Chad came by to clean up a few wiring mistakes I made. Nothing of biblical proportions. On one I created a short when I swapped a rocker switch for a dimmer. On the other I wanted to replace a two-switch rocker such that each circuit is on a separate dimmer. The house is old and the wiring janky; I could not figure out how to split it into two. Chad solved the first problem fairly quickly--I created a short when I inadvertently nicked the common wire. The other box took him a few to figure it out--again, janky wiring. Instead of simply fixing the problems Chad explained how I created the short and told me how to avoid doing so in the future. Once he figured out the janky wiring--too many extraneous wires--he not only cleaned it up but again explained  what and how he resolved the issue. While he was here I also had him add an outlet near the ceiling for a wireless speaker, something I could probably do but hey, Chad is 20 years younger than me. I let him climb the ladder. In none of this did Chad make me feel like I committed an ID10T error. Oh. And Bjelde honored my military service with a 10% discount.

Great job my AC is cold again. Just wish they didn't try to upsell me but I think that's a higher up thing.

Would use them again, the gentleman worked his butt off and made my place cool again.

Unfortunately we had an awful experience with these guys August of 2018 and I definitely would not recommend them. It began very well with them seeming to understand everything we needed but the delivery was sloppy and thrown together. We had to deal with them for 4 months for a small project, and things just went from bad to worse.

The end result was an awful sloppy job on our small bathroom that we still have to deal with on a daily basis. The initial work had to be redone and the second time around was still badly done. Our shower still pools and does not drain properly. Some of the work was left unfinished because it took them 4 months (I was originally quoted 2 weeks). I desperately wanted them out to my home at this point. Yes, I was angry and extremely frustrated with them (and I'm not the type of person to complain much). This brief review doesn't begin to cover the nightmare experience we went though in dealing with this contractor.

I'll leave it at that, listing all of our issues would result in several pages of text. Although it is several months later, I wanted to do my duty and leave a review as a warning to others.

I'm adding my response to the reply. I'm not sure why they think I'm enrolled in college, underemployed, or not a home owner?
Anyway, all I wanted is to leave a review of my experience with this contractor. My experience with them did turn into a nightmare, and yes, I remain frustrated and unhappy with the results.

I'm not saying that Vetsbuilt has NEVER done any great work, they have excellent reviews from other yelpers, so I know they have many other happy customers. All I'm saying is that our specific project was a catastrophic failure. Numerous things went wrong and Vetsbuilt was not to blame for ALL of it. Vetsbuilt did try to appease in the beginning, but as the problems progressed, the seemed to give up and not care about our project. Their major mistake was bringing in an onside unlicensed contractor to do the work. This contractor messed up everything he touched. Vetsbuilt did try to salvage our project by having some other folks they trusted to redo the work. Some of their team did deliver on a professional level (Thank you Ben!), and others did not. The folks that didn't quite deliver were rushed and seemed overworked and spread a bit thin. They were also unresponsive and did not show up at the agreed time. When work was completed, it wasn't inspected as will as the first inspection IMO. There was a brief apology on the last day that I wish had come sooner. It honestly would have made things better. I tried to communicate as best as I could, however I couldn't take any more time away from work and just wanted to get through the project. I won't continue to list additional issues we had, since I don't think it will help alleviate anything.

A final open note to this business:
Please don't take this review to heart or as a personal attack! I'm not saying you are bad people! As a matter of fact, you were personable in the beginning and very responsive. The outside contractor you brought in was the one that made the mistakes. You tried to fix it. Toward the end things went from bad to worse because trust was lost on all sides. Everyone (including myself) were getting burned out. If you need to express your frustrations that is okay. You are entitled to it, and Yelp provides a platform for both business and client to do so. I had to give myself some time before writing this review because I was so furious, stressed, and heartbroken when everything was unfolding. I didn't want to leave a nasty rant, rather, I wanted to provide feedback in hopes of offering some constructive criticism. We all have room to improve; I once broke out in tears in the middle of the project from all of the stress (which was probably frustrating to deal with) and next time I'll make sure to gather myself and calm my emotions before discussing the issues. For this, I do apologize. I am glad however, we never had a yelling match, or let temper get the best of us, or exchanged any snarky remarks in person. Someone did raise their voice a couple times but it wasn't directed at me, it was due to frustrations from the nature of this project. We remained relatively professional throughout the whole ordeal I definitely wanted to reach out and say thank you for your professionalism on that aspect. I don't want to continue a back and forth dialogue with an online argument, so I'll just sign off with a last note and wish you luck on your endeavors too.

