Best Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Gabe is awesome. Very courteous, professional and came when he said he would. I've been having intermittent power failure in half of my house for the past couple of years at least. Power would come on and be fine for a couple months and out of the blue, half of the electricity would stop working. Had a couple other people check it out before but when they came out, the power would always kick back on and they could never figure out the problem.

Finally I called Gabe and within a couple of minutes, he figured out the issue and told me it was an issue with the line coming in from APS and suggested that I call them ASAP to fix the issue on their end.

Soooo I did that, and APS came out within a couple of hours and replaced the faulty wiring which didn't cost me anything extra since it was on their end. Gabe was right on the money, power is back on and stable!

A lesson I did learn is that I should have just called APS first to check the problem and they could have told me whether it was their equipment or mine that needed repaired and it would have saved me the diagnostic fee of the electrician and would have cost me nothing.

However I'm just happy an ongoing issue was finally resolved and that Gabe gave me a very fair and honest assessment so the diagnostic fee, which I could have avoided by calling APS, was in the long run, worth it to me in that I met a fair and honest electrician who didn't give me the runaround. I will definitely use Gabe in the future if I have any electrical needs for my home. Highly recommended!

I called Rio Electric to remove an old cooktop and install a new one after my new countertops were installed, knowing that I would need two appointments. Ryan was extremely helpful over the phone. Dan did a quick job of pulling out the old cooktop and answered all of my questions. I will have them return to install the new cooktop and am confident that it will be done correctly. I highly recommend Rio.

They are overrated. The owners are too busy so they just hire contractors. The work the contractors did stopped working.

Great experience. I called around 11am and Jim was at my house before 2pm. Irma, their dispatcher, kept me apprised of when to expect him. Jim was professional, did a thorough check, let us know everything that was causing the issue and had it all fixed quickly. I will definitely use Mason Mech from now on.

We needed the wall above our shower tiled because the plaster walls were chipping and molding. We also needed the outside block wall of our house repaired after some plumbing demolition. I got two estimates, and VetsBuilt was a little lower. We had to schedule the work a couple weeks out because they were so busy, but they did the work in one day and it is beautiful. They did exactly what I asked for and it turned out better than I expected it to, honestly. Also, the crew doing the work was really pleasant, friendly and professional.

I didn't like that I had to go buy the tile and grout myself for the job, but it may have been cheaper than having the contractor do the shopping for me. Overall, I'm very happy with the work they did and recommend them!

Victor and his Crew Did a GREAT job re-wiring my Pool Pumps and fixing MY AC unit.  Very knowledgeable and able to think on their feet as the Pool Pump Wiring was not an easy job.  They qouted me a price and stuck to it even when it didn't work the first attempt. Second attempt was great and inovative. They think out of the Box to get the job done.  I would HIGHLY recommend them for your Electrical/Air Conditioning needs.  Hope will be the first I call next time I need service done.  Thanks Victor!

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

Abdul worked for about three hours. Charged $500 primarily for labor with minimal cost for under sink connectors and valves. Failed to furnish a complete invoice reflecting what he did for the $500 charged. Would never rehire.

I called because a GFI breaker kept tripping after the rain.  Kurt thought it might need to dry out, and it'd be okay.  He was right.  Helped me out by phone, no cost, and a great helpful attitude.  I'll sure call him for my next project!  Thanks again!

My grandmother needed to have two plug outlets replaced. It turned out that after the tech did the troubleshooting, it was determined that 5 outlets were going to have to be replaced? After the pushy tech urged that the whole property be rewired for an absurd amount, she decided to just get fixed, what needed to be fixed at that time. The 5 outlets that were replaced came to over $1,015.00 dollars before tax! When she showed me how much she paid I felt terrible because I was the one who recommended she call George Brazil. I called and left a message with the manager to explain to me why they charged her so much for that job. When you break that down, that's over $675.00 an hour for the 1 1/2 hours the tech spent doing the job. Nobody ever returned my message, which was no surprise. So, I ended up talking to a friend of mine who knew an electrician and had him come out to look at what was done. I was told that he would have troubleshot and done the job for between $250.00-$300.00. I really wish that I would have had my grandmother contact that person first, but I figured that a couple of outlets shouldn't be too expensive. I had expected that she would have to pay a little more money because George Brazil is a big name, but I never expected the repair would have come to over one thousand bucks! I am never going to recommend George Brazil to anyone again, or ever call them myself. I would highly recommend using any another company instead of any work that George Brazil does. If you do call George Brazil, at least get another estimate from someone else before they do any work for you, so you don't get ripped off either.
