What a great company!  Victor came out to my house today and did a great job.  He also took the extra time to educate me on some simple DIY maintenance around the house.  Can't say enough good things about these guys.  I called them yesterday with an emergency, and they were here first thing in the morning to help me out.

I tried several times to get them to give me the estimate so I could schedule them for the work, but every time oh yeah sure we'll get that right out to you. Sorry every job isn't $900,000 house out in Westlake... at least have the decency to tell me you aren't interested.

So great -- we had a mystifying lamp situation that was well beyond my not extremely handy man abilities. We called, Russell Electric they stopped by the same evening, and within and hour, all was right as rain. Super efficient, competent and professional.

These guys are punctual, responsive, knowledgeable, personable, and went the extra mile when, through no fault of their own, I needed them to come out twice after the initial service to fix an issue that came up after they did a perfect job. Highly recommend.

Hired to replace both main panel and subpanel.  Fastest timeline and second best quote.  Johnathon's team did a fantastic job and cleverly fit my boxes behind a decorative wall.  I do dock one star for mixing up quotes and box sizes and mislabeling most of my breakers.

I requested a quote on yelp because I recently purchased a house and was having an issue with plugs not working in the kitchen and master bath and also needed a closet light fixed. Out of all the companies who responded, Bear Electric was the most informative and friendly and I felt were very transparent and honest regarding costs and potential fixes. So I sent them my home inspection report and had them take care of all the issues listed in one trip. Am very happy with the end result! The service and price was great. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for electrical help with their home!

I called on a Saturday night after my AC stopped working and seemed to be an electrical problem. They told me to check the fuse and they were correct. We added a pool heater / chiller to our existing system and needed another 60Amp breaker. Another company told me my house only had 125A and would need another line brought from the street for $6500 LOL!  By the way, every house has 220A so don't believe that ever. Raptor showed up on time, didn't BS me and finished the job in less than 1 day for a very fair price.  The finish out looks fantastic and works perfectly. Thanks guy!

He does an okay job, but since he gets paid hourly, you could tell he was dragging the time on (or he is REALLY slow at his job).  He just wants money from you so if you're okay with that and his slowness, go ahead, hire him.  No, he's not bad and he doesn't have a horrible mean personality, but he's only interested in getting money.

20 degrees outside and two days before Christmas and he still came out same day. Super honest. Could have told me anything was wrong and I probably would have paid it considering how cold it is. Will use him for all HVAC issues from now forward. Honest and reliable. Couldn't ask for anything more.

My main breaker was tripped and no other electrician services were available for same day service. Homer was able to come out and did a great job identifying the short circuit in my main panel. He then went to get the materials for me on the same day replacing the entire panel and breakers. Great communication and service! Highly recommended.

On time, courteous, and extremely reasonable -- I would recommend Steven anyday.

Seemed like a professional company, but they charged $80 just to give a quote and then the quote was 3x more then other companies quote for the same work. Wouldn't recommend.
