So recently I had found out I had a Pipe/Shower leak. And got referred to Belsito Plumbing to get the work done and I couldn't be more happier with the work that was done and how fast they fixed the problem. Thanks again Charles for the awesome work and great customer service! Highly recommend Belsito's Plumbing if you need any work done or fixed!!

Kitchen sink was not draining properly; a clog somewhere deep in the line was the culprit so I reached out to Chris who responded immediately. I was given an approximate time frame of 10:00 to noon and the technician Larry came promptly and prepared to work at 10:00. He was polite, professional, and fast. These guys are the real McCoy with a nice sprinter van loaded with the right equipment with all the bells and whistles, not some 2 guys and a truck off craigslist operation. He took care of the problem expeditiously and thoroughly. I will definately not hesitate to call these guys back for my plumbing needs. Thanks again!

We called because we had a new disposal installed and then dishwasher did not drain. We called Ron instead of coming out he said just knock the plug out of the new disposal and you should be fine saving us the expense of him coming out to do this. Very helpful and honest nice change of pace. One small piece of plastic ruined my husbands day and Ron made it better!

I am usually skeptical about going with the lowest price. This time it worked out amazingly. Had a clog in our guest bathtub. George was able to come out right away. He arrived on time and gave me a call when he was on his way. He was polite, kind and completed the job in 30 minutes. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber.

Called this company the day after we noticed our water heater leaking. They were at my house within an hour, the rep was very professional pointed out that we would definitely need the water damage taken care of and called QuickRestore to also come out same day to get everything dried. I was so grateful for their kindness and honesty in such a stressful situation!!!

Pepe Munoz and Brent were out and unclogged our drain line. They were not only professional and courteous but fun to be around. They got the job done with minimal work time and left no mess at all. Hopefully we never have another plumbing problem but if we do, I will be calling Reddi Services (and asking for them). I would recommend Reddi Services to everyone. Thanks for a job well done at a very reasonable rate.

Vitaliy came to my house a few weeks ago to help me drain my hot water heater. We found a lot of calcium deposits as expected. A homeowner should drain their heater every 6 months to a year depending on usage. While he was at the house he also came upstairs to check our master bath room shower drain. His snake was more effective than Draino.
Next he walked 10 feet to my wife's drain on her side of the bathroom. Having a woman with long hair before us and my wife also having long hair, lets just say he was able to open the drain. Happy to have a good plumber local to me!

Cleared drain but said pipe needed to be scoped. Was suppose to show up later in the day but never showed up . Called the following week because they never asked for payment and they sent a guy out. He used his crapper camera and claimed our seer drain needed to be replaced. Told up we could make a claim in home owners insurance. He would not leave our house when asked . Finally had to lie to him to get him to leave and then call there dispatch to cancel everything and pay them. Scam. Found similar insurance scam reviews online.

Great service we had a leak in our main line so water was all over the driveway and the street. Thanks God I did purchase a special insurance through the Phx water company that cover any repair outside the house, it cost me $63 a year. I did call them I had to wait one day, it was not easy without water in the house for one day, but it cost me 0 if i did not had insurance the cost could be $400. Jason came over and he did a excellent job it took a little over an hour and magic man Jason replaced the broken pipe. So I highly recommend them.

I've used 6 different plumbers in the last 4 years.
Why so many?
Simple. They all over charge and under perform. Sloppy, unprofessional hacks that jerk me around and waste my time.
Until now.
When Casey showed up at my place he took ownership of the job from the minute he stepped in to my office.
Hewas well groomed, well mannered and super professional.
On top of that, he showed up within 45 minutes of my call.
He explained everything to me without making me feel like an idiot and he did a very thorough job.
Super fair quote and super fast work.
I will only use these guys moving forward.

Had a great experience with P&L. They installed a drop in sink for us and they did solid work for a fair price. I would go back to them again for future projects

Affordable Plumbing was referred by our home warranty service. We have used them twice, once for a warranty item and the second for a non warranty issue. Each time they have been very professional and have done a very good job and a fair price. Ben was the person dispatched for each service and his customer service skills are excellent. Explains everything in great detail and cleans up after as if the house was his. If you need a plumber this is the company to choose.

This is an excellent company. We had a plumbing issue that was complicated and required quite a lot of time to assess and complete due to unforeseen problems. Despite this, our technician, Derek, went out of his way to accommodate us and was willing to work much longer than expected without complaining and without adding hidden fees. Derek even brought in an additional employee to help diagnose the problem (I'm sorry but I can't remember his name-he was also great). They had to send a snake with a camera on it to diagnose the problem further. I would definitely use their service again if I had another plumbing problem! Good job guys!

