Best Heater Repair in Phoenix AZ

Robert did an amazing job getting my walls dried out. Once we got that done it became apparent that there was a leak in the wall I had a plumber come out an fix it. Robert came back and made sure everything got dried out again! He was always prompt and did what he said he would do. I highly recommend them if you have water damage.

On another note their carpet cleaning and repair gets an A+ as well. I had a stubborn stain they got out and a need to stretch the carpet. All done to perfection and everything was back looking like new.

Rocky Mountain Restoration did an excellent job during a horrible situation. We had just moved into our new house when we had a sewage backup flood in portions of our main floor. Rocky Mountain Restoration was recommended by the plumbing company working on the issue. They showed up within in an hour of the call. Dylan Miller was very professional, understanding and thorough. He immediately explained all that needed to be done. Dylan personally came back everyday until the bacteria and moisture were at acceptable levels. He walked me through all the next steps that would need to be taken. He was the one shining light in this bad situation.

Also, Rocky Mountain Restoration works directly with the insurance company taking that burden off your shoulders. 5-stars for Rocky Mountain and Dylan!

Haven't even used their service and I am highly disappointed. Recommend from my HW. No showed two days in a row for a plumbing repair that has caused my kitchen to be out of service for 2 weeks. Would not do any work until the pipe was exposed. Didn't even offer to give us a quote to open the wall since the warrenty only covers the pipes. I would never recommend a company that doesn't communicate or keep appointments especially when families have to take time off work.
