Best Outdoor Lighting Installation in Seattle WA
The Red Line team has been great to work with. Jessica is very responsive and Igor takes time to explain options and offer suggestions when there are surprises in our plan. We are looking forward to more projects together!

Very, very, very good work. I hired Milestone to do a complete rewire of my newly-purchased-yet-quite-old two-story-with-basement house in Seattle. The existing wiring was horrid: modern wire connected with aging electrical tape to knob-and-tube, bare circuits everywhere, the basement had more wire junctions than a whole fleet of rail yards, a split-bus breaker panel with labels from the 1960s, virtually every outlet wired backwards, and an average of one outlet per room. All of this is to give context to what Wyatt and his crew were agreeing to fix, insofar as a pile of dynamite fixes a decrepit bridge.
These guys did an amazing job. Every circuit in my house was replaced and brought up to code, none of the old wiring is still in use. They upgraded my panel to a new 200A main breaker panel, added outlets everywhere, wired in new lights in closets and outside, put in new plugs for things like a dryer and a toaster oven, replaced electric baseboards, installed a bathroom fan, and ran Ethernet and television cable to several rooms. Even the basement has actual lights and several power sockets. Everything looks neat and well put together. Some wiring, at my request to save holes and money, is in exterior conduit that looks like it was definitely done by someone who knows what they are doing and who gives a darn about appearances. If my basement wasn't otherwise in sad shape, I'd post pictures since the wiring down there is just short of a work of art. The final capstone is that the major works passed inspection the first time.
Wyatt was communicative and easy to deal with while it was going on. What should have made enough holes to turn my walls into Swiss cheese instead needed only 9 cuts for everything to be done. Yes, it did take longer than the original time estimate. Five days turned into nine and a half but I believe this was due to the monumental task these folks ran into. All of this was done for a very good price, especially relative to the big, experienced contractors who came out for estimates, and didn't go up as the job took longer.
I'd say that I'll be calling Milestone Electric for my future needs but their work was so good, I imagine that nothing will break where I need their help.
(Technical details for those who want to know: Standard Seattle City Light 200A split-phase residential service with existing modern electrical meter box and 2.5 conduit to underground utilities. Panel replaced with 200A single-throw main Square-D Homelite 30-position panel, 7 slots remain open after rewire. 9 20A circuits to all power sockets. 3 20A 220V circuits for baseboard heat. 1 bridged-breaker 15A-times-two circuits for disposal and dishwasher in same outlet box. 6 15A circuits for lighting. 1 30A 220V circuit for dryer. No additional high-load circuits for an air conditioner, hot tub, or large bathroom items like a jetted spa were needed.)

Seth was great. Reliable and reasonable. Sometimes that's hard to find in an electrician. Would highly recommend.

Paul is an amazing electrician--we had him over a couple of times to look at electrical issues in our 100+ year old house. He did excellent work, cleaned up after he was finished, and kept us in constant communication about the issues he was seeing throughout the house. He also recommended that we get city permits and inspections on all of his work and warned us to be wary of electricians who told us not to. The inspector we had out praised his excellent work.
Our house has a lot of old wiring--some of it knob and tube, some of the fixtures don't properly match the wiring. He diagnosed the problems he found and made the fixes he could. Ultimately, he suggested that we rewire the whole house, since it has some significant issues and the wiring has been done in different patches over the decades. Then, he recommended that we look for a different electrician for the rewire--one that has a crew and would be able to complete the whole process more quickly and more inexpensively than just one person. We've had several different electricians come in to provide us with bids for the rewiring, and even they have mentioned the excellent work he did for us.
If you have any electrical work that needs done, we HIGHLY recommend Paul. He is honest, communicative, very knowledgeable, and hard working. We look forward to working with Paul for any future electrical needs that come up--and don't require a whole crew! THANK YOU, Paul, for your beyond excellent work!

Heard about Mirsky Electric through Yelp. Steve arrived on time and fixed the loose wire in the attic and a bathroom light socket. Only wish I had called them months ago!

