Best Water Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

VETSBuilt Contracting Flooring Contractor
My husband and I did a lot of research before choosing a contractor to take down our load bearing wall (in between the kitchen and living room) and raise our ceiling up a couple feet. Bob and his team were the most attentive, personable, and professional of everyone we met. They did a great job with the work they did, while finishing the project on time and very close to our estimated budget. We will definitely be using them again when we add on to our home.

Contacted Danny through yelp, got a rough estimate and scheduled an on-site meeting for a more in depth view of our master bath remodel. First I must say, I'm particular to whom I contract with and punctuality can typically be a first impression indicator. You don't have to be 10 minutes early, just be on time. Danny scheduled a time due to his heavy workload, and he stuck to it. My wife and I met with him, discussed our options and decided to hire him to replumb our entire shower. Keep in mind, not because he was the cheapest, but because he spoke with confidence, understood what we were asking for and knew how to knock it out.  We added a second showerhead, 3 way diverter, capped a drain and moved and centered a new drain. Danny is meticulous, and left our bathroom clean and free of any construction debris. Kudos to these guys. I will absolutely recommend Danny and his crew to anyone looking for plumbing work. And now when some asks about a plumber I'll say, "You're in luck, I've got THE guy." Lastly, we went through several "contractors" looking for someone to do this work, however without a doubt, Danny is THE GUY you want doing it.

Husbands 2 Go Flooring Contractor
This has nothing to do with their work....I actually never hired them.  This review is based solely on the estimate that I got from them.

I got 3 estimates from 3 different companies for the same services.  The estimate from Husbands2Go covered labor ONLY and not materials.  Apparently, I was responsible for shopping and obtaining materials.  If they obtained materials, there was a charge of $150/hour "shopping charge"  plus, I was informed they add 20% upcharge above the cost of the materials and the shopping.  Husbands2Go's estimate was about 20% above industry average, but considering their "estimate" does not include materials, where as the other estimates were 20% lower and DID include materials, the estimate was actually higher than 20% above industry average.

I has also asked for a small fountain to be built, for which I had all the materials.  The basin, which was to be against an existing wall, measured 6' w x 16" h x 16" d; it wasn't big or complicated.  I was given a labor charge of $2,000.

All of their labor costs, upcharges and shopping charges are prohibitive for me.

I read the reviews.  Many talked about their cost being "reasonable" but some of those reviews were from a year ago.  Maybe the times have changed their tune.

Golden Bear Contracting Flooring Contractor
Our Kitchen Remodel was a long process, but the new custom cabinets, counter tops, electrical, drywall, plumbing, appliances, and painting process were finally completed.
The Backsplash, over the cooktop and counter, was the last step.
We contacted several installers from lists provided by the tile stores.
We received no return calls.
Finally, we decided to try Yelp. Our Yelp search for Backsplash installers listed Golden Bear Contracting.
We called Michael, the owner of Golden Bear Contracting.
He answered our call and said he could come out that afternoon and give us a quote.
We wanted to show Michael the tile we had selected and also the Mosaic we had purchased to go over the cooktop.
The Mosaic contained thousands of really small tiles, and we wanted to be sure Michael could install it.
He answered all of our questions about installing the Mosaic and gave us a few suggestions on outlining the Mosaic with darker "Pencil" tiles.
We decided on the spot that Michael was the contractor to do our installation.
He gave us a date about two-weeks out for the installation and we shook hands on the deal.
Michael arrived on the promised day at exactly 8am and got right to work.
The job was finished, as promised, around noon the next day.
Everything, including the mosaic, went perfectly.
The grouting and the tile sealing went smoothly and the finished product looks absolutely great.
His cleanup was spotless and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
We'll be remodeling our master bathroom next and we had Michael look at the bathroom and make suggestions.
Turns out that he actually specializes in Bathroom remodels.
We were very impressed with our backsplash and also with his suggestions on the bathroom remodel.
We've decided to call Michael when we're ready to tackle the bathroom.
He is very professional, courteous, punctual and, when it comes to tile, he's Great.
