I am a Personal Assistant/ Household Manager and I hired Voltz Electric to perform misc repairs around my bosses property. I was surpised with the courtesty and promptness given to me. My first impression of Matt, the owner was someone who I could allow into my bosses home without feeling uncomfortable. He explained to me in detail about the job, so I could understand. This is important to me and my job. The work went above and beyond expectation and completed when promised.  I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a reliable and trustworthy contractor.

Very rude. I have no idea how he got his rating. Came in to provide estimate and walked out abruptly without saying even bye when he realized this is not a $10K+ job.

Needed to install a new circuit for electric car charger and contacted 2 electricians based on Yelp reviews. Have good impressions on both but decided to hire California Power and Light because Henry seems having more experiences on electric car chargers than the other one.

Henry and his staff arrived on time, worked very efficiently, and cleaned work area after the job done. The quality of his work looks great. Definitely will recommend him to  friends who need help from electrician.

Excellent and timely service. He repaired our electrical issue in under an hour, for a reasonable price. Will definitely call him again for anything electrical.

Our story! It started with a electrical power problem in the back of the house that shut the power off to one of the bedrooms and another bedroom that share the same wall. I checked the breakers in the house and none of the breakers were tripped, so the power problem was directly in those rooms. I researched on the Internet and found Dan Matthews electric, and contacted this company. From the very beginning when I made contact with Dan  (the owner) the service was exceptional and superior.
I made an appointment and Dan arrived to my residence promptly and on time.  He immediately researched and discovered where the problem was and was able to tackle and handle the issue. Dan's work was very professional and he was very meticulous on making sure that everything was corrected and done the right way. I am very satisfied with this business and I highly recommend this electrician to anybody that has a residential electrical problem. I know I'll be keeping Dan's number. Contacted JCM for an issue I was having at home for a while and they were very quick and easy to work with.

I had Erick stop by to take a look for a panel upgrade and he was extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend JCM for any further upgrades or help down the road

I had issues with a light fixture in the bathroom where the light didn't turn on and a switch that shorts the circuit when turned on. The brothers responded quick to my quest on Yelp and came on time for the appointment. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolve the issues. The lightbulb had a different outage that didn't work and the ground wire was touching the circuit that was shorting. They quoted me $180 for diagnostic that covers up fixed and the job got done in 30 minutes. I am a handy person myself, but was really stumped with those two issues. Getting the professionals to come in and solve those problems quickly was definitely worth the money.

Wesley did a 200 amp service upgrade at my home, removed the old and dangerous Federal Pacific panel and installed a new panel. He was prompt, professional and very reasonably priced. He makes sure that the final product is right and safe. Would not hesitate to hire him again for other projects around here.

After browsing a long list of Tesla charger installers, I ultimately chose Fruitdale Electric. Within days of my initial contact, they visited my home and provided a quote, which was much faster than I expected.

On installation day, their technicians arrived promptly. They installed a Tesla gen 3 charger, surge protection, and ran electrical wiring through my attic to the opposite side of the house. Despite the terrible weather at the time, they delivered flawless work.

The location of the charger was a challenge due to the tight space, and I had anticipated conduit running outside of my house. However, they exceeded my expectations and executed an incredibly clean installation with no visible wires or conduits, leaving just a Tesla charger on the wall exactly where I wanted it. Most importantly, my car now charges at a rate of over 40mph, a significant improvement from the previous rate of 4mph.

- Install 12 recessed lights (6 in the living room, 6 in the family room)
- Update power switches to remove 'switch' functionality
- Install a power outlet in the bathroom near a bidet(hate running an extension cord to power)
- Install a new ceiling fan in one bedroom

Timeline:
12/13 @ 1PM: Estimate Request went out to several contractors
12/13 @ 3PM: Gustavo(Owner) was in my house for an estimate
12/15 @ 8AM: Work Starts
12/16 @ 5PM: Work Ends

Communication:
Excellent communication throughout the entire project. Corresponded via Yelp, Text, Email and over the phone. Gustavo's understanding of the work/scope was on point and he was able to give ideas on how he'd execute the work for the project.

Pricing:
After receiving several free estimates from other electricians GNH's pricing was very competitive and fair.

Professionalism:
Extremely professional and is very thorough with his work. Gustavo's YEARS of experience really shined through during the estimate walkthrough. It was VERY evident that he knew what he was doing and CLEARLY understood my asks. Always showed up prompt and on time for the work. Wore shoe coverings every time while walking on the carpet.

Execution of Project:
Gustavo and his team were AMAZING. In the event decisions were needed, Gustavo did an excellent job looping me in on the details and his recommendations. On the day of the project, I gave him a curve ball and asked him to install 2 more recessed lights and he took on the new scope with a smile. The end product of the project was GREAT! The effort and detail that Gustavo and his team put into my home was outstanding. My new recessed lighting and updated electrical makes my house feel BRAND new!

Conclusion:
One of the best contractors I've worked with! I have Gustavo's contact details saved and ready to be leveraged for future projects. I've already started to brag about his EXCELLENT work to my friends and family! Personally I'm looking forward to continuing to leverage GNH's services for many years to come.

I called about 6 electricians and Moises came back with the most reasonable price to come out and inspect our electrical panel.  He came over a couple time but only charge me for the work he done and not the inspection part. Did a great job of replacing our outlets. Would call him for all future projects.

I needed an electrician ASAP, they were the first ones to respond.  I am very happy with the attention to detail and work they provided! They replaced a burnt electrical outlet, and I'm very pleased with the work and the price.

Larry is fantastic! The circuit breaker tripped for our bedroom and wouldn't reset. I called 3 electricians, and Larry responded promptly and was able to fit me into his schedule the same day. He is diligent, patient, and thorough in his work, which is exactly the attitude needed when troubleshooting electrical gremlins. I have a few light switch and fixture fixes and called one other company and was told just to get an estimate will need 2+ weeks. I just called Five or Free and got an estimate appointment the next day.

Eric comes very friendly and gave a reasonable estimate. The crew then came the next morning very on time. All the works are done very clean and neat. We are very satisfied with the works.

Contacted Sepanta on a Sunday to install two new wired boxes for new ceiling fans in two rooms.  He responded quickly and was able to come out on a Sunday within one hour of contact.  He came out and did a quick job of installing the new boxes for the ceiling fans.  Great response and very professional. Thank you for accomadating us at the last minute.