Just wanted to shout a big thanks for the incredible work performed by Bayless. Professional, prompt, and great attention to detail for every phase of the job. The underground power was incredible as everything was put in place. Very happy and appreciate this great service. If you're still looking for an Electrician then ensure Bayless is on your list.

We needed to replace the light bulbs on a building sign and make changes to the signages.
Bob, owner of low-cost lighting quoted a great price and made a good recommendation to convert regular light bulbs to LED light bulbs to save energy cost and long last use. Also, he made a great suggestion to install an auto timer for the LED to lower the cost.
What I like the most about the service is that he has great communication and honesty.
Overall, we are pleased with his services and highly recommend this business to everyone.

I have had them out a second time--for some new outdoor outlets. They were (again) just excellent). They new the codes and offered a better suggestion to address (my idea was not in code). Their idea was much better--and much less expensive than mine.
On time, friendly, efficient, and good ideas. Easily passed inspection. Good price. Why call anyone else? cc
Prompt, courteous, neat, and well done work.
I should mention, I had not yet moved into the house, and I was only there to meet them at the beginning. I rec'd regular updates, they were responsive to me, and my niece, who checked in periodically, felt they were very respectful to the property and our requests.
Just a really good experience-I would definitely work with them again and recommend them.

Slava and Kwality Electric replaced knob and tube wiring in my 1940's house. They were very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in detail. Their work was performed quickly, on time as scheduled, and per code. Most importantly, I thought their price was very competitive with the service that they provided. I reviewed multiple bids for the work and Kwality Electric came is at a reasonable price and was able to get the work done quickly. I will be using Kwality Electric for my electrical needs going forward!

I needed the second floor of my older (knob and tube) home rewired. We went from only 1 working outlet, to about 12. Charlie was the only one who would come out and give me a me a free estimate. His price was much more reasonable than the few phone estimates I got. He was also able to get the job done much sooner than he had originally anticipated.
Seth does fantastic work, they were in and out in two days with only minor disruption to my family and passed the city inspection first try. I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

Eugene's team did great work to add a bunch of outlets and run a circuit for an induction range. They were very reasonably priced and the work was high quality. The electricians who came out were polite and efficient.

They were responsive, professional, and got the job done quickly. I just needed a minor wiring repair and a new thermostat installed. The initial quote I got through Yelp was accurate. The price was not the lowest quote, but not outrageous either. I chose them based on their reviews and I'm satisfied. I like that they employ union electricians too. I'd consider them again in the future for sure.

Great team to work with from scheduling the estimate to having the lights installed. Steel, Hoover, and Kay installed several lights, a fan, and troubleshot some of the sketchy lights in our old home. Team was professional, fun to work with, and made sure they got everything right. Highly recommend.

I filtered my search in Yelp to target electricians based close to my home in Edmonds to hopefully get faster service. Fenter Electric jumped to the top of the search results after I read Jesse F.'s 5-star review from 11/11/2017. I submitted a bid request on Yelp and in a matter of minutes Dylan was calling me about the issue. Turns out he's just up the hill from me and he was free. Again, minutes later, Dylan was at my door. He's very courteous and cordial.
I've done my share of home electrical projects, so I know enough to get myself in trouble.
Our problem was the power suddenly went out in my sons' room. Many years ago, before I owned the home, some Brianiac wired the load to the bedroom through the bathroom's GFI outlet. The power has gone out like this in the past, and the fix was just to replace the GFI outlet. I did that, but this time it didn't fix it. Still no power. (The new GFI's fault switch would not close just like the one it replaced.) That's why I called Fenter Electric. My gut said I should just bypass the GFI, but I wasn't sure if that was the right move. Sure enough, Dylan came out to the house, checked the plug and came to the same conclusion. Again, in a matter of minutes, Dylan had rewired the load and reinstalled the GFI outlet, which was now free of the boys' room power. Dylan is now my go-to-guy for my electrical needs.

Briley is very friendly and professional. All the work I had scheduled was finished within a few hours everything was perfect. The cost was exactly as he quoted and the payment process was easy. Definitely recommend hiring and I will behiring again in the future.
