Excellent service from Steven. Super knowledgeable. Found our problem and repaired it quickly. Even gave me recommendations on which kind of bulbs to use.

These guys are solid. I had a light switch issue in two bedrooms and I couldn't fix them on my own. I figured it would be a long shot to get someone out in the next few days, but these guys were able to come out the next day. They came looking professional and clean with collared shirts. After they efficiently did the work (and fixed both switches) I asked if they could look at a few other electrical items which they did with no issue. I started to get nervous about the cost as their work was top notch and they fixed everything I had issues with quickly, but when I received the invoice it was for just one hour at the standard rate (they were at my house for a total of 45 minutes). I am pleased with their service and will be referring them to anyone and of course I will be using them again in the future.

This was the best service and most reasonable price I could find to get my Tesla charger installed. And the offer of continued service and support was top notch.

Gary did an awesome job installing a ducted kitchen island stove hood. Very reasonably priced and timely. I am so happy I found a good handyman. Now I can cook bacon inside the house without opening all of the windows!

Best service from any repairman in a long while.  Kevin showed up in the earlier part of the 8-12:00 window, which I really appreciated, repaired two ceiling fans, and was gone in less than  half hour. Of interest to me was a comment made by another repairman from a different company--you ought to just get a new fan.  Not needed!  Kevin replaced the capacitor and the fan works fine.  And, reasonably priced.  I will absolutely use them again.

They were here the next day! Right on time! They were finished in no time flat! They rates were more than fair!

I had to call an electrician, after we'd purchased a new dryer, b/c our old one just quit working. It wouldn't even turn on. So we go out and spend $600 on a dryer, had it delivered. Plugged it in and IT wouldn't turn on. Obviously the dryer wasn't the problem. But my wife was smiling, she has a new dryer!

I called other electricians, but many couldn't even come out for 2 weeks. Others gave me bids, to run a 220 Outlet thru conduit, over the top of my house (Flat Roof w/no Attic) and into the breaker box.

That's where Clarence comes in. I'd received C. Read and Sons number from a local neighborhood app we use. They came highly recommended. So I gave them a call and scheduled an appointment.

Clarence showed up 2 days after contacting him. Jackie set up our appointments and he was right on time. He goes right to the Breaker box and flips the Breaker, instant trip! He comes and checks the 220 outlet. It's dead too. He switches the dryer onto another breaker and it didn't trip. He confirmed the Breaker was bad!

Now, I've lived many years and honestly, have never seen a Breaker actually go bad. So Clarence replaces the Breaker, turns on power and the outlet itself, was still dead. In that same amount of years I've lived, I've never actually seen, a 220 outlet go bad either. Especially after working, without a problem for 25 years.

With that said, what are the chances that BOTH of them go bad, at the exact same time? Especially after working uninterrupted for 25 years?

I HIGHLY recommend Clarence and will definitely use him again! He actually did troubleshooting to isolate the problem, instead of just giving me a price for the most expensive option! Ty was very responsive to our needs, as we live in another state and would only be in AZ for 2 weeks. He scheduled his time to accommodate us, starting the flooring job on our first day in town, and was done in 4 days. Our new Luxury vinyl plank floor looks great, and Ty and his crew were easy to do business with. His price was very fair and his work ethic was impeccable. Steven and his team do a great job!  They will communicate with you via phone, in-person, and text.  They will provide you an in-home estimate if you have a larger project and provide consultation if you need it.  They will perform installs for can lighting, fans, under-cabinet lighting, indoor or outdoor fixtures, outlets, and switches.  They will provide the fixture or install the ones you've purchased.   They don't use sub-contractors and even clean up after they are done.  Outstanding!!

I needed a new attic ventilation fan installed, and Kevin was extremely responsive when I called him. He came out the same day I called, got the fan installed, and was quick and professional about it. Kevin brings a good attitude with him. He was a pleasure to work with. Contacted Watt Masters via email to do some solar panel testing for a warranty claim.  I'd contacted probably 20 other electricians and couldn't find a single company that would do it so I was thrilled when Tom replied in the affirmative, and quoted me a price.
I've now emailed back three times in the span of a couple weeks and crickets.  So, look elsewhere - apparently Watt Masters is plenty busy and does not need any additional work....

Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

I just had a meeting with Johnson Power, they identified my needs, brought up potential issues with my underground landscaping power wires and lights. Finally the electrician found and addressed a safety issue on the spot!

This company does not care about customer service. I waited 7 out of a 10 hour window for an unbelievable quote to snake a slow drain. website states $53.00. see details though....it cost $59 just to have them come out to look. plumber quoted $356 to snake a bathtub. I laughed. he asked what I thought was a fair price. uh. , maybe thats why they don't do quotes over the phone! I am not a satisfied customer. tech sat outside my home for nearly half hour before he left, after I saw him to the door. I had to email next day to get an invoice. ridiculous excuses from management when I asked for my service call fee back. had scheduled with another plumbing service 2 days later. beware of bait and switch tactics. call someone else for your plumbing needs!
