Best Sink Installation in Phoenix AZ

I have been calling around to get an idea of how much it would cost to remove our broken swamp cooler from our roof. I received a quote for $340 from a honest referral but wanted more options to make sure that was a good deal. I called Hays and they quoted me $800! Yes, that's right, $800. When I said that seemed high, they said we will do it for free if you buy an air conditioning unit from us. Really, how do you guys have 5 stars?

We had our AC go out on the 4th of July and Jason came out and got us back with cool air in 30 minutes. He was straight forward about what was needed and didn't make us feel we needed more that what was needed to fix the AC.

I set up an appointment to have our HVAC serviced and was quoted $59.
On the day of appointment I received a call saying that they had other work that needed to be that was taking longer than expected and would need to reschedule ours, so we rescheduled.
On the day of the appointment the tech only performed a system check and the service would cost $129, or I could purchase a service contract.
Bait and switch!
I was so angry I sent the tech away and told him I would be using a different company moving forward.

In short order Pro Services had our plumbing problem diagnosed and fixed. The tech was so professional and quick. Love this company

Had my hot water heater maintenance done by XCompany which caused a leak on the pressure valve. I was told it would have to be replaced at a cost of 1,800.00 - I got a few more quotes until the price went down to a couple around 1K, including Safe Dry Out.
Safe Dry Out is the only one who bothered to ask what was wrong with the water heater and suggested it could be fixed instead. I went from having to fork out 1,800.00 to only spending 150.00
Mike could have easily gone with the rest and said the only solution was to replace it. This to me shows integrity and honesty. The quality of work was excellent and, to top it off, he was extremely patient with my 80 year old father hanging around. Thank you Mike!

I was having a tough time finding someone to fix my Midea Air-handler, as it is not a common brand of A/C.  When I called 1800Plumber+Air, Ben answered the phone and listened to exactly what the issue was- he took down the model of my unit and actually talked through the repairs with his tech before sending him out.  The other companies I called (Goettl and George Brazil)just have an answering service and they do not relay any important info to their techs, thus having them show up only to say they could not fix it or find parts.  
Ben listened to my issues and the awful experiences i had at the other places and said he would take care of it for me and that the tech he was sending, Travis - was the best.  Travis showed up and quickly fixed my A/C (needed a new control board) and only charged me half of what the others said a new board would cost if they could find one to fit my unit.  I will never call anyone else again but these guys for plumbing and A/C!!!

I would NOT recommend this company, first of all the prices are HIGHER but I thought living in Sun City West I would give them the business instead of going out of town also thinking if my air conditioner wasn't working correctly they would be closer... Well, that was a BIG mistake they are listed with APS for a $200 rebate (I found myself) called them about it they claim they had no more to give out, Trina the girl in the office was going to talk to the owners about this problem and get back to me, after a week NO call back so I called she wouldn't take my call, I got tossed around ended up with the salesman that DIDN'T  tell me about the FEE they charge for a labor warranty that others offer for FREE so I assumed because on the Trane paper work it states your system may qualify for repair labor FREE of charge sense I was buying the same system why would I think they would charge me if the SALESMAN NEVER said anything about this monthly charge!! Also I asked how much would it to drain a hot water tank he said $89, I had it done for $29 from a licensed plumber...
so you do the math...  Also if I were the owner of Canyon State Air Conditioning,Heating and Plumbing I would of given the customer the $200 Aps rebate

They are very responsive and do great work. Hired them to fix my water heater, definitely will go back to them in the future!

Today was my second time being thoroughly impressed by this company. They were able to come out to my house within a couple hours of calling, they were highly professional and were able to successfully fix my a/c quickly.

I had an estimate for some electrical work.  Very high quote for 2 outlets and 4 can lights when electric is already there and all they have to do is run wires and put in the boxes.  Materials at Home Depot, less than $200.  Estimate, 800 for 2 outlets, and 1400 for can lights.  Then, to add insult to injury, when I decline, a few days later I get a call, asking if I would go ahead at a lower price.  No, thank you.  Now, if something catastrophic happened and I needed service ASAP and every other contractor on the planet had gone out of business...nope.  Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.  So, if you must use them, take any price they offer you, cut it in half if you don't have time to go somewhere else.  And always use a credit card-not debit not check-so you can dispute the charges if the work isn't done correctly.

Great technician who was on time and worked hard to diagnose and repair our problem.  I am confident he was very efficient.

I was sticker shocked by the prices for the parts, though.  The markup charge to the customer for parts that can be obtained at any HVAC store or internet was just astronomical.
They charged us-
$92.00 for a fuse that could be bought at any home supply store for $10.00,

$220.00 charge for a $29.00 30/40 contactor.

$376.00 for a $75.00 surge protector.

I understand having overhead and a higher markup than the internet, but charging 9, 8, and 5 times the retail price for parts is just insane.

My first time experience with this business has left me feeling ripped off.
I would not recommend using this company.  Shop around for a small business HVAC company who will treat you right and not have to over charge customers to support all the advertising around the valley and TV.

Disappointed. I had the Dukes of Air out to my house today for a spring tuneup. Tech was nice and knowledgeable. However, charged me $200 for a job that I've subsequently got multiple quotes for starting at $69. Shame on me for trusting without verifying - buyer beware!

We purchased our first home in AZ in 2006 and it had a Goettl unit (10-15 years old I'm sure at the time).  It began acting up (not cooling) about a year later.  Not being wise to the A/C business moving from Chicago, we called the guys who have all the fancy trucks and coupons.  First guy never went the on roof and pulled out his sales book. $11,000 quote to replace plus he said As old as the house was (1980 build) it would probably need new ducting.  Second guy hooked up his meters on the roof, took air pressure measurements in the house and pronounced it needed a new compressor $2500+/-.  But wait!  If you act now, we can put a new unit in for just $8000.  

Finally climbed the roof myself and saw it was a Goettl unit and called Goettl but learned they no longer made units, just serviced them.  Service guy came out, replaced a capacitor or two and said They're bullet proof and changed less than $200.  It still works today, but occasionally blows a fuse.  Service man told me what to do and I've repaired it twice at a cost of $15 each time.  If my electricity costs were thru the roof I'd think about replacing but we have an 1800 s/f home rarely have an SRP bill over $200.  SO, when it eventually does take a dump I'll surely be calling Goettl again (at least to bid it).  Only wish they still manufactured A/C units like they did back then.

i left this co my number on a est for retainer wall. They never contact at all. I wouldn't recommend them now..How disappointed

Our Chas Roberts unit is only 6 1/2 years old.  Our unit stopped working yesterday, so we had our certified A/C tech out this morning.  We found out the box outside with the tubing and freon has a lock on it that was installed by Chas Robert's at the time of the build.  They did not give us a key at closing nor will they come out and 80sunlock the unit.  They told us a certified tech only had to go to a HVAC supply store and buy one.  According to our tech, there are several types of boxes and he'll have to figure out which key to get.  So, the 7 people in our house have to sit longer in this hot house while the tech runs around finding the correct key to unlock the box.  Absolutely poor customer service by Chas Roberts!  I do not recommend this company, and suggest you find a certified tech who is willing to help and appreciates your business.  If you would like the name and phone number of the tech we used, please let me know.
