I wish I could give this a zero but I cant. Called to get an estimate for a leaky water valve on my toilet. I couldn't even get an estimate and the guy who answered was a jerk. Don't bother calling this place. 104.7 kiss fm needs to stop endorsing this place because they suck!!!

I used sewer time for a septic tank install. They came in and took over a job that another contractor had dropped the ball.  Our construction was on hold until the septic tank was installed and sewer time stepped in and saved the day! They were easy to work with and were responsive to questions and worries. Fast, easy and reliable.

I had this company clear a drain for me on 5/2/19.  Had to call a day or two later as all the caps in the front yard were left open.  For the past month, we have had an odor coming from under our sink.  I finally got into that area to investigate (10/2/19).  Found that a Reddi-Vent had been left off from the work done this past May.  Very poor work and I would never hire them again.  Ron in Mesa

Our kitchen sink backed up on New Year's Eve. Phend had someone at the house the next morning. From beginning to end everyone I interacted with was polite, professional, and helpful. I would use them again. The cost is the only piece preventing a 5 star rating for me. $250 is more than I remember paying in the past. Perhaps the Holiday pushed it up, or maybe that is standard these days. I'm not sure, but needed their help so it was worth it.

I'm beyond amazed with how responsive and easy this whole experience was for my parents. Called Dukes of Air late this morning for an issue with our AC & they were able to schedule us in this afternoon. Todd showed up & was very friendly! He even called to ask if it was okay to come a bit early...um yes!!! He figured out the issue in a timely manner & fixed us up! He was thorough and gave us the heads up on things to expect with out unit. I am super happy with the service all around. I never felt like I was being upsold or given the runaround today which, as a woman, is always very appreciated. Thanks Dukes of Air! Just had them do a hot water tank.  I called 4 places, these guys were comparable price and the only ones that were able to get out that same day.  They said they would be there between 11 and 1.  They called at 10:30 and said they were on the way and showed up just before 11.  They worked quickly, but did a very good job.  Exactly what I would hope for when in need of this type of work.

had a plumbing issue at my rental property, didn't know who to call as l was on my way to work, Looked up really quick on my phone found Mike Davis plumbing,never did business with them before. Called them,they came right over the same day. Ended up being a quick fix and after all didn't charge me anything. I was shocked,couldn't believe it. I had my AC replaced 2 yrs ago and another company came to service it 2 motnhs ago and charge me 265$ for apparently something that had to be replaced, what do you replace on basically new unit?!!,was taken advantage before. Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.
