Best Cabinet Light Repair in Phoenix AZ

Needed to have a few odd items taken care of ranging from the simple (switching out a GFCI outlet in our kitchen) to the more complex (figure out why our pool equipment as well outdoor ramada fans, lights and outlets suddenly were not working.) First I called and made an appointment and was initially impressed with what seem to be both a courteous and well organized front office. In addition prior to the stated arrival time, the office contacted me to let me know that the electrician was on his way and they had even sent me an email with his picture so I could be sure to identify him when he showed up at my door.  

AND When Jim showed up at the appointed time he tackled everything like a boss! Turned out the pool equipment and Ramada were more complex than I had initially thought and hoped. Jim Laid out exactly what needed to be done, how he would suggest best to do it, as well as what the cost would be for all of the repairs. Not only that --he ended up taking on the big job of rewiring the faulty pool equipment and remodel mainlines to the junction box as well as cleaning up and properly marking the box circuits that same day. All as part of his repairs which for most was above and beyond - but apparently for Jim was just the right way to do a job! Keeping simple electric in my permanent repair vendor address book- as they are keepers.

I was looking to have a chandelier removed from the ceiling and have a ceiling fan installed in the center of the room. I checked out a few electrician businesses in my city and saw that I had the ability to send out a quote request to several businesses at the same time via Yelp. I sent the quote request to 11 different businesses on a Saturday afternoon and immediately got 7 responses within the hour. The owner, Ryan, from Firefly Electric was extremely prompt with a response and his quote was nearly the best I received that did not include needing time to schedule a free estimate to come take a look or a fee to come out and check the job out first. He was also available Monday morning at 6:30am so I decided to go with Firefly Electric. Ryan came right on time and texted us when he got there per my request not to wake baby with the doorbell and got to work. The job took a little over two hours, but that was because the fan was brand new still in the box. I realized after the fact that I should have opened the box and at least assembled the fan, but I didn't have the tools or know how to put it together safely, but Ryan was really nice and put it all together for me. He could have easily said he didn't have the right cover for the hole where the chandelier was and left it at that but he went to Home Depot to grab a different cover plate to cover the chandelier hole. He was very nice and did a great job. He put out a large sheet to cover our floors so that the mess wouldn't get everywhere. I would HIGHLY recommend Firefly Electric to anyone needing electrical service. I will definitely reach back out for future jobs as well as recommend them to friends and family.

Gary did a great job. He was right on time and got right to work. He installed my water heater properly and didn't charge a fortune like other installers. Very happy with his work.

This company is fantastic.  They have very reasonable prices for repairing ceiling fans and other electrical repairs.  I also buy light bulbs for ceiling fans in their showroom.  The tech that comes out (Kevin) is very polite and always does a great job.  I also like that they have a warranty on their repairs.

Quick, professional, and great rate. Alex was very responsive and professional. He answered all of my questions. I needed a 240-volt outlet installed.  He responded to me on a Saturday and installed it first thing on a Monday morning.  It was installed in under 30 minutes. He showed me exactly what he was going to do.  He stayed within the budgeted amount and cleaned up the area when he was done. I would highly recommend Arc Electrical.

Requested for a quote and received instant response with quote for work. Which was great! Planned a date for service... but then no show. Never heard back... Totally different experience since my last requested service... Even referred this company to a friend and got the same experience. Would not recommend...

Wow! This company has fantastic customer service. Honestly, it was the first time I have had superb service from the home improvement trades. The electricians showed up on time. Were professional and pleasant to have in my home. They stayed and finished the project without rushing even though it took much longer than expected and they were long overdue at their next appointment.
I will be calling again because I have a few more electrical projects to be completed.

Had these guys come out and address a few electrical issues and them ended up calling them out again to  install a few wall heaters. Each time they came out they were professional and quick to get the job done. Even the person I called to set up the job was really kind and took the time to answer some questions I had. I would highly recommend them to address any electrical issues again.

Called these guys to schedule a service that they advertise on their website. They told me that they had bigger jobs than mine so weren't willing to come. Please consider adding that information to your website. Otherwise it comes off pretty rude. I prefer to work with companies that treat every customer equally.

Called twice and sent a text for a question about completed work and another project. No response. Not sure why and not thrilled about it.

I needed to install a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. Kristin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an in-person quote a couple of days later. Jacob called 30ish minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and they arrived as expected. They were able to give me a quote within 3-5 minutes which I agreed to and then they were able to complete the install right there within 45ish minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that was made. Will use them in the future for any electrical needs and highly recommend.

Due to your lack of desire to fulfill their commitment to warranty your services and repairs after six months even though they state that they warranty repair and parts for one year i will no longer be a customer.

Their shoddy workmanship has caused me a great deal due to the flood from a plumbing repair.  When I contacted the manager, he stated that he would do nothing to make the situation right.  I will turn the leaking material over to my insurance company so they can deal with the this company.  My insurance adjustor stated they are no longer operating in California due to problems and issues.

I will share my story with anyone who will listen to me of how this company does not stand behind repairs.

By the way, the repair cost over $500 and a new system would have been only $350.  I found this out, mush too late.
