Our A/C unit had not been serviced in a few years and since we had other major issues with our home recently we decided to obtain a preventative check-up with the A/C running all day and night in this stifling heat. Called and scheduled a timely appointment during this busy time of year for A/C services in the Phoenix area. Sam N came out to our home and was very pleasant. He thoroughly inspected the A/C units, found  a deteriorating disconnect, provided us with photos and replaced the old wires and box, in addition to a 24-point check and cleaning. Definitely peace of mind that the A/C had a thorough check. The one year service plan we obtained covers a second evaluation in 6 months plus priority emergency service and warranty. When our upstairs AC went out I had 8 companies come give me a bid for a new unit.   Arizona dukes of air was my last one,and I'm glad I called!  They came in with the lowest price for the highest seer (in our price range).  This company takes care of you and makes everything smooth and easy.   The office is very friendly and professional.   The installers just left and I'm a very happy customer.   They were friendly,happy,clean and thorough.   Our attic was a tight squeeze,which made the job difficult,but they did a great job.   Thanks to Manny,Luis,Freddie,Beto and Danny!

I ordered my new AC unit through Steve at Desert Diamond Mechanical, which has been on back order for about a month. My current AC stopped working, the company sent someone right away to fix the issue and they didn't charge me anything. They took care of me, when they had no obligation to. This is a great, stand up company. I highly recommend them!

Super Easy to work with. Quality painters. My house is beautiful again!  I had them paint the exterior of my home. It was built in 1996 and had never been painted, so there were many stucco cracks and my patio celing was peeling and cracking something fierce. They were fast efficient and truly did some quality work. I totally fell in love with my home again.

My husband  is a disabled Vet. I was planning on doing the job by myself. Then Ralph heard about it and called us and said he would be over to help. No questions, nothing expected.
