Since buying a home here in Phoenix 8 years ago I've struggled to find a reputable handyman service. I finally tried AZ Maintenance & my search is over.

I had in-ceiling surround speakers and a kitchen cabinet repair I needed done in a hurry.  Mark gave me a good quote and lucky me had an opening next day.  He was very honest,  professional, and friendly.  Did an amazing job.  He also guarantees his work.  Would recommend if you need anything done.

I had Mike over to do a few things for me and he did a great job. He is fast and on-time. Plus, his clock seems to run slower than mine does so he charges less than I expected. Finally, he is just a good guy and taught me how to do a few things so I could handle them next time. Will definitely call again.

Everette showed up on time and was courteous and professional. He did an excellent job of fixing our 3 drywall holes leftover from a plumbing leak repair. Everette's estimate was below at least 4-5 other contractors I contacted. You would never know there was ever any damage. It looks great. I would recommend him to anyone needing drywall or other repairs.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

BJ did a great job on several of the items we needed done around the house. We had a interior that needed a hold cut in it, a doorway covered and straightened in order to install barn doors. He was not only on time, professional and courteous his work was amazing. We also had them replace some broken tiles, install baseboards and other odd jobs. I highly recommend!

Our toilets clogged in the middle of the night in both bathrooms due to a plug up from a pile up of non solubles wipes causing back flow into the showers and tubs. So we were super desperate to get an honest affordable plumber in to resolve the issue ASAP ! Not only was Slade's plumbing  immediately responsive they also were willing to drive up and service us that night! I would highly highly recommend this honest business above all others that not only wanted me to wait for a couple days for the next available appointment but then to try and charge me an arm and a leg for what this company did immediately at more than half the price! If you are looking for a professional Handyman go no further.  We have used Fix It Floyd for about 6 years whenever we have an issue.  Brian and the technicians are friendly, knowledgable, on-time and work in an efficient manner.  I always have a list of things that need to be looked at when they come.  We are 100% satisfied with their work and would not call anyone else.

I want to share a big THANK YOU to Jeff for fixing my sliding door! Since I moved in a few months ago, it continued to get worse to the point it wouldn't lock or even close all the way. He was very responsive, came out ASAP, and finished very timely. I have plenty of other house projects on my list for 2022 and will definitely be calling Jeff to help.

I am extremely impressed by the craftsmanship, pride, and friendliness of Ian. I was sincerely shocked by the results at a fair price. He saved me a lot of money. This repair could have been much worse.

I was replacing a toilet in my upstairs master bathroom when I noticed the flange was rotted away as I was picking at it the sub-flooring started going with it. I was very concerned. Even prepared to file a homeowners insurance claim. The old toilet had slowly been leaking into the wood sub-flooring. The insulation fortunately contained the water so no leak downstairs and no mold. Fixer was the only company that could get me a handyman in the same day (competitors were weeks away). Ian stayed until 9pm roughly fixing my sub-flooring and installing a new flange. The attention to detail was impeccable. The job was done at the highest standard. The area around my toilet is now probably the most secure spot in my home.

My handyman said I needed an electrician for a dimmer switch replacement because of the wiring.  I got a quote from this company, but when I asked if they were electricians they got indignant, defensive and rude and withdrew their quote saying they were too busy.  I'd pass on them.

Since I can't seem to answer your reply:  
I never spoke to you, but you accepted the job at $100 on this app. You didn't tell me you were busy until after getting upset I had the nerve to ask if you were an electrician.
