First I used Adam to hep with a pool panel in a home in Tempe and was happy with his work.
A few months later, I asked Adam to help with a home in Mesa and Adam seemed like a completely different person. Adam missed a lot of phone calls on a Friday night. So, I was worried and had to scrap my Friday night plans to check up on him only to discover he was ok.
Then Adam showed up at random times the other days and was sporadic. At times Adam wouldn't answer phone calls or texts.
There was a time when a neighbor claimed that Adam was at our Mesa home and left the home with our backyard gate open and lying on the ground, exposing our backyard pool to children.
Adam started to show some attitude and seemed to charge too much. Eventually, I decided to have another company finish work on a few remaining issues.

I would Not use this company getting a referral they are rude never tried calling an Appointment. Instead they texted me Bad business when this company tells me in a text to call. A bit rude & unprofessional. Beware

I really wanted to work with Two sparks as I had heard great things from friends but I never even got a call back.

The service was great!  They showed up on time and the work was done in a reasonable amount of time.  We had 2 tube light fixtures with old style ballasts replaced with LED bulbs that don't need ballasts. These new bulbs are bright and will last for a very long time.  They also checked a GCI outlet that went out.  Turned out it wasn't broke just the main breaker for the GCI was triggered.  No charge on that.  Fortunately they don't fix things that don't need fixing...this is a very honest company! As well, they replaced a few cracked light switches and got two of our ceiling fans working again!  I'd use them again for future electrical needs.

We just moved to Arizona and was looking for an electrician. It seemed like every electrician was either just to busy to respond or don't have any time for small projects. However I came across Tom and that was THE best thing that happened. Responsive, reliable, and reasonable. And to top it off he is funny and has a great personality.  He was able to install everything same day without a problem. THANK YOU so much for your great work!

Excellent installation of a chandelier. Brett was professional and friendly.  He worked with me on the height of the chandelier even when I wasn't sure what I wanted.  I would definitely recommend ABT and will use them for anything I need that they do.  Five stars don't seem to be enough to convey their service.

Matt and his team were super professional! They showed up exactly when they said they would and were able to install the fast charger for our Tesla. I had an issue with a kitchen electrical socket and I requested a quote from a few different businesses. Bruce responded quickly, and he arrived at my house shortly after. He took care of the faulty plug but also tested all the others as well. He even vacuumed up the counters to make sure everything was clean! I have found my new electrician! Thanks Bruce! I will always call Bob Becker if I need any electrical work.  He installed 4 GFCI outlets for me.  He discovered there was no ground for two of them which apparently was the result of a previous contractor's mistake.  Bob had to trace the wires to find a good ground wire.  He searched for around 2 hours, going in the attic, tracing other routes and finally found what he needed.  He felt bad that the other contractor didn't do right by me and he felt bad that it took him so long to resolve the issue.  He ended up charging below his normal rate.  He could have given up but he knew it was important since I was selling the house and it was one of the inspection items that I was charged with completing.  Plus he is very courteous, professional and does quality work.

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

Tom is one of the nicest, most honest, and talented electricians you will meet.  He has done expert work for us several times putting in a new load controller for the whole house and fixing some lights inside.  He always goes the extra mile.  You can count on his work to be excellent and reasonable.

Yelp to the rescue again. My fridge and another appliance went out Saturday morning. I flipped my breaker and it didn't work. We looked up 2 electricians - the first didn't answer then we called Sead to see if he could come help us. He actually told us how we might be able to fix it over the phone and if that didn't work to call back. Turns out, that advise worked. I always always appreciate people who actually try to help, not just take my money. Saved me on my 30th birthday! Without meeting him, I'm giving him 5 stars for being an ethical person.
