Best Inspection Services in Phoenix AZ

I'm not a fan of the negative post but I think others should be aware. I hired Belsito in the past without issue. This time I needed three things taken care of and was very specific when booking plus they installed two of the items I wanted serviced. The plumber was to arrive at 8am. At 8:15 I received a call from him stating he was just leaving. He arrived an hour later. I showed him the 3 items and he informed me that he had to leave to get parts which took an hour!
Then he started on the first problem which was a leak in my master bath. The walls behind & to the left of the toilet were heavily water damaged but instead of opening up the wall he stated it was a toilet leak (true but not everything) and left it at that. When the contractor opened up the wall it was immediately obvious that there was a leak from plumbing behind the wall.
The sheet rock was sodden.
Item 2 was to change out the whole house filter & to reconnect the bracket as it had pulled apart. Unfortunately when he got the parts at the supply store he neglected to get those so he had to go back AGAIN!
The 3rd item was to drain and flush the on demand water heater. This was done without much of an incident except he had to wait for it to drain which could have been going on while he was working on something else. All his poor time management & failure to come prepared was done on my dollars. A LOT of them!
I contacted Belsito who agreed that the work with the toilet/plumbing wasn't done properly and then thanked me for allowing them to make it right. Another plumber came to fix it he also had to go get the part even though I provided them with photos. When he had the right part he completed the task in about 10 minutes but then he charged me for more time which isn't what I would consider making anything right not at least for the customer.
All this time fetching materials you the customer pays for. I know they cannot always have everything but this was ridiculous.
I will never do business with this company again.

They are very timely. Rich came in and fix the issue within 10 minutes. Explained the issue and gave me a couple of options on how to fix it. I'll definitely be calling if any else happens.

Another 5 star review for Ron. I emailed him about a toilet that overflowed about 8p.m., received a message within an hour or so. He suggested a way to fix it ourselves but to let him know if it didn't work. I replied that due to age and some infirmity a do it yourself was not an option. He called me when he opened the next morning, and said he could be here in a couple of hours. He was right on time and had the trouble fixed in no time. Honest and reliable can't ask for anything more. Just cost a service call which was extremely reasonable, had another response with an estimate more than twice the amount

I had my older septic system inspected by a different company. They messed up the inspection report, first saying I needed a complete new system, then said I needed a new rear baffle. Waited almost two weeks for an appt with them, they had to find a crew that would actually go into the tank for repairs. I called several times and they said they'd call me back that day.  After the run around and waiting for what I thought was a dangerous repair, I called Sewer Time and spoke to I believe, John. Within the first two minutes of speaking with him, he put me at ease, his knowledge of systems and explaining no one has to go into the tank and no, I do not need a new system and his crew could come out and look the next day.
I called the first company to cancel any further search for a crew, they sent a proposal and said oops, we have you scheduled for the next week. John sent a proposal which was below the first company and for better work.
Sewer Time came out the next day, prepared to work. looked at my system, found an access door where the repair needed to be done, fixed the issue and upgraded my lids/risers all the while,  explaining to me what was going on.
Excellent work and communication by the crew. The only minor issue I had is that when digging with the excavator they hit a waterline, fixed one part of it, discovered after they left that there was another part broke.  plus they did not spread out the dirt left from digging.  Those are not big issues.
I highly recommend this company for their communication, letting you know upfront every step of the way, the pricing is great and work wonderful.  Wish I found them first instead of going with a bigger, well known name company.

Mark came in and looked at the repair of the faucet on the tub and gave me a quote for the repair. I was initially looking for someone to repair the drywall as well when he suggested using a plastic panel to cover the 2x2 hole so if we needed anything in the future we don't have to cut into the wall again. The access point was located in the closet and behind the door so the plastic panel was a great idea.

Mark returned on time for the appointment and completed the repair quickly and cleaned up the area as well.

Alfredo Ramirez was amazing. so nice and polite and very professional,  definitely using him again for my rental properties.

We've worked with Desert foothills plumbing in the past and they been always very available a little bit higher priced but the service they provide this great Greg was especially great he was able to help us with a water filtrate

Update: still appreciate the great work Phend plumbing continues to provide! Even years later I can count on them to be reliable, honest, friendly, and their work is top notch. This time Korey helped us with an issue and again I am blown away by not only an amazing office to work with (flexible, fast, knowledgeable) but he called to see if he could arrive EARLY, took less time then quoted and happened to be incredibly friendly to top it off. It made a stressful situation completely better and I know without a doubt when I call again for help they will deliver nothing short of the absolute best. It's nice to not have to call around.

Jorge did a Great job!  He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently.  Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system.  He made sure we were pleased with his performance.  Will definitely use them again!  Pricing was much more reasonable than 4 other quotes I received from larger companies.  Saved over $350 by using Go Direct!

Outstanding service!! After initial contact I got a response within minutes, a scheduled time for the repairman within minutes of that, the repairman got here found the problem had to drive to Gilbert (from Apache Junction) for the part, got back and fixed the problem (replaced a major component), billed me, and was gone. All in about 2 hours. You can't ask for better service than that. He was a very nice and courteous man, cleaned up after he was finished, and was on the road. No BS'ing around. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I used them to install a toilet, and run a snake to determine if there was a blockage.  They did outstanding work and I was very satisfied.  I was super excited that it cost me less than half of what I would have paid with two major plumbing companies here in the valley.  I just referred my sister to them.

First time using APES. Was not disappointed. Had service done for my HVAC and for a hot water heater flush. Barrett was awesome. Very knowledgeable about plumbing and very personable.

Jesus did the HVAC service and did an excellent job. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable on HVAC systems. I would definitely recommend APES to my friends and neighbors.

I've used Mike Davis Plumbing several times.  One was an emergency in the service army and they came out within 30 minutes and provided a temporary fix until they could fix permanently.  They always respond in a timely manner and are very customer focused.  They're the only plumbers I will use.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.
