My wife contacted Gabe late in the evening regarding some electrical issues we were having. We were preparing to fly out of town in two days for Christmas and we only had power in half of our house. Gabe quickly responded by text message that same night and setup a time to come out the following day. We were very thankful for this as it was days before Christmas and it was a Saturday. He even offered to come Sunday morning as a backup. Gabe was very professional and quick to respond which made our situation far less stressful. I needed a handyman to help get our new house move in ready while my husband was out of town. Gary came on time and worked hard until the job was done. He installed 4 ceiling fans, a dog door, a toilet, and new shower head. He noticed my electric box was finicky and offered to pick one up next time he was in the area. I'd definitely call him back for more projects!

My garden hose was fused to the spigot. Rather than create a bigger problem, I went on-line. Shelton was one of several respondents. Ty arrived 15 minutes after agreeing to stop by and within minutes solved the problem. Great experience. I called around 11am and Jim was at my house before 2pm. Irma, their dispatcher, kept me apprised of when to expect him. Jim was professional, did a thorough check, let us know everything that was causing the issue and had it all fixed quickly. I will definitely use Mason Mech from now on.

I'd obtained quotes from several companies and was just having issues with communicating what I really wanted/needed to be done. I had a leaking patio roof and a broken, ugly patio concrete slab and I wanted both fixed or replaced. I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. Kurt was very easy to work with. Very honest and professional! He kept me updated during the quote process and during the installation. (I had him install an electric car charger that required the installation of a sub panel on the breaker box as well.) He even finished a day earlier than he originally quoted which was great! I will call him for future projects recommend him to anyone who asks.

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

We had a great experience with Tom.   Very professional, knowledgeable and he gave us every option to think about.  We had some issues with the platform and he took the time to make sure everything was neat and in place.  I would definitely use Tom (George Brazil) again for my plumbing needs.

Be careful with these guys!   They answer the phone how can I put a smile on your face today then proceed to take advantage of you!  I was given an exorbitant verbal quote by Anthony that was so outrageously high I asked to please see it in writing and was promised by Anthony that I would receive in an email the next morning.   After three follow ups with Emily addressing this I never received anything.   Even Mike the technician said to me Anthony is a wheeler dealer.   Not the kind of company that acts like they are trying to put a smile on your face rather a frown.   Buyer beware!

I have been asking for a receipt for a week!  I asked the technician three time and asked the office.  I was way overcharged but I was desperate for A/C repair because it was 111 degrees the day I needed them. INot recommended to anyone!
