Best Heater Installation in Phoenix AZ

I had a solar water heater installed by a different company 2 years ago. I was not  happy with their customer service. Of course they were great when selling you the product then not so much when you have issues. Anyways I called the Sun-Earth company and they referred me to General Solar. I called and they came out the next day, diagnosed my problem in about 90 seconds, had the correct part on the truck and replaced it in about 25 minutes. Problem solved and now i have a good resource should problems arise in the future. I would highly recommend them.

T&K electric is the best in the Valley hands down! I have worked with many electricians in the past, and no one comes close to the quality of work, knowledge or the level of service they provide. Tommy is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, and is always honest and straight forward. Great service from Nick and his company, I literally texted him nextdoor this morning, he responded very fast, and was at my house in 2 hours to fix our AC unit, now it starts and operates much better, much quieter. Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! Blue Plumbing, LLC is my go-to Plumber from here on out. I am very, very, pleased with their work! They are very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. Recently, while having some foundation work done on my house, a gas line that had been installed without a permit (not to code) was damaged. Southwest Gas came and disconnected the line and I was informed that it could not be repaired because of the code violation. It had to be completely replaced. The estimate I received from Blue Plumbing was reasonable given the work needed. I obtained a permit from the city and work began. They were absolute sticklers for making sure that the installation was done properly so there would be no issues when the city came for the inspection. I particularly appreciate that the installation was done in a manner that accommodated the quirks of my old house. They installed a sleeve under my perimeter wall so the pipe could pass through. A tracer wire was placed from the meter to where the pipe enters the kitchen (allows for utility detection since the gas pipe is plastic). At the end, after a layer of dirt was put into the trench, yellow caution tape was laid for the length of the trench as a precaution for future digging, and then the rest of the trench was filled in. When a portion of my water line had to be removed temporarily to allow the gas pipe to be laid, the work done to reinstall the copper pipe was far superior to the work done for the original water line installation. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up, hosed down the driveway and the porch and smoothed out the dirt. Everything was left in order.The only real snags with this project did not apply to Blue Plumbing and involved the city inspector not making it on the scheduled day, and waiting on the phone for an hour with Southwest Gas to schedule the reconnection. If you need gas or water plumbing work done, I highly recommend this company.

I found DTL through the Home Depot Trusted Associates  Program.  I took estimates for installing 5 fans, 2 of which required installing new wiring, fan braces, and switches.  They were the second lowest bid out of 4, but because Home Depot had done a background check I went with DTL because nobody could be home while they did the work.  They arrived early, completed the work in a timely manner, and even installed an electric outlet on the ceiling of my back porch where I will be installing a TV.  I can attest to their professional work and expertise.  Need some electrical work done call these guys!

I absolutely LOVE my Solar Pool system. My pool is at 95 degrees and has been for almost a month. Coupled with my whole house solar system, it has become a very affordable way of heating the pool. Installation was flawless and the people were amazing!!!!

This company is a DISGRACE and their customer service is HORRENDOUS...stay as far away as you can. My solar system had to be completely redone because of their incompetence(by a company that actually knew what they were doing)...don't believe a word they tell you!

I really want to rate them higher but in the 5 months we've owned our solar heating, it's never worked, we had a leak, and scheduling someone to come look at it takes weeks. The salesperson was friendly and nice but the product and follow through is poor.

So, not heating at all and has taken 6 weeks to even get an appointment. Buyer beware.

Sun Up America is a good company to deal with for solar installation. During the sales presentations and during the installation you will be told that Sun Up will stand by you and provide service and support for your system sounds good right. Any warranty or workmanship issues you may have with the system they install for you. However once you make your final payment to them for the installation they will never speak to you again.  I have been trying to get Sun Up to come out to my house to look at a solar panel that is producing only 66 percent of the power that the other 24 panels in my system are producing. I have been trying to contact Sun Up for 5 months now and the only time I got a response was after posting a very bad review of Sun Up in the Enphase app. I received a call within an hour of posting the review. Sun Up promised to schedule a time for one of their support people to come out and look my system to determine what is wrong that contact lasted 2 days Sun Up requested I send them my electric bills for the past year. I emailed the bills. Sun Up responded acknowledging that they got the bills and they would look at the bills and get back to me to schedule and appointment after their scheduling meeting that day. That was more than 25 days ago. I have sent 5 emails and called 4 times since and I not gotten any response from Sun Up. By the way when you call Sun Up for support don't expect anyone to answer the phone you'll just be offered the opportunity to leave a voice mail, your voice mail will be ignored like every other attempt to contact Sun Up to get support for your system.
