We reached out on Wednesday around noon to install an EV charger outlet and he was at our house within the hour. He gave us the best pricing and was at our house 8am sharp to do the job on Friday. He is extremely responsive, showed up on time, and completed the job in an hour. It is hard to come by reliable and honest people these days. We will definitely be using him again. I got several bids for a full residential panel upgrade and Beekman was the most competitive for the job and most transparent on what exactly would be done with what materials. Many electrical companies give vague descriptions on their itemized bids leaving you to wonder what exactly is included.

I'd call them again for any job.

The electrician was very knowledgeable. I was happy with his work. He was prompt, came out the same day. Issues all over the house were addressed. Happier now of some safety assurance.

Let me start by saying I never give five stars. And I actually should deduct a star since the electrician was half an hour late and I had to call to see if they were still coming. But it was forgivable since he had a good reason for being late.

The electrician was very professional and managed to fix my mess with a smile. I've done contract work, so I know the game - take your time and run up the cost. This guy was fast - like he got right to work, came up with a novel solution to my problem, and had it installed much faster than I could have.

The price was way less than I expected to pay, and after all that, they gave me a mug. They are definitely getting repeat work from me!

I called Mr Electric for a quote on a pretty big job.

The good: they scheduled a quote within 48 hours, the tech arrived when he said he would to walk through everything I wanted done, was very personable, seemed knowledgable and explained his recommendations on how to best accomplish the work. He then left, saying they would email me the quote.

The bad: all of that was about a week ago, and I never got an emailed quote or a call to follow up. So, I called them, and was told the quote was in progress, and the very nice rep I was talking to told me she would follow up. She then called back yesterday, a little after 5, saying I would have the emailed quote in about an hour, and the tech would then call to walk through it with me. I still don't have the quote, and I haven't heard back.

I really wanted to like Mr Electric, but it seems they can't or don't want to provide a quote.

I have mixed feelings here. To their credit, they are one of the few 24 hour plumbers who isn't lying.  They had a tech out first thing the next morning on a holiday weekend for my leak.  But their prices are abusive. In my opinion they are 3x the market price.
