Called twice and sent a text for a question about completed work and another project. No response. Not sure why and not thrilled about it.

I called Mason Mechanical to have my AC serviced. Our technician showed up right on time and was very efficient. We mentioned that we had a leaky hose bib in the backyard, he said he wasn't able to fix that but would have a tech come out and have it serviced. Cool, so I figured I'd call and schedule for a later date... nope! They had someone come out same day :) The technician who came and fixed the bib was also very nice to our shy dog. We are very satisfied with the work performed and will recommend to our friends and family :)

Same experience as Mr. X.  Left a message two days ago and never received a return call.  No BS here.  Must not need the business.  I'm moving on to the next contractor.

They installed at Nema 14-50 outlet for my Tesla. Wade and Bill are fantastic! I highly recommend them!

I needed to install a new electrical outlet in my bathroom. Kristin responded very quickly and was able to schedule an in-person quote a couple of days later. Jacob called 30ish minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way and they arrived as expected. They were able to give me a quote within 3-5 minutes which I agreed to and then they were able to complete the install right there within 45ish minutes. They did a great job and cleaned up any mess that was made. Will use them in the future for any electrical needs and highly recommend.

Jay Clark owner of Desert Mountain Electric.   Was Great  We had an Electric Switch under the sink which controls the Garbage Disposiable .  The Switch starting burning and sparking we could not turn it off So I had to turn off the hole house electric which meant i had no air conduction Fridge or freezer.  I called Jay at Desert Mountain Electric and he came right over replace the switch and told me the builder did not install the switch correctly .  We could have had a hole house fire.

This guy and his team is amazing! We had flickering lights, crashing of electricity, and surging power. We had to turn all of our power off. Allen came out first thing sacrificing his Sunday off and really cared to help us out in a time of need. He repaired a couple breaker units and solved a problem that could have been a lot worse which restored power to the house giving us the AC back again. He was easy to work with and cared a lot about helping us in a quick and hassle free way. Definitely recommend for all home electric needs!

We just bought a house that needed quite a lot of electrical work. Byler Electric was recommended to me. Dan is super nice and I totally recommend his company, and his crew they were awesome. This company,and Dan for sure, will be my go to electrician.

Rex and his crew are a rarity in this area.  Great communication, honest work, honest price.  Put the number in your address book and use it for future reference.   Looking forward to the next project, and would be the first call for the trouble calls.

Great service, very professional.  We called them for a quick repair to a light via recommendations on a local neighborhood Web community, and later realized that the company had wired our whole house built 12 years ago.  These guys are stable, fair, and know what they are doing.

Garrett talks down to females. I would explain it to you but did not want to confuse you. Refused to take down  2 wall sconces, and said the painter could paint around them.
Went behind my back as he was going to install a transformer in my brand new cabinets. This was going against the knowledgeable lighting specialist's design. After the discussion with the lighting specialist, Garrett tells me Don't worry, I have your back.  
At the end of the visit, he said, ok give me $500. What for?

He was out once to assess the project, free of charge. He had another appointment after the second visit. Obviousl, he did not schedule enough time to complete the work.
According to the hours he worked the bill should have been $250. I gave him $300. He did not give me change. That electrician has no integrity. I hired a great electrician for the rest is the projects.

Had a Tesla Wall Charger installed in my home, paid in full and my Tesla arrived five months later.  Charger did not work, called multiple numbers, no answer, no response.  No tech support number and no way to get anyone on the phone.  Do not use this company save yourself from the hassle and go with another company.

I have used Innovative three times (once inside and twice outside). In each case their work and pricing were great. I would highly recommend.

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

George Brazil came for quarterly service and Rose M. was my technician.  I was very impressed with her knowledge and the time she spent explaining what was wrong with my unit.  I will request Rose for future service and highly recommend her for anyone looking for future A/C repair.
