Best Gas Water Heater Installation in Seattle WA

I loved the service I received from Seatown Electric! From the moment I called, to the moment I said goodbye to the technician, it was 5 star service all the way.

I bought an old farmhouse 2 months ago that the previous owners did many wrong things to, including some of the electrical installation. When the fan and outlet in my master bath quit working, I needed to get someone in to repair and also address some exterior outlet questions I had. Thankfully, they had a cancellation and I was able to get on their schedule within a day! They were great at sending text updates about my technician's arrival time. I really appreciated that.

Micah was a dream to work with. He took the proper Covid precautions, was friendly, funny, and really educated me about the electrical system and answered all of my questions - no matter how silly I thought they were. Everything was up and running again and he even fixed my old ancient doorbell! He wrote up an estimate for other work I would like to have done in the future, but never was pushy or salesy. I thoroughly enjoyed having Micah get my place up and working again.

Electricity is serious stuff - not to be skimped on- and I will definitely work with Seatown Electric on my future electrical projects and highly recommend them!

They were nice- but told me they'd vacuum out my old heater and when they got there said they couldn't but still charged me for coming out

I had a broken dimmer switch (light wouldn't stay on). Tyler fixed it quickly and professionally. He also showed up right on time, which was awesome. They also sent a text beforehand with a picture of the technician so I knew who to expect. Cost me $275.

Dean replaced two electrical heaters for me and also provided unprompted insight and assistance on a 3rd. Finding service providers can often be a daunting task - but have no fear with Dean. Dean deserves every bit of the 5 star rating he has here. He's honest, reliable, communicates clearly, solves your problems and then some. Don't hesitate to give him a call! Will definitely be reaching out to him for any future electrical, plumbing, and heating issues.

0 stars..quoted over $3000 for a variety of things,  including hot water tank..they were originally called for  a kitchen sink leak. He said wall needed to be cut open.  Also added another item..I called my plumber in Port Orchard to drive to Titlow beach area- he did everything for less than  $300!!! Was told by him that the temp dial had been turned off  ,and discovered that after I'd spent time at Home Depot buying a hot water tank and arranged for hvac guy to install,  which I had to cancel and return.   Very shady practice.

We purchased a brand new heat pump when my last one died during the summer fires 2020. I HATE this furnace and the service we have received. Whenever the weather is not mild it doesn't work. Within months of install they had 2 service calls because it quit blowing air.  When it is cold the pump freezes up and blows the circuit. I have to get up multiple times a night to keep our heat on. They came out 3 times in February/March 2022 and replaced a $300 part and didn't fix it. After that they refused to come out. Now it is 80 degrees out. Our house is 74 degrees and no cold air blowing. I have it set to cool at 65 degrees and no cold air. I will call on Monday, have to wait til their next availability, pay $130 for the visit and it won't be fixed like it wasn't last year or the year before. We have had multiple parts replaced already. AVOID THIS PLACE! ABSOLUTELY USELESS.

Washington Energy Services did a great job. They gave us a fair price and wonderful service. Everyone was professional, safe (all masked up) and timely.
We are very pleased with our new heating/air system. It's nice to have the peace-of-mind that a new system (& warranty) offers.

Gato was the nicest and most helpful plumber I've ever encountered. I am a new home owner who doesn't know much about home maintenance. He took the time not only to fix the problem, but provide us with information on how to prevent or mitigate issues in the future. He walked us through what caused the problem and the basics of how the plumbing worked in our house as well, so I won't feel so in the dark next time something happens. Despite the price, I couldn't be happier with the service.

I called to have a hybrid heat pump water heater installed.  These folks were great start to finish. I called a few other companies and they were all clueless to the new hybrid tanks. Washington Energy Service knew what I was asking for and clearly had experience.   We scheduled and even did price quote over the phone and pics. The covid-19 lockdown complicated install time but they communicated frequently until we could find a mutually agreeable time. They handled permitsx taking old equipment, rebates, everything, it could not have been easier.
The install went great,  i could see it was a quality job, done in a few hours. The inpector came yesterday and commented on the excellent install quality.   I recommend them as a very professional company with reasonable, if not cheap, pricing.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested.  He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.

Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work!  Love my new lighting and bath!  Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

Just a head up to everyone. They are not responsive at all, the customer service phone line is directly link to a voicemail service.

I hired them to service my furnace and A/C two months ago and my furnace is not working ever since. The technician did not quality check when he complete the job. I called back customer service number, it ALWAYS directly link to a voice Mail service. Finally, I am able to speak to a rep, she said they can have a technician come out to take a look next day. But guess what.... They send the technician to a wrong address ( my rental ), and as I try to call them back..,, straight to voice mail.

I used Black Lion for few years in multiple properties & spent closed to $15k to rebuild and maintenance furnace system. I feel like their service and quality has significantly worsen lately. I don't think I will use this company moving forward.

Had a plumbing issue and DEAR Services gave me same day service.  The plumber gave me more than one option and explained things to me . very thankful for the quick response. the lady who answered the phone was also nice.
