Reasonable, honest, and fast. Very courteous and professional. Used this company since the 1980's and the high quality of the customer service and work performed is second to none. These folks have a large fleet and are very reliable and punctual. They clearly explain things and make accurate estimates. Can't recommend highly enough.

We were in the middle of trying to sell our home when the buyer's inspector found an electrical issue.  One of our breakers was incorrectly sized for the A/C system it supported.  We needed and electrician asap, and time was of the essence to keep the deal moving forward.  We called Steve and he was able to come out the very next day.  He discovered the breaker was incorrectly labeled by the previous electrician and was actually the correct size after all.   My point is, he's not only a very good electrician, but honest and dependable as well.  We would recommend his services to anyone!!!!  Thanks Steve!

We needed some outlets added to various rooms. There is a good reason Grayzer gets five stars! They are easy to book, super friendly phone support and our technician was timely, friendly and fast! Brock was very professional and courteous. We both work from home and were pleasantly surprised how minimal the disruption was. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a solid electrician.

Absolutely top notch crew!!  This review is long over due as I've worked with Darin and his team on multiple projects and every time has been the best experience. After a recent experience with a contractor that was sub par at best, I had to have Darin's team back out.  Another 10 star experience and it continues to reinforce the idea, when you find great people that do great work- hold on to em!!  I'll continue to be a repeat customer!!  These guys are outstanding, accountable, reasonably priced, and attention to detail shows they absolutely care about their quality of work.

Dustin was recommended to me by my hair stylist. I needed to replace an entry light and a pendent light over the bar.  The day before the job was scheduled Dustin called to confirm what was to be done and the arrival time. Dustin and his helper Joshua arrived on time and completed the task without a hitch. We've hired the Brightside Electrical team to help us on a few jobs -adding recess lighting, and installing a ceiling fan in a room without a light fixture - and they've been awesome every time. They're responsive, accountable, and professional. I would recommend them 10/10 times and will continue to hire them as new projects come up.

Scott has done two jobs for me and did an excellent job on both. He moved some very tricky electrical wires for me and replaced a blown breaker in my breaker box. He also identified a blown transformer in my a/c unit.

Scott doesn't just do the job he's asked to do--he goes above and beyond to make sure all of your electrical and appliance issues are resolved. He is prompt, professional, friendly, and very good at his job. He's a great electrician and I cannot recommend him enough.

Needed an outdoor GFCI installed and LGE did a great job at a reasonable price. Definitely will give Raymond a shout next time I need electrical work.

Rosalinda, the boss's wife just emailed me a copy of a really old invoice and then called me and accused me of not paying an invoice from work that was done a year and a half ago. I told her I pay all my bills immediately. She asked well how did you pay us then? I said I don't remember. She has the audacity to reply with an attitude You don't remember? Like I am stupid or something for not remembering something that happened a year and a half ago! Do you remember what you ate for lunch 2 weeks ago? Exactly. Like it's my job to keep receipts for years and years and know off the top of my head how I paid every single vendor in the last two years.

Word of advice if you use these people, make sure you pay them by check, and keep a copy of that check forever. Because Rosalinda may call you two to three years later talking 'bout you owe us money!  

And guess what? If you don't have proof you paid her she can easily put a lien on your house until you finally pay her for something you already paid her for.

Alejandro, Luis, Jose, and Austin installed recess lighting in two offices, two hallways, our living room, kitchen and laundry room. They were knowledgable, kind, hard working, fast, and did high quality work for a good price. The Austin contractor landscape has a lot of folks in it and it can be tough finding a good one these guys are really wonderful and I highly recommend them. I am excited about working with them on future projects.

These guys were great. I posted my need at 0900 hrs and they were there in 3 hours to address my non-emergency issue with some very quality, professional, courteous work!

Max installed an 240V outlet in my garage for my Tesla Model 3. He arrived ahead of schedule and emailed me before to check if arriving earlier was okay. He was extremely professional and was responsive by email when I was looking for quotes. Max's quote was very fair and reasonable and beat a lot of the most rated ones on Yelp. He installed the outlet flush with the wall and even helped label the panel box, small things but nice attention to detail. I highly recommend using Twin Oaks and will have him out again for any future electrical issues.

Highly recommend.  Prompt communication from them and even worked around my schedule to come out to install a power outlet.  Local businesses you can count on.  Quick to get it done once he got it started.

I tell everyone how GREAT Dan Hoffman is as an all around handyman! For the past three years he has been there for us as my son as moved around Austin pursuing his college degrees. He is prompt, always friendly, very knowledgeable about what he is building, reasonable and just a joy to work with! He has built a bed, chest of drawers, desk, and bedside table and taken them apart and reassembled then each time my son has moved. Will continue to us his services as long as we are in the area!

Great service!! Four companies told me I had no repair options.  They said I needed a complete  replacement of my hvac unit. Xiaoyu was very surprised I wasn't given any options and he was able to replace some parts and he fixed my ac!! This was 1/3 the price of a new unit. There were some issues getting the parts but this was out of his control. While waiting for the parts to come in, he brought me a portable ac unit which was awesome! Very nice young man that I highly recommend and I will do business with him again. Thank you Xiaoyu! You are the best!
