Best Drain Installation in Phoenix AZ

This is the fourth time I have called Hays with some type of heating or cooling issue. Their customer service on the phone is wonderful, the technicians are respectful, and I trust them 100%. I have had problems with other companies in the valley, and I highly recommend them.

I can't say enough good things about Hansen Family Plumbing. We have been using them for our plumbing issues consistently for the past couple of years. Without exception, every plumber they have sent to our home is courteous, professional and reliable. Their pricing is fair and the work is excellent.

Very helpful and honest company. They were able to complete the requested work very quickly. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service from the very beginning. Steven showed up on time and quickly let me know what had to be done and why. He also told me they provide other services like plumbing and electrical which I plan to pursue. Very pleased with this company and Steven.

Very successful experience!! Emailed them Sunday evening and received a response back within 10 minutes, which is outstanding!  One of the air conditioning units had shutdown so house was uncomfortable but we could manage. Scheduled them to come out on Monday and Tom arrived right on time. After describing what the symptoms were he tuned right in to the problem area and had it fully diagnosed within 15 minutes. Off Tom went to get the parts and we were operating again within 90 minutes. Super experience, cost effective and quick repair. We will have the Dukes and Tom back again if there are other problems! Thanks Tonya and your Team....  Thinking a bit further about our experience, I note that their payment system worked very well and that Tom was also helpful in this area.

I have used them every time I need service. They are quick to get to my house and they inform me honestly and accurately what the issue is. I will happily be using again if I need help. Thank you very much for having a great team to rely on when I need you.

I can't begin to say how grateful I am to have Hansen Family Plumbing as our go to plumbing service!    We dont have many issues but when we need something installed, fixed or repaired, Erik and his team have ALWAYS been OUTSTANDING!   Today we had the pleasure to meet Zack!    Zack and his working partner went above and beyond.   I wasn't home but he communicated very well with me.   I trust not only Zack, but any of Erik's team members to be in my home when i cant be there.  
When it comes to supporting the local businesses, this is one service i am 100% proud to say i use when needed.

This company was called from my warranty company. They never called or followed up after initial tearing of my walls on the second day. Left me without water until I could get another plumber on day 6.

Super fast service. Came within 24 hours to fix a toilet. Would definitely use again.

I have a fairly new home, built less than 2 years ago, and my tankless water heater went out a few weeks ago. The company charged me for a part I didn't need that was still under warranty. It took two weeks for them to finally fix it and all it needed was an electronic master reset.

I reached out to ask about why they charged me for a part I didn't need and they said due to all the time they spent here and on the phone with tech support.

Here's the issue I hope you correct going forward so it doesn't impact future customers:

1) Your technician didn't spend more than 5 minutes here the first time. He didn't troubleshoot anything. I told him the code and what I looked up online that led me to calling you. He said yup that's it. Then he left.

2) Had he troubleshot the issue it could've been resolved that day and we wouldn't have been without hot water for two weeks. Also, this would've prevented the ordering of a part that was unnecessary.

3) The second technician said he's not a plumber, rather he's an HVAC guy. I think having the properly trained technician would have sped up the job, reducing time wasted on troubleshooting a master reset.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because  I am thankful the last technician that came out was honest and was able to resolve it and get the water heater working.

We had a service appoint to have our central air condition looked at as would go on. Trevor realized a problem with new thermostat that our home warranty installed. He replaced the thermostat and replace the wire and switch on fan as the fan would not shut off.
He told us the A/C is in good shape for being over 20 yrs old.
I highly recommend this company .

Our AC keeps freezing and we called AC by J to diagnose the problem. I had left the AC the last time hoping it would make servicing it faster. Noel J. Arrived and turned on the AC with no problem (it is very irritating how as soon as a service person gets near something the problems go away). He went onto the roof to inspect the AC unit and returned to report he couldn't find an issue with the AC. Since I was clearly not happy and repeated the issue, he then spent extra time phoning his coworkers to see if they could help diagnose the problem. In the end, he recommended a coiling cleaning (as this hadn't been done in the 7 years we owned the AC) to see if that will fix the problem. He also switched us from a service call to a maintenance call and saved us $20 dollars.

My air conditioning went out today (Sunday) and it is currently a very hot 97 degrees outside. I was sort of panicked because not only do I work at home but my dog just got back from the vet and is not well. I guess I could have packed up and gone to a friends, but that would have been rough on the dog.  
I found a Goettl sticker on the a/c unit and called. They were understanding of my situation and had a serviceman to my house in about 50 minutes. I was very surprised and relieved to get such prompt assistance. The technician said the fan needed to be replaced and freon had to be added. Whatever it was he did, I have colder a/c than ever.  
I hope I never have a problem with my unit again, but if I do, I will call Goettl.

Quick to come out and look at a plumbing leak to see what the issue was. Unfortunately they quoted me $2200 for the repair. Called another plumber who was at my home at 6:30 am the next morning. Job was done by 8:30 at a cost of $290 parts and labor. Unless you want to pay for their ads I recommend you look elsewhere. The guy told us it was an 8 hour job. If it truly took 8 hours that is a very high hourly rate. Now we know why they did not have an hourly quote. They estimate by the job. They would have gotten $1000 an hour! I really learned a good lesson from this experience. I wonder how many people have been taken to the cleaners by them.

I called PRECISION AIR on Thursday when the fan on my HVAC UNIT started turning on and off sporadically.  CHUCK was sent out Thursday afternoon, and was able to diagnose and fix the problem the same visit.  I was pleasantly surprised by the depth of his knowledge also very pleasant to work with. He was very patient and answered all of my questions.  Reasonable Price. I recommend this company.

It's unfortunate when you buy a new home and you have no choice but to use this company for warranty service.  Maybe Fulton homes should reconsider their AC vendor. I have had 3 service calls with this company.  As many other reviewers have noted, They give you a time frame for service and do not follow it.  They initially refused to replace a NEW wifi thermostat that was not working properly.  When they finally agreed, the first appointment they had available was one month later.  My appointment time window was 1pm to 5pm.  They called at 4pm and said the technician wouldn't arrive until after 7pm.  They called again at 9pm and Patty informed me that the technician was still delayed and could come as late as 3am.  Yes, you read that right, 3am.   It was so ridiculous that I filed an ROC complaint.  What manager would instruct their service person to continue to a NON emergency job at 3am??  Then,at 10:15pm I received a call from Megan who asked to reschedule to the next day.  I did inform Megan that I had already filed a ROC complaint, but she assured me that a technician would arrive the next day between 11-2.  Miraculously after having ZERO appointments available for a month, they now had one available the next day.  Well of course anything that sounds too good to be true, always is.  Megan called me again at 10:30am to inform me that since there was a ROC complaint I would have to schedule the appointment through Fulton Homes.  After I explicitly reminded her that Fulton homes absolutely required me to schedule directly with Chas Roberts, she immediately changed her story and said her managers would not allow them to repair my thermostats at all until the ROC complaint was finished.  Now of course that is also false, they can certainly repair the item prior to the ROC inspection, in fact that would be their best course of action.  My guess is they just don't want to do the repair.  So if you are one of the many that has absolutely no choice but the use them, I am truly sorry for  you.  And if you do have a choice, use someone else.