Our heating went down during the holiday season. I called a number of places, but no one was available to come and fix it. Chino Valley Heating and Cooling gave me Wade's number. Wade answered the call and he was able to come and assess the issue I was having with my heating the same day. It turned out that the motor and switch in my HVAC needed to be replaced.
Wade is a great communicator, he gave me updates until the project was completed.
I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. My heating is now restored and my house is now warm and comfy. Thanks to Wade and Bill for coming to the rescue.

Excellent experience with the Johnson Power Solutions Team this week!  I have zero knowledge of home electrical and needed subpanel replacements in a tight timeframe so we could install our new ac unit.  Jason answered my many many questions and listened to all our concerns.  I learned so many new things!  Thanks to Kristin also for helping set this all up for us and get everything we needed.  Jason and his partner were very tidy and easy to work with.  Definitely would rehire in the future.

Thanks to Mark (owner) and Brad (assistant) for their excellent expertise and customer service.  We had a major reconstruction kitchen remodel with a challenging wiring situation.  Mark and Brad were able to trouble shoot and come up with the right solution for our lightning needs.  Great customer service, it was a pleasure having them in our home. We recommend this company and will use them in the future. Thank you Mark and Brad.

Awesome service to start off. I requested a quote via Yelp and the owner Jay responded immediately and came out to my house within an hour to get a visual of what I was trying to accomplish. He gave me a quote, once I moved forward they send out a technician a few days later to knock it out. While going through my electrical panel, the electrician found a few electrical lugs used on my main wires coming into the house. Due to they are a safety hazard and could burn the house down he told me what we need and went to get the parts. It all worked out great in the end, the extra parts made the total go up but I utilized the $150 for $200 deal through Yelp and ended up right at my quote price. Couldn't be happier with the service and the owner personally coming out for the quote(above and beyond).

A couple panel change jobs. More to come. Jason and company is ready for the job. Will not disappoint.

Alen is simply awesome! Great communication through the whole process of quote to installation. Always on time and ready to solve whatever electric issue you have. He's super professional- as are the people that work for him. The area is always spotless when they are done! I just can't recommend Farris electric enough- we've used Farris electric twice now and will call them again and again as we complete our home improvement plans!

Rex from RJC was great.  On time, had good advice, fixed the issue, and had a very fair price!   Extremely happy.

Great service, very professional.  We called them for a quick repair to a light via recommendations on a local neighborhood Web community, and later realized that the company had wired our whole house built 12 years ago.  These guys are stable, fair, and know what they are doing.

Hired Winn Electric to do a few things around the house during a remodel, fixing broken outlets, installing new ones, etc.  Our electrician, Garrett, was very professional and knowlegable.  He clearly takes great pride in his work and is meticulous, a quality you obviously want in an electrician!

These guys are amazing. Tyler and cliff installed a dedicated network for my music room. Cannot appreciate enough. They are the best. Will definitely use them again.

Landscape lighting was a large financial investment for us and we wanted to make sure that we had a company that was going to do it right.  After researching and interviewing 4 or 5 companies we decided to go with Innovative lighting.  From the beginning they were open to answering my on-going questions, where others were not.
Chad, the owner of Innovative Lighting, did a fantastic job for us.  What was even more amazing was their follow through.  We had an initial issue with the brass light fixtures, we felt the light that was being projected seemed dull and not as bright as we wanted.   Chad came out at night and completely agreed.  He called the manufacturer and explained the situation and said you need to fix this.  Only, because of Chad's persistence, the manufacturer finally agreed to paint the interior of the brass fixture white, leaving the natural brass exterior.  It was a profound difference, giving us the look we expected with our outdoor lighting.   We could not believe how Innovative lighting went above and beyond to meet our expectations.   We highly recommend this company.  Honest people, who do the right thing!

Victor is the most professional and nicest contractor that we had the pleasure of working with!  He was able to come out within hours of calling him and his prices are super reasonable!  We called him for one project but quickly found out he does almost everything!  He installed new ac vents in our kitchen, new outlets on our patio and next to our back door, changed out all of our old outlets throughout our house, installed new fans, light fixtures, and the most dramatic, beautiful under cabinet led lighting in our kitchen! His customer service is superior!!!  He went above and beyond to help us with our house projects!  I highly recommend Victor for your home repair and projects!!

We just had a job done with George Brazil on our Plumbing on Friday 19th, 2021. The technician that came out was Jason Ream. He arrived right on time and he introduced himself and we did the same. After he introduced himself he explain what he was there to do and got busy right away. He did all the things that he was supposed to do, he took pictures and explained what all the work was about. Very Very Through and what a Beautiful Job He Did. And cleaned up everything to make it Spotless. We are so Proud of Jason and his work. He deserves more than 5 Stars Jason deserves 10 Stars.
