Best Sink Installation in Phoenix AZ
These people are fantastic, totally professional and honest, what more could you want in a plumber. When our home had a leak in the ceiling of the kitchen, Dave got an available plumber on the line and he was at our home in less than 2 hours. Louis assessed the situation and confirmed it was roof, not plumbing that was leaking. He even went back in to confirm, then he was off to save someone else in the torrential rains. Very fair price and honest on the service. I will use and fully recommend them again! 5 stars to you!

I called Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers a little after 7pm expecting to get an answering service. Not only didn't I get an answering service, I got Chris who was actually doing another repair. Chris showed up about an hour later, exactly like he said. Super friendly especially working in the cold at night. He did a great job and water is flowing again! Highly recommend Scottsdale Rooter Plumbers and couldn't ask for a nicer guy with Chris. Thanks for your help!

Gerald Schulz of Jan Ashford Plumbing. Our Hero!
EARLY one Thursday morning I went into my garage to find the bypass valve on my water softener appliance had broke. Water was spraying everywhere, against the wall shared with my closet, against the garage ceiling, and spraying my propane hot water heater.
Gerald showed up EARLY, within about an hour of me calling. (*Considering where I live, this is a GREAT response time.)
We weren't able to easily replace the water softener and decided to install a different system. While waiting for parts to be gathered (I had to go to two places, and then some...) he put in a bypass that worked, so we had water.
Before he left I asked him to help me relight the water heater. The damn thing exploded! Fortunately, neither of us were hurt, but it meant I had to buy a water heater, RIGHT NOW. Gerald went and picked one up and came right back. I had a new water heater in place before noon that day.
The replacement water softener system had problems too and Gerald worked hard to get it right, no leaks, no iffy situations.
We had to make a few emergency trips to the hardware store, but Gerald got the system working. He really went above and beyond to help us.

Very good experience. Called to schedule a routine line cleaning. Jordan (owner) answered and advised a technician would be at my house within 90 minutes.
Danny (technician) called shortly after to confirm the appointment and arrived on time. He was very professional and polite. He gave me advice on future services, etc.
Can't beat the $59 price. I would use them again.

We had two old toilets replaced after 23+ years of usage. We bought upgrades at Lowe's ( American Standard Champion models); Our tech, Ben Thomas was very efficient and honestly performed an excellent job. We are very happy with the service provided and look forward to future projects with this company.

This may be a good company but I never got the chance to find out because they cancelled all three of my scheduled appointments. Initially they were scheduled to come on Wednesday in the morning. However, they called to reschedule for that afternoon between 3-5pm. Then they called to cancel the 3-5pm appointment and rescheduled for the next day Thursday between 8-10am. They called again today (Thursday) to say that they were canceling today's appointment and would I like to reschedule again. I can understand one reschedule but three in a row is too much. To have me continue to take time out of my schedule to be home to meet a technician, just for them to continue to cancel and reschedule is very unprofessional. In addition, I missed out on other qualified companies who were committed to be here and complete the job. If you don't have the time or the staff, please don't continue to make appointments that you can't honor and fulfill. Very disappointed.
UPDATE as of 07/09/2020
Received a call the same day from Kevin who apologized for the cancellations and routed a technician to my home within the hour to address my plumbing issue. Robert showed up at my house and promptly got to work and fixed my problem. He took time to walk me through my plumbing issue and did an excellent job. Thanks to Larry and the folks at Option One for making this right!

Great response time to a last minute needed repair! Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose. Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.
Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Freddy is a great guy. When I called him he called me right back. He was not able to help me with my repair in the time frame I needed because he was busy, but he answered my questions anyway. Next time I need a plumber I will be calling him again.

Terrible terrible terrible service. The AC repairman (salesman) came to my house because my splits were off. He took a few minutes to look around, came storming in and quite literally started to scold me. He was rude, and obnoxious because I didnt want to pay $2000.00 for a job that would later cost $400.00 from a different company. Their repairman kept pushing the minor fix that would cost $300.00, kept insisting and insisting and I kept saying no. When he left I literally cried because of how rude he was to me, it felt like my dad was scolding me. I will NEVER do business with them or reccomend them to a friend. Their ads on the radio piss me off every time I hear them now. NEVER AGAIN GOETTL.

Okay. The electrician who showed up yesterday didn't fix the problem and gave us a drywall issue to repair as well. When I called again last night, I was told an electrician would be here between 8 and 10 am today. At 9:57 am, I got a call saying they were running late. At 1:45 pm, I called to reschedule, as I had another appointment. I am now scheduled for 2 to 6 pm tomorrow - and I just got a faceful of sparks from the breaker. Let's just say I am NOT a happy customer. For the $1375 I was charged yesterday, for a 45 minute job, I expect a little more. l guess I got Melvin on my job.

