Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Just had General Solar out to redo my pool solar. My old system was at the end of its useful life and was getting to be a headache to maintain.

Kent and Steve were very patient with me explaining the benefits of their product and what I could expect performance wise from a solar heater for my pool.

They showed up on time and worked diligently to get everything hooked up.

Kelly at EOS was so easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I ended up going with them for the higher efficiency panels I'd wanted for our current system. They made the whole process so easy. After looking around for fair price and the ability to install quickly; they came up with awesome pricing and actually listen to me. No one tried to BS me into more than I needed or wanted. They spent time answering my questions, and never talked over my head (so refreshing). They got me installed within two weeks of first contact! The new panels look great and you can tell the installer Chris loves what he does. Solar has saved me thousands and with these new added panels, I'm saving even more. Bye-bye APS, and thank you EOS! You're the best and I'm surly going to be sending everyone I know your way.

I started talking to Danielle about solar for our home since our electric bill was so high summer of 2019. She was so educated and had great customer service. Any question we had, she answered quickly. Brandon was also a pleasure to work with. He got our solar installed very quick after we made a great deal and he even threw in a free 65" tv to say thank you! We had a great overall experience working with Pep Solar. We had some hiccups in the beginning, but they got everything squared away and back on track quickly. Things can happen and what we appreciated was the communication and responsiveness. That's very important to us. We had two Tesla batteries installed. The guys that came out to work on the project were great! Very professional, on time and friendly. The job took longer than expected as we have an older home that has been remodeled but they showed up everyday and did a wonderful job. They showed up for every inspection and stayed until they were sure everything was up and running. We also had a great experience with working with everyone in the office. They were very responsive to our questions and needs and were very easy to work with. I would recommend them to any family or friends looking to get solar or do a project. We are very satisfied.

We live in the Tucson area and recently had a system installed. The problem is not with the unit, it's with the customer service group. The system was installed great. The problem with it is that it is so complicated that we cannot even operate it. When we ask for help, they seem to think it's our problem and that we need to address it. When we call, we get bounced around from person to person until someone tells us there is nothing wrong with the unit. It was operating fine when they left. It was not operating correctly when they left and now we can't get them back out here to show us what to do.
I guess I should have done better homework when selecting a company to do this.
This one obviously was a big mistake.

Update as of 4/23/22
Received a call from Benjamin the day I wrote this initial review he promptly responded and let me know he was going to review my account information and would get back to me within a week. I have never received a call back and have left multiple messages over the last couple of months and sent a message via Yelp with no answer. I was excited about solar and during the initial sale they were helpful and routinely stated how it's a long term relationship we don't just sell you something and you never hear from us again. I don't usually write reviews but felt this one was important to share for awareness as solar is a financial investment so pretty disappointing to pay for solar and continue to have to pay APS bills every month that are over $100.
