I was sooo thankful that Dave answered my call at 9pm on a Wednesday night. He was able to grab the part I needed from a photo I texted him of my breaker that needed replaced and was out to change it and get my power back on all within 1.5 hrs of getting my call, and at a very reasonable price. I had called another electrician requesting emergency service that night who was highly rated and didn't hear back until the next day to schedule a time for them to come check out the problem. Sooooo glad I found Electricians on call on Google and got in touch with Dave!! He was awesome!

Can't say enough good things. call them and give me a price over the phone to exchange my hot water heater two guys showed up at 1 today and they were through at 3:40 sure nice when people do what they say they're going to do thank you EMOCH !

I just had a very positive experience with Long electric&AC. They showed up exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly and gave me a fair price. They were also very friendly and courteous.

Kevin showed up within an hour of my call late on a Saturday afternoon. He is a good problem solver and was able to resolve my circuit breaker problem quickly and charges a reasonable price. I will definitely use him again for my future electrical needs.

April '21: Big Bear replaced my air handler motor part# 60L21 ($209 at Amazon) and 75 minutes of labor...cost $872 (plus $89 diagnostic fee).  

Have used these guys for a decade and was extremely happy with them, however Big Bear has changed ownership within the last year or two.

We recently had to have our AC replace and Hightower did a great job. They came out quickly for our quote and they did a great job with the installation and communicating with us throughout the process. They exceeded our expectations.

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. Baker Brothers came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. Garrett and Marcus are a great team! It is obvious that they know what they are doing. It was a pleasure meeting them. Garrett explained the problem with each of my toilets, gave me several options and pricing and in a matter of an hour and a half was able to fix all three. I'm new to Dallas and so glad that I called the right company the first time! Thanks guys!!

My A/C went out after a power surge and Milestone was recommended to me by A#1 Air (another company which I'd give 5 stars). Milestone was quick and efficient and was actually able to come out quicker than I had scheduled (it was 105 degrees that day). The technician was polite and very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

I have never felt more ripped off by an electrician. I would never use again and would encourage others not to take the chance.

I used this company because they had a $39 special (used to reel you in). They came the following day and specifically told the guy that i want to get the 2 ac units tuned up and drain line cleaned and he said it would be 120 plus 39 ea unit. I said fine and i went to run errands. I get back for him to talk to me what he found and what he did and listed was 2 tune ups, refrigerant, drain line cleaner and drain line flush equaling 405. I did not give any consent on the refrigerant or me wanting a whole bottle of cleaner that i do not know what to even do with. His recommendation was obviously pretty much a whole new unit so another guy came (sales) and begin to tell me how much and i told him of the charges already charged to me and he said he would do this for me. we can take the 200 off the 9000k that will cost for the new unit Thanks? I told them ill talk to my wife. Next day he texts me and i told him again about the hidden charges and he said he would customer relations call me. Roxie called and read what was going on and then explained to me work was completed along with the ole sir let me finish you signed and she also said that their guys always tell the customeAlr the work they are going to do before they do it. I said how is that possible when i was out running errands...she then said oh well your wife was home. My wife was taking care of 3 children under 3 so was busy and she had no idea what i was talking about only said that he introduced himself. Also he said there was a leak, i'm no expert but you do not add more refridgerant when there is a leak and your recommendation is to replace the whole thing since it will need to add refridgerant to the new unit ( just another hidden charge)..call ended with Roxie repeating we will not be giving you anything back
