Richard called me as soon as he saw my original review. You could tell he really cared that I was nothing less than completely satisfied with them. He showed that he really wanted to make things right and at the end of the day...that's all you can really hope for. He's even coming back personally to help address our original issue. So I'm updating my review to 5 stars because in reality they didn't  have to do any of this... but as a customer it's really appreciated and makes me not think twice about calling them again for future electrical needs.

I received two estimates from two electric companies which had been referred to me by my solar installer. A buried corroded electric conduit was discovered going to an electric sub-panel and required replacement.  I decided to get a third bid, using Yelp as the source, and I am very pleased with the result. The price from Electric Lee, the Yelp referral, was 50% less than the other two bids and they completed the job that same day. The Electricians they sent out were are both knowledgeable and personable, besides doing an excellent job. My father was an electrician and I observed the electricians from Electric Lee as having the same high quality standards that my father had, when he was working.

Mike is very professional and responds to your questions and concerns quickly. He is honest and knows what he is doing. He helped install a manual transfer switch so I can run a backup generator for emergencies.  He always recommended what was best for me, not what was easy for him. Really appreciate that! We've had Leo come out and help us on three different occasions and we will definitely be calling him again when we have more electrical projects that need to be done around the house. He is always very responsive, prompt, and professional. He has done quite a few upgrades to our 1970s Mira Mesa home including replacing our old circuit breaker panel, installing a dedicated breaker for our microwave, replacing old ceiling fans with a chandelier in our dining room and recessed lighting in our front room, and replaced 3 flush mount fixtures in our hallway & laundry room. We definitely recommend reaching out to Leo if you have any electrical repairs and/or upgrades that you need done to your home.

We had a problem with our infratech patio heater. It turned out to be a simple fix but we appreciated Rory's quick response and professionalism, he did a very good job!!

Frank is awesome. He installed 6 new recessed lights and replaced 4 old ones for me. Fair pricing. Great communication. Quick to get the job done and didn't leave a spec of dust behind. Not to mention he's a very friendly guy - you'd probably want to buy him a beer once the job is done!

I have a 1961 mobile that had been remodeled and rewired many times. Switches didn't work and no one could figure it out. Primo showed up on time, sorted it all out and now everything works as it should. Stayed within my budget too!

I have had Interwest Electric to my home several times for different issues as I am getting my home ready to sell. I made a regular appointment and two service people came on time.  They were friendly, introduced themselves, and completed the tasks quickly. I asked them to do something else and they were able to do it right then.  The next day I called them for another issue that came up, Dean was able to get them out the next day, even though I knew they were busy. I recommended them to my neighbor and after finishing with me, they were able to go right over and fix her problem.  Dean and his staff have been easy to work with, considerate of my schedule and time, have done quality work, all with great customer service. I will defiantly recommend them again.

This was our second experience with Point Loma Electric and Plumbing. This time we had a number of receptacles and switches replaced in our new home. The two-man crew arrived on time and completed the job in a timely manner all the while explaining what they were doing as well as emphasizing safety first! They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job and walked us through all of the changes that were made. We were quite impressed by their work ethic and will definitely continue to use their services.

James and his team are amazing! They are electricians for the modern age, providing clever ideas using wireless tech for complex set ups. Saving be time and money! His team was very professional and respectful of my home. Will def use them for future projects!

AEI responded to a quote we requested for a broken ceiling fan replacement quickly and with common sense pricing. Roddy arrived on time and the project took exactly as long as he quoted. We have recently been getting some updates done to our home and after having an experience with a plumber carelessly damaging freshly painted cabinets in addition to leaving a mess behind them it was a breath of fresh air to see that Roddy took extra care to make sure he kept the space clean during and after his visit. We will definitely be using them again for any future electrical projects.

The electrician Ignacio was very nice and helpful. We called Green Electric for some help with an electrical socket that we were having issues with. He was able to find the problem and fix it in no problem. Cool guys and they do the job quickly. Thanks guys, appreciate it!

Greg installed our low voltage outdoor lights last week and did a completely professional and amazing job. He came and saw the house within hours of my call and gave me quote. He showed up on time on the day of installation and did an amazing job.

Had an issue with an exterior garage outlet that stopped working suddenly. Sent multiple requests out to Electricians for quotes. Most were overpriced and honestly gouging customers. Ramon responded quickly that he couldn't get out for over a week but offered some advise of potential easy DIY problems. After a few minutes troubleshooting he helped resolve the GFCI issue and probably saved my family $300+ dollars for a none issue. Highly advise anyone who is ethical enough to help people whether or not the get the business.

Had an electrician come out and find a transformer was not working on my track lights. He told me they don't help in sourcing the item I finally received one after a short back order problem.  I've texted and called to have them come back out and have not heard from them. Not a great experience.

I woke up this morning to a burning smell coming from my electrical outlet.  Linden responded right away and was at my house in less than 2 hours.  He was fast, efficient and professional I would highly recommend Carlsbad Electrical.

Need 240V outlet. Tom took time to explain and did good work. Highly recommend and will hire again.
