I hired Sims and Sons to repair electrical issues in the common area of our building. Other electricians either couldn't identify the cause of our electrical problem or wouldn't come out in-person to assess the situation. Darrell Sims visited our building and walked me through the potential causes before submitting an estimate. Darrell was also really responsive to the various demands of our condo board. The electrician, Enis, was really professional and informative before, during and after the work was completed. After going nearly a year with intermittent hallway lighting, I appreciate that Sims and Sons was able to come to our rescue.

Upfront pricing , very structured with communication through their work. We have used them twice both for minor plumbing : bathroom work. Both the folks that came over were helpful, clean, and did a great job.

I bought a condo in an iconic Chicago high rise and I didn't know where to start to get all the little things addressed, but Patrick from Fixer was a dream! OneStop Pro has been a great resource for us as new homeowners over the past year. Robert recently came to fix our furnace which had stopped working - never a great thing to happen in the winter months! Robert came out the same day we called, identified the issue in a short time, and came back later that day with the part needed to fix our furnace. I hope we'll just be working with the team for routine maintenance going forward, but I'm confident they are here to help with any larger issues as needed!
