Fuse team helped us installed HVAC system. I am very impressed by their clear itemized quote and fast turnaround. They are the only contractor who clearly listed out price for each item. They provided the most competitive quote with quality product and work. As soon as we approve the quote, within 1hr, they contacted us to schedule installation on the second day. Both the advisor Denis and installation team Michale & his coworker are professional and patient to answer all the questions we have.

Jamil and team are very responsive. We had foundation work done, which messed up our front door. It would barely open. He replaced the lock and handle and rebalanced the door so it's working fine now. Professional and stays on schedule (something I always appreciate).

Update: Jamil returned last friday, installed a bolt lock on one door, repaired another one and added a lock to my garage, and three small door latches- all done quickly and efficiently.

Our kitchen faucet started with a drip which over time stopped working altogether. We had no water coming out of the faucet. We sent out a Yelp request pretty late on Sunday night, and got a response from Andrew within minutes. He came over the next day, checked the problem and told us we need a new faucet and gave us a quote for the job. He came the next day and got the new faucet installed with no hassle. Will definitely call them for any future plumbing issues.

I had called several electricians to no avail.  Then I switched to looking for a handyman and left a couple of messages, one of which was for Chuck.  Some never called back.  Some were going to charge a ridiculous amount for what I knew was a relatively simple fix.  Then Chuck called back and I'm so glad he did. He came by at the end of what was a long day for him, fixed the problem completely (putting in a new garbage disposal switch), with a very reasonable price and a great sense of humor.  He took a look at another issue I had, and while he couldn't fix it because I had messed it all up, he gave me all the info I need to buy the material which he will then come back and install.  I feel lucky that I found him and recommend him highly.

We were pretty unsatisfied with this install. We booked a new HVAC through Costco but were pretty disappointed in the execution. It's been two months since the day they started, and we are still having them come fix things before we can get the inspection. We were without heat for days during a heat wave, because they didn't have parts they needed. (Why didn't they know what they needed before they started?) Then they needed more parts and we had to wait another month. They cut the wiring to our drip irrigation/landscaping and put it back together wrong, which we didn't figure out until half of our garden died from not getting watered. They put the metal pieces on our artificial turf while they were installing which burned parts of the grass which now looks awful. They've taken no responsibility for any of these errors, and claimed they couldn't have been responsible for the burned grass even though it wasn't there the day before the install and then it was. They put the thermostat in a new and very odd place without calling me at work to discuss it first (in between a picture frame and a door jam in a very visible area) and said they'd move it but of course it would damage the wall.. Ugh. Just overall very not slick, not responsive, not responsible for their screw-ups, and not competent.
I'm not sure why Costco uses them. :(

My previous contractor failed to show up for some much needed work in my kitchen. I was in a bind as I had friends visiting from out of town and I needed some carpentry work done to fit a new refrigerator (needed to enlarge cabinet opening to recess larger fridge). With just days until the company arrived, I looked on Yelp and found San Mateo Handyman. I read the reviews and immediately called. Norman called me back within a couple of hours and promised to come out the next day. Sure enough, Norman showed up the next day and worked with me to perform some temporary modifications in my kitchen allowing me to recess the new fridge with a promise to return after my out of town guest left and then promised to come back to build custom enclosure.

Well, just as promised Norman return 2 weeks later and worked tirelessly to make the modifications necessary. My new fridge is in place and the cabinet modifications work well. Norman is very dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations and very reasonable.

Always nice to know you can still get quality craftsmanship and a service provider that actually shows up as promised!

We recently installed the air conditioner with furnace and air purifier with Fuse HVAC. It was a 3 days project.  We are very impressed and happy with their service.  The sales contact Mike is very responsive and detailed to our questions. The customer service desk always sent the text reminded the up coming appointments and text again once the cruise is en route. The installing team were excellent, Niki and his partner Max worked very hard and long hours on our site. Very detailed and patient with our inquiries and cleaned well after the daily service.  We have various projects done in our house with many different contract company the past couple years, Fuse HVAC has impressed us from the first contact to the completion of installation. Highly recommended! Now hope the machine works well down the road.

We worked with Frank for an estimate and Jason and another handyman came out and did the work needed. Both were professional and we are happy with the work that was completed.

We had a variety of items needing to be done:  a vanity install, replacement of a shower door, an electrical outlet replacement, and drywall/sheetrock repair in multiple areas. All items were completed at expectation and beyond, and that says a lot for the high standards both my husband and I have.

I had Nick out today to do another repair at my house. Once again, he did everything right- communicated before the appointment, showed up on time, did an awesome job with the repairs, cleaned up after the repair, and charged a fair price. He nailed it.  Between my house and my mom's house this is the third time I've used Nick for repairs and he has exceeded my expectations every time. I cannot recommend him highly enough and I will be using him again in the future.

We submitted a request on Yelp because we needed some electrical work done.  Although we received multiple responses offering to meet for a consultation, William at RenoPro Construction was the only person who replied with a quick and decisive dollar quote, even though we said in the request that the project was an emergency.  Further, William sent Eric, a very proficient electrician, who completed the job in an hour.  We will definitely use RenoPro Construction again.

Ran into Dave at Home Depot and he was able to complete my repair the next day. Great service. Great price. Professional. Will use again.

Alex came to give us an estimate on several plumbing issues at our home. He fixed our guest toilet quickly and on the spot and then we scheduled him to come and install a recirculating pump on our water heater. Every visit Alex was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing in great detail which I really appreciated. Highly recommend!

Ryan came by my house earlier this year to fix my plumbing issue. He's quick to respond to my request and diligent with his work. I felt he's genuinely interest in getting the job done the best way and not the easiest way. Keep up the good work and if you need a handyman job, he's the guy.

I had power go out in only a couple rooms of the house, and after checking that the hadn't been tripped, check online to see what was going on. I couldn't find exactly what it was, so I called Yevgeny  at General SF. He was able to make time for to stop by the day that I called. Upon arriving, he made a quick diagnosis, and it required just a quick fix with the GFI's. Since it was such a quick fix, he was very generous and gave me a very prorated rate.

Not only did it make my day to have such an honest electrician, but the convenience with which he was able to swing by and the efficiency with which he fixed our issue was great. I will be calling Yevgeny at General SF for any future electrical problems, and I highly recommend that you do the same!

I really liked the fact that they sent me an email/text showing me who was going to show up at my place.  Richard Castenada was my electrician and he was super friendly but also very professional and knowledgeable as well.  

He identified and resolved the problem quickly and was top notch in every respect.  If you need an electrician, I would HIGHLY recommend you ask for Richard :)