Great response time to a last minute needed repair! Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose. Great price too!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.
He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.
Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.
Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Freddy is a great go-to plumber for any issue you have in your home. He's professional, prompt and fair in price.
We found a leak one morning that extended under our sink and caused a messy dirty water pool in our bathroom. We called our landlord who contacted Freddy and Freddy was at our doorstep within 20 minutes, and on a SUNDAY!! He was personable and pleasant and remained calm with our two very crazy and boisterous dogs. His assessment took only a few minutes and he came back Monday morning to replace two toilets in our apartment. Freddy was awesome and completed two new installs in only a few hours. Our bathrooms now look pristine, and even better, our toilets flush without causing water damage! In additional he did a quick fix on a leaky shower faucet and replaced a nozzle on the outside spigot. We were incredibly impressed with his work, field knowledge and prompt service. We will certainly be calling him for any future plumbing dilemmas. Highly recommended!!

We've been VIP members with Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing for a couple of years. They came for the Plumbing inspection and found our water heater leaking and several valves frozen. Scott & Brandon were personable and knowledgeable! We gave them the green light to replace all we needed. They were fast and cleaned up their mess.
We are thankful we didn't come home to a flooded garage like so many! The Goettl team caught it right on time! Thank you Scott & Brandon at Goettl Phoenix!

Keep looking for a plumbing company. I can't trust this one.
This review ironically follows Rooter Hero's previous Yelp review from the original owner of the home my daughter recently purchased. Here is the rest of the story.
Rooter Hero installed a water heater about a year prior and the problems were apparent to me when looking at the house and presented the concerns to the buyer during the transaction.
And here they are, The temperature and pressure relief valve were not plumbed to code. The building code requires the line to be copper (it was plastic) and it must exit the building to prevent flooding and/or scalding of people and it did not. They did replace the plastic to copper, but Rooter Hero allowed the pipe to terminate in a drain pain that would have overflowed in seconds causing damage to this home as well as the one underneath it. This was unprofessional work and clearly not to code even after bringing it to their attention. The second issue was the vent ducting connecting to the water heater to the vent pipe. It wasn't secured with screws, it was didn't have the gentle upward arc to the vent pipe required to vent combustion gases safely. The pictures show the deficiencies clearly. The vent pipe actually dips downward. What is not visible in the picture was a tear resulting from the tight bends. This was a carbon monoxide source.
When I shared the pictures you see here with two contractors I have used in the past they both said this work was substandard and not to code. I took this information and spoke with Lawrence, the general manager who shared he doesn't know California building codes as he is from Canada and has only been working for Rooter Hero for 3 days. His defense was that the work was done and the customer was happy. I reminded him that the home owner is not a licensed plumber. I don't hold him responsible. He was not the professional here. I also spoke with Adam the plumber who insisted that the vent and the T&P lines were properly installed and to code, though he was willing to sell me a Watts 210 T&P valve that would solve the problem for an additional $1200. This was the correct remedy. The job should never have been sold as it was without the Watts 210. The job was sold out of compliance with building codes. Clearly he was aware of the correct methods but left the property in an unsafe condition. It was shared that the original plumber from Rooter Hero was fired for doing poor quality work, and Adam came in twice after. Rooter Hero was on site three times that I am aware of, and even after concerns were shared, left the home dangerous to life and property with measured high levels of carbon monoxide and a job that was not done to code.
I had the issues resolved by a licensed contractor. He was shocked when he measured the carbon monoxide prior to the repairs as well as the overall lack of professionalism of the work. So the former owner of the home gives Rooter Hero a great review because he was told that any deficiencies with the job were corrected. The owner was pleased that there was no charge, yet completely unaware that in reality, even after the replaced pipe, the 1. T&P line was still not to code. 2. The vent leaked carbon monoxide because it was not correctly installed. 3. No sediment trap for the gas line was installed and required by code and 4. No expansion tank was installed. Yet that customer thought he was well taken care of. Sorry, but the work was substandard and totally unprofessional. I would expect this kind of work from an unlicensed laborer. Rooter Hero had no business leaving the home in that condition.
I am speaking to you from the viewpoint of a parent whose daughter would have taken possession of a home that could have caused her illness or death even after Rooter Hero's was notified of the concerns.
