Same like other customers. Got the run around and upsell for other things completely unrelated to the issue why I called their company to begin with. The way he answered my questions and went off tangent from simply adding a new outlet! I am also very appalled by how he puts other licensed electricians down without knowing who his competitive bids would be...one of those...( we do it right but nobody else knows!) If you want a service who tries to upsell you for all other unrelated things then good luck!!
I agree the reviews could be fake and I wonder how someone who said they will provide a range/ quote after sending them photos never returned your message and follow up what he said would do. SAVE your energy and PASS!

Optimum is fantastic. Had a relatively simple issue, but being a complete electrical noob, I called and scheduled a visit. They were on time and immediately set to work diagnosing the problem. Upon finding the issue, they were clear and upfront about what they'd need to do to fix it and how much that would cost.

All in all, they were in and out in about an hour. My outlets work and - total bonus - I didn't electrocute myself.

Would highly recommend them, as their attitude and communication were top notch, and their speed and efficiency were impressive and greatly appreciated.

Roman came out right on time and was extremely helpful! He got to the root of the problem very quickly, and in this case it was a very easy fix. So easy he insisted on not charging me even after making his way out here!  If I have any electrical problems in the future he will be my first call.

It was easy to make appointment. The company called to confirm and the work was professionally at a reasonable price. Cannot ask for more than that!

I'm really glad I called Nathan at Madison Electric last week. He sent out Mike who was great and took care of a handful of repairs quickly was a very thorough worker. I won't be calling anyone else for future electrical needs. Thanks guys!!

MH is excellent service at very reasonable prices. They did a fantastic job installing new outlets and upgrading the power source to our garage. They also assembled and installed new lighting fixtures while paying close attention to detail.  Very professional and prompt. Highly recommend.

I don't know if they're good or not because they no showed my appointment ‍

I had scheduled an appointment and spoken to a person on the phone, but never got any follow up contact and then they did not show up. Hate having my time wasted, and scheduling my day  around someone that can't make the appointment.

We have used BK Electric Services twice and both times they were excellent. Most recently we had a small electrical fire in our kids room because the SCE transformer sent high voltages to all the houses connected to it (three electrical fires on our block). We couldn't turn our power back on until the fried outlet was fixed. BK answered our Yelp request almost immediately and had one of their electricians (Alex) who was supposed to be on his day off come out. He called ahead of time to get info on the job because he was in his personal truck and needed to stop by Home Depot to pick up supplies.  Even with that he was at our house within ~2hr and systematically fixed everything.  We have them coming back again to fix the other items on our list and would recommend them highly to anyone who needs an electrician.

It's been said, but these guys are the real-deal and very honest, which for me is key.

Eric R came to fix the ancient panel we have in the condo.  He was on-time (huge deal for me!) and even took his shoes off because I'm picky like that (but I didn't even have to ask).

We even geeked out about circuits and audio stuff while he was working which I appreciated.  He also showed me what was wrong and why it was acting up, and gave me some tips to save some cash in the future.

Very very much appreciated.  

My recommendation is to hire these guys instead of worrying about whether you're getting ripped off or overcharged.

I hired Penna Electric to install a new sub panel box and 5 new circuits to our old house in Hermosa. We were constantly tripping breakers when more than one appliance was running at the same time. Penna Electric came out and listened to me explain the problem. I mean really listened. He was very patient and understanding as I am no electrician. He then explained in layman's terms what they would do and gave me the price after checking on material costs. Everything was done on schedule and very professional.  I couldn't be happier with my experience with Penna Electric. Our company needed some electrical work done ASAP on a commercial/residential home. I called literally 10 electricians in my area, no one could come same day and quotes were very pricey.

Jay was in the middle of something but was able to squeeze us in. He came same day to give a quote and even came back later that day to fix our electrical problem.

The quote was very affordable which is a plus for our non-profit. We will definitely use him again if needed and we recommend his services.

These guys were very timely - came out the same day (within a few hours) to fix my kitchen light fixture that went out! I would definitely recommend!

Just wanted to give an updated review. I can't say enough about this company. Last year when they provided service they were knowledgeable, timely, and just overall professional. Given the nation's unprecedented crisis, it isn't unlikely to notice a difference in work ethics, but their values did not wane. This is a fantastic company. I have had a long list of electrical jobs that needed to be addressed in my older house for some time but could not get anyone I knew to recommend an electrician - they either had horror stories or said their guy only did big jobs like re-wiring whole houses, new construction, etc. I finally went on Yelp and found Yuri's reviews and I can  say without reservation that Belco's 5 star rating is well deserved. All my many jobs were done in one day at a fair price and Yuri and his associate even came back the next day to check on something I thought wasn't working. It turns out I was hitting the wrong switch - they were gracious and had a good sense of humor about having to drive all the way back to my house just to show me that I wasn't hitting a correct switch! Finally, finally, we have found an electrician we can call! Absolutely use Belco for your electrical needs.

Jeff responded to my inquiry quickly, and after a short phone consultation, arrived and fixed our issue. He and his partner were professional, organized, and courteous. Will use them again in the future.

I had the Seven Electric team come out to help me with some MUCH-needed electrical work. They are obviously very popular/busy but nonetheless they got me on their schedule asap. In a very professional manner, they communicated every step of the way if there was any issues or delays which is all that I can can ask for. In the heart of this pandemic its so refreshing to find a business that makes you feel like family from the very first phone call... Most importantly they took care of my electrical issues. Not to mention- the price was very reasonable for the work I had done... I don't know who needs to hear this but I definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs good electrical service! Employees 10/10!!!
