Gabe was able to help quickly when the washing machine went out. Called left a message & the next day Gabe was at our home to trouble shoot the washing machine, he also removed and picked up the new washing machine,  installed it over the weekend. In the past he has installed ceiling fans and fixed electrical in my home. The work is well done & reliable.

Gary worked on a laundry room expansion project for me. He handled everything from plumbing, electrical, framing, drywall and painting. Awesome guy to work with. Started and finished when he said he would, and within a reasonable price. He is my go to guy now and he will be doing two baths remodels.

I needed a new attic ventilation fan installed, and Kevin was extremely responsive when I called him. He came out the same day I called, got the fan installed, and was quick and professional about it. Kevin brings a good attitude with him. He was a pleasure to work with. Suddenly last Saturday on a day when it was 109 outside, I came home at 3:00pm to discover my Trane AC unit had stopped working. Yikes! Thanks to Mason Mechanical and their tech, Jorge, they returned my call within an hour and arrived 1 hour after that. Within 90 minutes the AC unit was back up running, whew!

This was the first time in 15 years that my AC unit stopped working. I didn't think twice who to call though: Mason Mechanical has kept my 26 year old Trane unit running beautifully since I bought my home in 2001. No, it isn't cheap to get an emergency response on a Saturday afternoon on a sweltering July day ... that isn't the priority under those circumstances. No, I put my trust in them years ago to keep the unit running well and efficiently through long summers and they've never disappointed.

Made a friend out of Bob.  He was the lead contractor.  We opened up our kitchen to the living area.  We did it right by getting an engineer to verify the load bearing beam.  We redid all of our bathrooms.  He finished all of the items up until the end.  Love working with VETS!  Hope he posts pictures of our renovation.

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. Our water heater decided to go KAHPUT and so my husband made the call to George Brazil. It was after hours when he called and their service man returned our call right away. He was willing to stop by but advised us it would be after midnight. My husband decided since it wasn't urgent, we could wait until morning to be scheduled. It was 7:30am and  said they will have someone at our home between 10am-2pm and will call 30min prior to their arrival. Wow! Super impressed on how prompt and professional they are. Luckily, we just needed new parts for our water heater and within 1.5hrs, we had warm water again. Our service man, Paul G., was very proficient and explained our warranty, which we were very proud to hear. I'd recommend them to anyone! Thank you again for taking such good care of us.
