Chris was excellent! He came to do work for us and was very efficient and thorough in locating our electrical problem and solving it quickly. Chris and other staff were very friendly and responsive. I am very happy with the work and appreciate that Chris didn't poke along to run up the clock. He also took the time to explain what the problems were, and how the GFIs were arranged, so we would know where to check first if we have future issues. I would definitely call Malco again if I have any electrical problems in the future! They were great!

Read the Yelp reviews and emailed for a quote to replace a breaker in our main panel box. Thomas called within 30 minutes and scheduled time the next day to fix our problem. Pricing was fair and service outstanding. Will use Russell Electric for future electrical needs.

Jon is honest and responsive. A lot of the electricians I contacted seemed intimidated or hesitant to take on our electrical remodel. They weren't prepared for the walkthrough, didn't take notes, and never got back to me or just padded their quote to the sky to make up for their lack of good estimation and cover their misses.

I put a request in with Yelp for the repair of my electrical panel per an inspection done for the sale of my home. I thought I had contacted another company, but actually the work went out to bid.

Scott called me in ten minutes, arranged a time with me - and called to tell me he could come sooner. He confirmed the problem with a thorough diagnosis, made the repair in twenty minutes, kindly just charged me the base service fee and went on his way.

Raymond and Eric did an amazing job hanging my crystal chandelier (120lb) from 16 ft high ceiling plus pendants in the kitchen and provided exceptional customer service (even squeezed me in the same day for last min appointment)! From my first meeting with Raymond, I felt extremely comfortable and trusting in his recommendations. I could not have been happier with the end product (just in time for Christmas). My smoke detectors were at end of life. I contacted a few electricians to get a quote for installing new smoke detectors. Travis got back to me right away and scheduled me in for a few days later. He showed up on time, quickly got to work, tested the newly installed smoke detectors. My neighbor was having the same issue and he took the time out to go to her house to replace her smoke detectors. Very nice and professional! Hoping to get a fast charger installed soon by him. 10/10 recommend!!!

Dan was not available for services in our area (Steiner Ranch). Too bad :-( We own several rental properties and could have given him a ton of business over the years. Funny, he said he was in Marble falls on a job but, we were too far out.

David with Hart Electrical Services is the best around! He did the wiring for our custom home and did an amazing job. He ALWAYS showed up on time, worked extremely hard and had an amazing attitude. It is clear to see that his job is something that he is passionate about and enjoys doing. If you have any electrical needs, look no further!

Got a few quotes for installing an EV charger in the garage. Different companies provided different solutions ranging from setting up a new 50A circuit from the main line on the other end of the house to pulling in the unused 30Amp dryer outlet. Homer's solution was much more simple to just pull it from the breaker box in the garage. He clarified that at night times when the usage is low, the rest of the house won't need much and I could likely safely pull 50Amp without tripping the breaker. And if I did, he said I could just use the charger at half power instead. Cost a fraction of what the others were quoting. He was able to get it all done the next day, took about 30mins.

Excellent service!  Very pleased with timeliness and did what they said they would do.  Juan was very clean and professional and did an excellent job of installing my pendant light and dimmer switch.

Seemed like a professional company, but they charged $80 just to give a quote and then the quote was 3x more then other companies quote for the same work. Wouldn't recommend.
