Wow what a great company! I had them come check a room I am moving my home office too. They took the time to explain to me how much each item uses and confirm I should be ok. I had them switch out the electrical plugs and provide a quote on some additional items we will definitely use them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone in need of fair honest electrician.

Chris and his team are great!  They show up!  They show up on time!  (Really!  That's hard to find in a contractor) They do really good work!  Everything works!  They clean up after themselves.  What's not to love?

Eddie was great and has years of experience! He answered my call for dryer help on a Saturday and arranged to come Monday. He was early and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our dryer. Immediately he presented us with our options and even expressed how we could save money. He quoted us an honest price and didn't add charges in the end. Eddie actually left our house and got the part we needed very quickly, returning and finishing the job the same day. He was very friendly and trustworthy. We will definitely be calling Eddie first, next time we need a handy man.

CJ was great! I hit a water line while doing demo work over the weekend, upon noticing my obvious mistake I hurriedly gave a CJ call and he was over within the hour. I certainly hope to do more work with in the future!

Jeff is awesome. I came to know him from him having to work on my friend's house.  He is prompt, very good follow through, very friendly.  He explains what is taking place to help educate as well as being quite reasonable. I ended up having him come over to my house and help with outlets and an A/c installation. He helped take care of the electric issues.  I wasn't aware that the outlets were paired with various switches but he had helped to address it so that they wouldn't affect the outlets.

I WILL be using him in the coming future with new starter wiring to help update my HVAC unit that is with the house (not the addition).  Also with electric wiring involving the patio area for future Spa unit.

I hesitate to review him in such a manner because that means he is going to be EVEN busier and maybe harder to reach.  However, I believe good people who are not only hard workers but very reliable and reasonable - need to have the proper spotlight.

I have not had luck with a handyman and wished Jeff handled more than electricity BUT handling electricity is huge and it does cover various things I need help with around the house.

We had hired Barbagallo Electrical to install a medium-sized chandelier in our dining room. First contact with Vince was really pleasant - he was kind, informative and direct. Even the technicians that came out to the service site were very friendly and professional.

However, due to scheduling conflicts they left before we were able to review their job - which was less than ideal. We called Vince back explaining that we weren't satisfied with the job as the chandelier looked noticably slanted and uneven. He was able to relay what the technicians had explained to him (as to why it was that way) but promised to come back and fix the job as he wanted us to be satisfied!

We had set another appointment to get this fixed, and were met with a no-show. Unfortunately, it's now been almost a week since he stated he would come back to the house and despite multiple attempts to contact him we've not been able to get a hold of him to fix the job. While the people at Barbagallo Electrical were pleasant upfront, this has been a very unprofessional, and now even more expensive experience. Cannot reccomend Barbagallo Electrical.

Estimated charge at near $4,000 to merely hook up auto charger.
Offered five year warranty.
No way trustworthy.

Terry and his crew did a complete deck rebuild for us did good job stayed in budget help me re-designed it a little bit and kept area clean. They were  professional and they got it done in a good amount of time. I meant to put this review in sooner but we've been busy so again thank you Terry and company for rebuilding my deck

My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. If I could give negative reviews I would. They promised me an experienced tech and said it would only take one day. They sent out brand new techs that knew nothing about Control4, and it took three total days.

I had read a review that this company will charge you for things after the fact that they never talk to you about. I asked about this initially and they said that was just a disgruntled family member. Then they proceeded to bill me for some ridiculous thing afterwards.

I would not use this company. Find somebody else. They oversold me on Control4. I was only ever going to use audio visual, yet they sold me a system to handle twice that load. I've gone to another company that's amazing.  Have been working with the new company for over a year and they are outstanding. I would not recommend using Performance AV company at all.

Had an issue with my AC not starting up and determiNed capacitor was bad. I didn't have one of course just needed a HVAC guy to bring one and replace it. They wanted $385 for the install of a new one. I had one replaced a couple of years ago and it was only $160 for cap and Freon charge. I advised home that was outrageous and he said well you can't get one and I advised him I sure can and I did and installed it for about $18. I was not very impressed with there service and would not recommend them as they price gouge because it was Friday after work. Wouldn't trust them.
