Terry does great work.  He has installed skylights and a French door for us and we are very happy with his work.  He is very personable and has a good sense of humor which makes having him in your home enjoyable.  Since he is good at what he does he does get booked up so you need to schedule him a couple weeks in advance but he is worth the wait.

Working with DJ as been a pleasure. They recently built an office extension off the back of my home and converted a storage room into a walk in pantry. The end result was fantastic! Everyone that worked this project was very professional and considerate, which was a blessing in itself since I was working from home in the next room the entire time. Andy is the best. I have two homes and he has worked on both of them. There is nothing he can't do,from the simplest to the most difficult renovation.  He treats your home as if it was his, very tidy, always on time, and besides that he is a nice guy who you can trust.  I would highly recommend him!

I've used Qualtire in the last 20 years for everything from very small plumbing fixes to complete bathroom remodels. Never received anything but impeccable service. This week my 80 year old house needed a little piping repair. Well, it's that holiday week between Christmas and New Year's. Wasn't sure what would happen. A couple of hours later, the Owner (Dennis) showed up. Not to quote me...to do the work! I'm impressed! That's why I use this company exclusively on my household work. They do it all.

They came out and were able to fix the issue.  There was a bit of a discrepancy in the quoted price versus the actual price when the tech came out to fix the issue.  However it understandable.  Overall good service.

I found Manny through Homeadvisors.  I got a couple of estimates for what was a pretty big bathroom remodel.  The job was to expand the bathroom and tear down a wall and gut the entire existing bathroom.  The price was not the cheapest estimate I got, but I felt that he would do a good job based on interviewing him.  The entire project was done faster than he promised, stayed within budget, and Manny and his team cleaned up every day to try to reduce the impact on our home.  All of Manny's workers were pleasant, and skilled.  Most have worked with him for many years, which shows how good a company he operates.  I unequivocally recommend him for any job, big or small!

I paid David Roberts $9000 for a home project in Kingman that he has done little work on that was to be completed in June 2021. I understand that he has personal issues that have complicated his life, however, he is a businessman and needs to complete his contract with me. I will replace this adverse review with a positive recommendation upon completion of the project. David did call me today assuring me that he would get back on the job. Let's get it done, David. Until then I could not recommend doing business with you.
