disposal is undersized at 1/4 hp instead of the 3/4 hp required to completely pulverize food waste, but he did not try to pressure me to buying a new, larger unit. I'll be calling C. Woods plumbing whenever I need a plumber.

$400 for a valve replacement that took 20 minutes to complete. I should have watched a YouTube video and done it myself for 10% of the cost.
Was told part of the cost was because I needed social order parts, but the technician refused to tell me how much the parts cost when asked. Furthermore, what kind of special order parts can be picked up within 30 minutes?
Appreciate Sammer's comment and understand that it costs money to run a business. The point is not that I agreed to the cost or paid it. The review is to warn future customers that they will almost definitely overpay for simple services. I should have pushed back more in the moment and would advise others to be cautious.