I received the reply to my review from the owner of Rooter Hero. He asked me to call him directly so I thought why not.I wasn't sure what to expect, but he apologized for his delayed response and for the terrible service I received. He has new management now and would like to make it right, he said he will refund my money and send me a gift card which i received today. So I want to say Mike (the owner) did what he said he was going to do and thank you for keeping your word. That is what a honest business man does.

Top Dollar Plumbing cancelled my appointment after 4pm on a Friday evening leaving me with a leaking drain pipe for the weekend. The technician's underwear bunched up when I commented on his extreme tardiness. We clearly agreed on an appointment time and I rushed home to honor this appointment. After waiting an hour, he's still 10 minutes away. He then explains it's customary to provide a window arrival time and it's my fault for not being available earlier as he had finished prior jobs earlier than expected. Additionally, a customary window time was not communicated but instead the technician REPEATEDLY provided a pinpoint time. In doing so, HE set any and all expectations.
Instead of apologizing for my inconvenience and his lack of communication, he's insulted by my dissatisfaction and cancels while en route.
In the future, Top Dollar Plumbing should CLEARLY provide arrival time windows so that customers' expectations are reasonable and so that contracting decisions can be made based off those times. Also, don't cancel appointments when company communication is unclear and/or lacking. Instead, Top Dollar Plumbing should practice owning their mistakes, apologizing and striving to provide better customer service going forward. This is what makes a Professional Team.

This complaint is against Ace Air Conditioning who refused to honor their warranty through a blizzard of lies and intimidation. Only after I called their bluff and exposed their lies did they stand behind their warranty. It is unlikely 99% of people could endure these delays and lies if they had only one air conditioner during summer and did not understand refrigeration. I recommend no one use their services.
Ace Air Conditioning installed a new Carrier 3.5 ton heat pump in my home 5/23/2009 and included a 10/10/10 year warranty. That warranty was immediately challenged since repairs were required to the ill-fitting ductwork and leaking refrigerant lines caused by poor brazing. The rework was completed to my satisfaction at the time.
A year later, 2010, another company installed a sister Carrier unit on the other side of the house. This sister unit stopped working within the 5 year factory warranty period. The second company found both a bad capacitor and leaking evaporator coils which they replaced for about $60 for added refrigerant. This was a pleasant and competent company.
I then bought an ACE $39.95 service call because I discovered that Carrier copper evaporators had a history of failing around 5 years. The ACE service person found a weak capacitor and low refrigerant pressure. He would not attempt any detection. And did no cleaning although he claimed he did.
Mistrusting ACE, I called my local company to analyze the system. They found the weak capacitor was just fine but identified the evaporator leak causing the low refrigerant pressure using a detector instrument which is THE industry standard.
I then called ACE to do a warranty repair. They tried to charge me $400 to do just a leak detection claiming detectors no longer worked on the Puron refrigerant which is a lie. The service man insisted on doing a nitrogen test. I refused and asked them to match the other company's price. Reluctantly, they did match the price and used the detector technique I insisted upon. The detector signaled a leak within 30 seconds confirming the other company's analysis and putting the lie to ACE.
ACE then quoted a price of $1100 to do a WARRANTY repair job claiming I did not have proof of yearly cleaning and claiming the contract required it, which it is does not. That was the second lie. I refused and told them to have supervisor call.
Becky, an office person, called back and said my warranty was void, but she would give me a 10% discount. I refused and asked for a call from the highest manager. I insisted they at least match the price of the recent warranty repair by the other trusted company who charged me $44 for more work!
A man named Harold called saying he was the manager. He offered to do the job for the cost of added refrigerant, which would be $400. I asked why it was so high and he said that because the Puron was a mix of two refrigerants (true) and therefore leaked at different rates which destroyed the refrigerant integrity requiring a total change out. I emphatically disagreed and during the discussion he cited his 45 years of experience while I cited my engineering degree and long experience with air conditioning. I finally told him to prove his assertions with reference documents which he agreed to do. He also claimed total Puron change out was needed because water gets in the system (true) and corrosion material from the damaged evaporator coil gets in the system (another lie). I replied it was standard to use a dryer to remove moisture and that corrosion materials would not enter a pressured system. He promised to get back to me with the reference.
I sent a registered demand letter to ACE insisting they honor their warranty. Before it arrived at ACE Harold called me back saying I was right and they now did not need to change all of the Puron. He would send out a technician to do the warranty work free of charge.
Before the service man arrived Becky called me saying she received my letter and my demand for warranty repair is rejected because I voided my warranty, but they would match another company's written estimate. Really? What company would honor another company's warranty? I let her hang herself with claims, lies and intimidation until I asked her if she worked for Harold. She said yes so I then told her he had already agreed to do it free so I already had my competitive bid!
A service man performed the repair and tried to get me to sign an agreement requiring yearly service for any further warranty repairs. I preserved my rights by scribbling all over the contract saying I disagreed!
This air conditioner repaired on warranty by ACE stopped functioning after less than a month. The technician broke a capillary tube and then tried to pinch it with pliers. It lost its entire refrigerant load in 30 days!
ACE is an outlaw company in my opinion.
