Best Outdoor Lighting Installation in Seattle WA

We just had new recessed lights put in for our bedrooms and basement by Igor. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the result. Igor was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. We highly recommend his service and would reach out for any future lighting installation needs in the future :)

Unfortunately I'm not reviewing the actual work of Milestone, but instead how they run the business.  I scheduled an appointment for an estimate over three weeks in advance.  The day of the appointment nobody showed up, called me, or even answered the phone when I called them.  This was very disappointing, especially since I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment.

Although the previous reviews indicate they do good work, the lack of communication and follow through has sent me elsewhere looking for an electrician.

Seth was great.  Reliable and reasonable.  Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician.  Would highly recommend.

I called Paul first thing on a Monday morning to see about upgrading a dryer outlet that I thought wasn't going to work for our new one. He fit me in for an estimate (with no promise of being able to do the work today, which made sense).  When he came over and we moved the dryer it turns out we were ok.

Paul took the time to answer some questions, go through a few things and even double checked some lighting work my husband had botched....errrr....did his best at.

Paul could have easily tried to charge us for a bunch of stuff or been ride and angry for the unnecessary work stop. He actually got a few calls while he was here, so I could tell he is very busy. He was absolutely professional and a stand up guy. I'd trust him to do work in the future and will definitely be recommending him.

We had some electrical work that needed to be done (some overhead lights installed and some outlets updated).  We'd called two other places -- both highly rated on Yelp and elsewhere -- but their quotes were so different (one offering a flat rate after coming out and assessing the job, the other offering an hourly rate after only an e-mail inquiry), it was impossible to compare the two.  Mirsky was our tie-breaker.  They also came out, assessed the job, and offered a flat rate (slightly lower than the first one we'd been given).  More importantly, my husband, who was here when the Mirsky electrician came out, just got a good feeling about them.  He was right.

What can I say?

-- Electrician was running slightly late the morning he was due here, but they called to let us know that and he still arrived within an hour of when originally expected.

-- He needed to make some tweaks to the original plan as, once he got into the bowels of our old house, some unexpected obstacles to completing the job were found.  BUT, he made sure we were informed every step of the way and did not take any action without first checking with us to make sure it was ok.

-- Despite said obstacles, job was completed within the time-frame originally estimated.

-- Despite said obstacles, our final cost actually ended being a few dollars less than the original quote.

-- Electrician took great care throughout to keep carpets/furniture/etc. protected from debris and cleaned up completely when the job was done.

We found the Mirsky personnel with whom we interacted to be thoroughly professional -- both in terms of their business practices and the actual electrical work.  We are completely satisfied with the work that was done (and the price that was charged).  We would most definitely call Mirsky again.

Greg is good.  He did what I asked him to do and more.  He was able to do it in a timely fashion and answered every phone call that I placed to him.  His email responses were right away.  His work is the best and this was a big job.  He had to remove cables and put new cables in and I would not hesitate to hire him again.  And I could not be more pleased with the work.

It is rare anymore to get good communication out of someone and good work.

You cannot go wrong with Bayless Electric.

Charlie is friendly, professional, and trustworthy.  He installed an exhaust fan in my bathroom.  He will give you an honest quote over the phone and will do good, thorough work.  I would recommend him for any of your electrical needs.

Needed an electrician on a moment's notice. Eugene sent a guy right out. He was friendly and got the job done quickly.  Highly recommend.

Tapps who?  Never heard back from them.  I initially went through yelp to find these guys.  I submitted all of my information over the weekend and received a follow up email requesting additional information.  Once I provided it, I was told I would be receiving a call or email from someone to give me an estimate...never heard anything.  If you care about promptness or your time, look elsewhere.

Staff showed up and looked at the job. They quoted a price and said they could start right away.  The price was within a couple of hundred dollars of a previous quote received over a year ago.  So, I said yes.  They went off to get the appropriate supplies. It took then less than an hour to install a dedicated outlet. The indoor area was cleaned nicely.  The garage area was less tidy in the cleanup but nothing outrageous.  The two employees were friendly, polite, and quick workers.

I asked Dylan to do two projects at my house, updating a dryer outlet and moving an in-the-wall heater.  He advised me about what I needed and gave me different options at different prices.  He was honest about what was needed and what wasn't.  The work was done well and I would definitely hire him again.

Briley is extremely responsive, reliable, does great work and is affordable. Will definitely use him again and highly recommend him!
