Alex came over at the end of the day and was at my house 15 minutes after I called him. He explains everything very clearly and is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend! Will definitely use again!

I needed an old light fixture removed, and a new one installed in my hallway at home. It was a pretty simple job.  My ceiling is about 9 ft. high, and the light fixture was small, about 7 in diameter.  I reached out to several electricians. Optimum was the first vendor to respond to my request for a quote (through Yelp).  They were also considerably less.  One company quoted $175-$275. Another told me that it would cost $200 to come out, but that would be applied to my bill.
The electricians (dad and son) arrived 15 min. early. They were pleasant and friendly.  We joked about family and grandkids. Everything was done in about 20 min.  
Next time I need an electrician I will be contacting these gentlemen.

Had a short list of electric-related projects around the house.  Roman knocked them off quickly and effectively.   Price was excellent.  Service was even better.

Vians and Mik did an amazing job hanging a chandelier in our entry way. We were missing one part from the manufacturer and they were able to troubleshoot on the spot to get the job done. They were great to work with!

Was having some issues with flickering lights in our entire house. Initially Nathan came by and suggested a few DIY options before hiring him and spending the money, which I really appreciate! I replaced some lights and switches in our home and the flickering was still happening. Therefore it had to be a wiring issue or something at the breaker panel. I messaged him in the afternoon and he replied promptly and said he could send guys the next day at 9am. Quick timeline, responsive and professional. Next day, guys came at 9am like he said they would. Both were super nice and professional. Came prepared, I explained the issue and they spent a good amount of time at the panel. Some breakers were loose and a few neutral wires were very loose. They tightened everything and we tried the lights, nothing seemed to flicker while they were here, so fingers crossed that it was an easy fix and solves our problem. Before they left, I asked if they could run a electrical wire for my ring doorbell. They got me a quote quickly and I agreed to the work. They did a quick and neat job. Doorbell is functioning and the workers were kind of enough to patch the holes they made with wood and the drywall that was cut out. It'll be much less work patching and painting now! I appreciate the professionalism of this company and it's workers and also how quick they were able to come by. Highly recommend. BTW, Nathan is a super nice guy. So don't think twice about booking him. If we need any future work, we will call him. Just keep in mind they have a 2 hour minimum, but that was no problem for us.

Went with BK to get a new light pendant including a dimmer installed in my dining room. Marcio and Chris were the guys who executed the work. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. They look like twins but they swear they're not related! Jokes aside, they explained their game plan thoroughly, which I appreciated, and best of all, they were receptive with feedback of how I wanted the fixture hung. Despite running into some issues with existing wiring, they were able to figure out a solution quickly. Honest work, fair pricing, and good hardworking people. Will plan to work with them again in the future.

I hired East West Electric for all my electrical needs.  When it came to having my large chandeliers installed, I knew I was in safe hands with Vartan. His attention to detail and clean and professional work ethic put my mind at ease.

I would only trust him to do electrical work in and around my house. He even installed all my LED lights and I'm planning on having him install the lights in my swimming pool and patio!

The back half of my house lost electricty. I called Penna Electric this morning and this evening my house is back up and running. I really appreciated Todd calling to give me their ETA and then he himself showed up as his guys got stuck on a job. Not only did he fix my electricity problem but he also prevented my house from possibly catching fire as there were live wires resting on my roof. I now have a good reliable electrician; such a relief.

So glad we called these guys - one of the few electricians to pick up your call and keep in touch with call backs etc.  Half our house was out.  Alexis scheduled an onsite eval very next day and within one hour the guys identified and fixed the issue.  We are on a budget and they we so understanding and saved us heaps of cash - what a breath of fresh air - its companies like this that put big business to shame - go BK you guys are the best !

Showed up fast and wasted little time. Our control panel with all our breakers weren't working. He found the two fuses that were burned, he had to make multiple calls for the part because it was late and many places were closed. Instead of saying sorry I'll come back tomorrow he kept making calls. I really liked that. He knew the emergency we were in and didn't give up. After he replaced and fixed everything we noticed a separate problem with our ice machine and fixed that for a very small fee. Overall one of the best electricians we have ever worked with. Will definitely be calling him again.

They were really accommodating to help my mom install a chandelier at a moment's notice. It was a whole team effort with Giovanni, Fortino, and Oscar, who were all extremely polite and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend them!

Jeff, Pat, and Dan diagnosed and fixed an issue that puzzled me: the power was out to 3 switches yet the circuit breaker was not tripped.  They found the problem (due to something I did about 6 months ago) and fixed it.

Called Hany and he gave me an immediate same day appointment. He arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me a detailed explanation of time and cost for repair. He completely the repairs during the same appointment. I only wish I called Hany sooner when I first noticed issues! I will happily be using Hany for all my Electrican needs and highly recommended him. Thank you, Hany!
