I'm not sure what happened exactly.  I spoke to Michelle, she came out to my house within a couple days and provided a written estimate the following day.   I responded to her estimate saying I needed one other thing done and that was the last I heard from her.  I have tried emailing, texting and left a voice mail, but no response what so ever.   It's been nearly 2 weeks.  You would think that would be enough time for some sort of response.

I'm always a bit leary having a new company come to our home for home services but I now have an electrician I will call for any electrical needs for as long as I live in AZ.
This company is amazing. I called and conveyed to them what the problem was and they gave me an approximate quote. We set up an appointment and out they came. They assessed the problem, showed me the problem and why it happened and fixed it.  They were clean and careful of our home. They itemized the charges so I'd know how they came up with the price. You need to call this company for your electrical needs. You won't be disappointed.

Thomas is very friendly and  knowledgeable about installing a tesla wall charger.  Answered all of the questions I had. Responded fast for a quote. The installation was quick and was done in about 20 minutes. Efficient and clean installation.

Super quick response from Scott and fast solve for my issue. Transparency on the work that was being done and no attempt to offer me services that I did not need. Will call ABT again when I need electric work!

Moved into a new home and needed some electrical work done. They finished in a reasonable time and the price was very fair. I'd definitely recommend them for my future projects!

Mr. Sunshine Electric was wonderful to work with.  The rep who came out to give the estimate so impressed my husband that he signed up immediately.  They were able to get us into the schedule just a couple of days later.  The two electricians who came out worked hard all day on our big work order, and then had to return the next day to finish.  They did a great job and we highly recommend them.

Matt and his crew did a excellent job installing a new NEMA 14-50 plug for our Juicebox 40A charging station in our garage. I had a lot of questions about the installation, as the garage is on the other side of the house from where our electrical panel is located, which involved trenching across desert landscaping, including under a sidewalk to the front door. Matt answered all my questions over text and email same day. His crew handled all the trenching on a hot July morning, including a lot of manual digging to avoid sprinkler lines, without a hitch and you can barely tell after it was completed. No issues, great service, would highly recommend for your EV charging station installation.

Needed some receptacles installed on our back patio for string lights.  Bruce came out right away and asked the right questions to reinforce why this shouldn't be a DIY job.  He was polite and easy to talk to and sent the estimate right away.  
At this point we became needy and asked if there was anyway he could do the work within the same week as we were entertaining on the weekend.  Bruce was able to squeeze the job in even though he already had a busy week.  That's service!
The work was very professional and looked better than I had envisioned.

A contractor who was doing non-electrical work brought in Becker Electric  to do a simple disconnect an outlet and put in a new one.  Why this took 2 trips (Bob claimed 3 trips) and 2 trip charges is still beyond me.

For the first trip, since I already paid the trip charge, I had Bob Becker check my ceiling fan in a house built in the mid 1990s.  

He could not figure out the wiring and stated Well I can't figure out how this thing is connected.  It must have been something special after the house was built!.

That was not what I expected someone to say - basically I don't know (at least he was honest).  I expected someone to rip it apart and figure it out.

I then asked about the hum of the fluorescent lights in the same room and then I guess that was something he was comfortable with because he then describes how he could fix up this room (minus the fan, of course).

A week later, I called Bob to get a quote and a few days later received a reasonable quote compared to feeling getting ripped off for my previous work.

It seems like this is someone who knows how to do handy-man electrical issues.

Never responded to the request for electrical work via the Yelp App.  All other companies responded quickly.

Arrived on time (a few minutes early). Knowledgeable and experienced. Offered insight for some future projects that I will now be planning to use them on.  Got the job done on time, safely, and for a reasonable price.

Bonuses to my experience:
1) They identified two unsafe conditions left by previous electricians (a double-tapped circuit and a non-compliant breaker).
2) They laid plastic sheeting over the countertop (to protect my coffee left on the Keurig after my hustle of a morning to get the kids out the door to school).

I needed a new contractor to do some renovations on our new home so we turned to Yelp and and found shepherd contracting. We used Thomas and his team when my new home needed some updating. The communication was above and beyond. We love our new bathrooms and will post updated photos soon!

The work performed exceeded my expectations.  Got three quotes and the cost was very reasonable. Half the price of the big company, and provided recommendations that we had not thought of.  Tom did a fantastic job.  First, getting the microwave above the stove on a separate service line was a necessity as it solved the circuit breaker resets.  The new recessed LED lighting in place of the wall-mounted fixture in the bathroom is working great and it looks spectacular.  We had an outlet moved from the bathroom to the vanity on the other side of the wall and had another outlet added in its place in a more functional location, both on a new service line.  The new light feed for the vanity will work great for the added second sink.  He pays attention to detail.  The outlets are aligned perfectly, even the slots in the screws of the cover plates are aligned parallel !!

Sead is awesome! Our backyard lights stopped working and he came out the very next day to fix the problem. He was very professional, kind, honest, and funny. Best of all, he had the equipment working in a few minutes, provided a clear explanation of the issue, and the price was very good. We will be calling him for all of our future needs.
