Juslav from Fuse HVAC did a great job quickly and efficiently replacing an old bathroom fan. He went above and beyond by securing it extra well with an extra screw because the old fan had partially fallen out. It took him about 10 minutes and he cleaned the area well before and afterwards. Had several scopes of work that Jamil helped with, started with 2 and grew to 4 projects inside and outside the house (subfloor install, raised header for door, patched wall, repaired exterior fence that was damaged) and all were completed timely. Jamil and his crew are punctual, clean and very respectful of the house.

Very handy and work hard. The precious investigator assigned by American warranty told me there is a gas leakage. However it is not the case. Techs from AY EMP found the key reason that is there was something blocking in the gas pipeline. They finally fix the problem. Very nice work.

Guy was great, had some minor issues, he told me what to buy and talked me through it. Never met him face to face but, not many people would do that

My experience with Fred was wonderful. Fred came to remove a b-ball hoop and its pole that's cemented to our drive way. Fred was responsive and on time. He texted me regarding the progress and the price was reasonable.

I hired Sam to replace a 2 plug receptacle at my house that had gone bad. I contacted him on a Saturday morning & he was very responsive over Yelp & txt message. He gives transparent and fair pricing. We scheduled the appointment for the same day and he showed up prepared and replaced the receptacle with no drama. Workmanship was great. Once completed, I sent him payment over Zelle and everything was taken care of. No surprises. Fair pricing. Great work. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Sam for similar jobs.

We had a new AC system installed in June last year. For some reason, it was interrupting our furnace system and shutting down the power. After several visits over six months, Jeff was finally able to fix it. Turns out, our furnace filter was restricting air flow and causing the problem.  We really appreciate the time and effort it took to diagnose and remedy the problem. It's nice to finally find someone who I can depend on for household maintenance issues. I requested an estimate to clear our dryer vents. Nick was quick to respond. Even though his schedule was full for over a month, he squeezed in an after-hours appointment knowing that I haven't cleared our vent for over 5 years so as to avoid a possible fire hazard. While discussing my dryer concerns, he requested detailed information so that he could be well-prepared and bring the appropriate equipment and tools. I got an estimated arrival time within a short 30 minute window. Nick texted when he was on the way and arrived on time. He got the job done efficiently and resolved an additional issue that I didn't even anticipate (there was a kink in the dryer duct that created a tear). He charges by the hour and since he didn't take up an entire hour, he offered to do other mini-jobs. I asked him to balance my washer and clear my shower drain too.

He finished the hour and I started to ask him to do other mini-jobs but he was honest about his after-hours rates and advised that I reschedule with him during regular hours so that I'm not paying too much for such simple jobs.

Ryan did some excellent needed work for me. I had an intermittent electrical problem. Ryan did the troubleshooting to isolate the source and then corrected the problem. He was professional in his work and kept me informed along the way. He cleaned up everything before leaving and improved the attachment of the electrical panel along the way.

No question that I will call Ryan for my next household problem or improvement.

We needed emergency late-night help when the power went out in our apartment unit. We tried flipping all the circuit breakers, to no avail. Something was really wrong. My pregnant wife and I were packing for a trip the following day, and having the power out really sucks: searching in the dark for candles & matches, fear of all the food spoiling in the fridge, and of course no WiFi.

I started calling a handful of electricians at 9pm hoping for a real person to answer, and only Yevgeny at General SF did! Even though I was freaking out a little, he was friendly and calm, asking me questions and walking me through his attempt to diagnosis our problem. Nothing seemed to work, so he agreed to make a late-night house call to help us out!

Yevgeny arrived after taking time to specially pack his car with the ALL the equipment he might need to help solve our problem. Within minutes of his arrival, he had figured out what our problem and solution was. He explained things very patiently to us both, and never gave any impression that he was trying to leave as soon as he could, even though it was so late at night. He's just a great problem-solver and an honestly good person. Next time I need help with a plumbing or electrical problem, I will jump to call Yevgeny first, and you should too. He'll make everything better!

Totally Unprofessional. Don't waste your time!!! We contacted them for an estimate on a home rewiring for a house we are buying. They scheduled a time and even sent a text reminder/confirmation with a 2 hour window. After driving 90 min there and waiting over an hour into the time window they called to say that they do not service the area. WTF??? They knew the address when they scheduled and confirmed but had no problem wasting our time. Since I was angry they said they would have a manager call me, not to clear things up but to explain why they don't service that area, as if that matters.
