I am SO impressed with Day and Night A/C and Plumbing. I met with 3 A/C companies when considering buying a new unit. Shaun Lewis (comfort advisor) outshone the other A/C gents, by far. Shaun went above and beyond in identifying the problem and offering several options to remedy my A/C concerns. The Day and Night techs and installers were also very polite, neat, and efficient. At different time, I needed a plumber, and again...Day and Night excelled. Above all, I felt I was in really good hands. I called late in the afternoon when one of our units had stopped. They came out very quickly and spent a good couple hours trying to fix the unit, but, couldn't. I decided to replace both units since they were 14 years old and got 4 different quotes from various companies. Dukes of Air's quote was one of the lowest and combined with the very professional sales experience with Jerry, made it an easy choice. They were also able to do the install the next day. The installation process and crew were top notch as well. I wished I could thank them all by name as they did an outstanding job. The Trane units are operating great and we are cool once again. It's also nice to know that we have a 10 year warranty as well.

King plumbing gets a very good review from me. Although I did not hire them for plumbing because I am a very good plumber myself but rather I hired them for air conditioner service. This technical kind of job out classes my skill set and tools so I needed some help. So I Yelped out. A few out other companies were not willing to service my unit (because it was a Mexican market unit I bought for cheap). Some other companies were willing but they Didn't have any reviews yet but I wasn't willing to be the first one. So I called King plumbing because they had very good reviews already. What can I say the reviews don't lie. The first company I hired last year to do the install messed up the install. It was a simple mistake but there was a tiny leak and so the machine ran out of Freon in the winter when I need it to make heat which makes it kind of difficult to service. King Plumbing Took care of it easily, and they came through right away and fixed it very reasonably. Their master journey man level technician was very professional and respectful. I was happy and proud to leave him his first tip.

We found mold under some crumbling paint while prepping to paint a bedroom. Wanted to have someone come out and fix as we know how dangerous mold can be. I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service! We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING! Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack! Zack and his working partner went above and beyond. I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me. I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.

Sam responded extremely quickly and stayed responsive until we had an appointment scheduled for the very next day. He came out and brought his son as well as a teaching opportunity. He fixed the issue within minutes and cost was under the estimate which he didn't have to do. He lives in the community and left his card. Great experience and would recommend to anyone. I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.
I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.
Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:
1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.
2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.
3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

Yesterday our heating went out and I give these guys a call based on the fact they installed our system (with the previous owner). Guy arrived and was friendly but openly admitted he was green and The new guy. So I was put off almost from the start. He ran some tests and said it was likely our Thermostat acting up. Then said it would be $300.00 for a new thermostat. After looking on the internet I noticed they actually run around 100.00 bucks. He installed it but then said this model wouldn't work for me. He put the old one back in and tried a factory reset. The system came on and he left. Only to have it blink out about 15 min after he left. I called the office and explained what had happen and the manager got super shitty with me when I asked why a $100.00 thermostat would cost me $300. Her reply was because it is guaranteed. Sorry bitch that isn't an answer. I explained that the guy had replaced my stat but screwed it up and I wanted to replace it myself but thought Mongo could have wired it wrong before he left. As it now was not working correctly She called me a lyer and said he only reset it. He didn't wire anything. Bitch I was standing next to him when he did it. I am not some little blue haired lady you can f with.
Later that afternoon the tech called me back to find out what happen. I asked about the thermostat and he said I now needed the $620.00 thermostat because of a special sensors on my unite. Mother tucker was upselling me and playing like this was my only option now. He came back and worked on it for 2 more hours to make sure it was a bad thermostat. I refused the $620.00 thermostat and opted to go get my own and put it in my self. I found the correct one on Amazon for $123.00. My system still doesn't work and he managed to kill my emergency heat which was working when this started. In short this company is running a thermostat scam on people. BUYER BEWARE!!! I basically paid $105.00 for this rookie to come out and totally screw up my heating system.

I use yelp all the time, always reading others' comments. This is the first time ever I've felt compelled to write a review on a company. They are the worst company ever. NEVER show up on time (4 times and counting), if at all. Our AC worked fine until they came out a few months ago and now our AC can't keep up with the heat. Coincidence? Maybe. Still, they were supposed to come during the day(hottest point of the day) to see what's up, and they don't show. We stupidly bought a maintenance plan for a full year. I strongly urge you to find another AC company. I don't have any other recommendations, other than avoid them at all costs. And when their commercial of lies comes on, turn off the radio.

Back Story: Upon returning home from vacation, we noticed that our HVAC system was struggling to cool the house. After a day we went outside to find that the piping had froze and wasn't producing any cool air. After letting the pipes thaw, we turned on the A/C and it was working again.
Actual Review: This is when I knew our fix was temporary so I called Precision (based on reviews) and they came to inspect. They were able to come within a few days and after the inspection, the technician reported that our freon was extremely low, the water reservoir needed to be replaced along with some capacitors for the blowing fan. Well, the main issue (freon) was unserviceable because of it's older freon and it's not available anymore.
Of course, the technician pushed us to buy a new unit but rather than spend $10,000+ we opted for a fix that would get us through the summer, which was around $950 which included 24/7 emergency service and 4 years of annual tuneups. Being I was a little desperate and didn't do further research (kind of on the spot) I agreed to said fixes.
The Issue: Well, a few days later our A/C crapped out again and it was the same issue as before. A little upset we called the 24/7 emergency line (which we paid $500 for) and the person on the other end said they were backed up and couldn't help for a few days. Absolutely livid, we did the temporary fix from last time and got the A/C to work again.
The very next day I shopped around and called a certified technician from a smaller company that came by the house the same day, identified the main issue and was able to fix it. The technician even told me that those fixes from Precision would've cost about half the price from them. A little sick to my stomach, I should've known better but was just happy we have working A/C. It's been 2 weeks, the HVAC unit is working fantastic and (knock on wood) haven't had issues since.
Days after the 2nd service, I felt compelled to contact Precision demanding a refund for the portion of the contract that involved the future emergency/service tune ups. It's been almost 20 days since leaving a message with their business office and even left an email to no response.
Summary: Use Precision for basic tune ups of your HVAC and that's it. I don't blame the technician for the work that was involved, so for that I give them some credit. There are far too many small HVAC companies out there with far more integrity than Precision Air & Plumbing. Had my AC go out in my new build house and unfortunately this was the vendor they chose to warranty the AC and Plumbing. This company tried to say that if I had another certified technician complete the repair needed, they would void the remaining 4 years of warranty on my home. THIS IS ILLEGAL. There are laws in place and companies CAN NOT tell you this or void your warranty for this. I am beyond annoyed at this company after they told us they would take 8 days to fix our unit and wouldn't allow us to use another company. I wish I knew back then what they were doing was illegal. My wife, 2 cats and dog and myself all had to suffer in the July heat because this company illegally said I wasn't allowed to have another company repair if I wanted to keep my warranty.
I ADVISE ANYONE LOOKING FOR REPAIRS/MAINTENANCE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE. This company is very SHADY. They have no morals and do not care for their clients. They would prefer we suffer to make an extra few bucks.
