Best Drain Installation in Phoenix AZ

This company was amazing. I had a broken garbage disposal. They replied back to my yelp messages within 5 minutes answering all my questions, also had availability that week to get my problem fixed. Lou Hernandez came right on time and worked quickly to fix the disposal and another part of my sink I didn't even know was leaking slowly. Awesome customer service! Would definitely use them again and will be soon for some other leaking faucets!

My mom's water heater started gushing out water while I was house sitting. I spoke with Megan at Hansen's Family Plumbing & she was excellent on the phone. She took her time giving me all the details and was extremely helpful. Michael came out same day & took care of everything for us. He was professional, hard working, paid close attention to detail and made sure the job was completed. I will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs. I had a leak under my sink.  I looked for a plumber in my area and found Lawson Plumbing - they had good reviews so I gave them a call.  They said the would send someone out between 12 - 3 pm.  I got a call from JT who said he got finished with his last job and could come early - I said come on down.  JT got here and was very professional and assessed the problem.  He went and got a new faucet and installed it in a timely manner.  I am very pleased with the service I received from Lawson.  Thank you Lawson and JT.

Chris was great! He was friendly, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. We called bright and early with a shower issue that required us to shut our water off, so we needed someone to come out same day. Chris was able to squeeze us in between 2-4 pm. He ended up arriving about 3:45, right as planned. After a few moments, he was able to diagnose the problem as a broken cartridge, and was able to replace the part within an hour. The price was about what we expected. The only issue is that now the shower pressure is much weaker than it used to be. I'm not sure if this is standard for this type of repair, but I miss my old shower pressure. Regardless, the service was great and Chris was quick and accommodating. Thanks again!

In the process of closing my home sale, the house closes this Tuesday, called Lawson on Sunday, they were here first thing Monday morning.

Free inspection and estimate for a problem that other companies wanted over $50 to just come out to see. Fantastic customer service and they actually seem to care.

Dave is timely, efficient and skilled and responsive to text messages and very timely. He communicated when he would be arriving and to explained everything that needs to be done and very fair pricing the repairs were done. We highly recommend Somers plumbing and will be using them for future needs!

Fast, honest, and reliable. This is the second time we've used Sound Plumbing, and they do not disappoint. The first time was to have a sink and faucet installed in the laundry room. Everything was great there. This time, an issue with the hot water flowing lukewarmly. Brian showed up, on time, and within the hour we had hot water again. We will definitely call them anytime we need a plumber.

I needed my reverse osmosis updated. Rommel V. Was great about explaining everything. He was tidy and removed all the trash. I highly recommend this company for water related needs.

I needed a new shutoff valve installed on my house. Dane showed up on time, did the work correctly and quickly, and tested the valve. It leaked! So he tore the whole thing out, redid all the work with a nondefective valve, and made sure everything worked and was right before he left. He even had to disconnect the house line from the street meter because it wouldn't shut off all the way (note to Peoria city lol). This was on a Friday afternoon around 4pm, and I'm betting I was his last job. But he made sure it was functional and not leaking before taking off. Dane did a great job, and made sure it was done and done right. Diamondback's office/scheduling folks were great too, and the price was exactly what they told me before they started the job- no nonsense or bs. I'll be sticking with these guys, and you should too.

Rooter Ranger sent Jason to our house quickly. He was very professional and able to quickly fix our issue with our hot water heater, and give us advice on what to do going forward. We appreciate it!

They fixed a leak from our toilet this week, and they were quick with a response and and we're able to get it fixed within the same day I called. They are next going to replace my water heater and then hopefully replace my water softener so I will continue to use their services for anything that my house may need.

Called Lawson Family Plumbing for quote on tankless hot water after seeing so many 5-star reviews on Yelp. Had already gotten phone estimate from another 5-star Family plumbing firm in same area. Lawson's estimate was ~20% lower because their guy VOLUNTEERED to suggest that they could use an adapter if our gasline was less than 3/4 diameter instead of re-piping system with larger pipe, plus they sent a guy out for the estimate (other outfit declined to do that due to COVID). I called other Family to see if they could reduce price by using an adapter and they said no. Lawson's plumber (Jason) did great job last Friday w/the install: careful, efficient, complete, and left garage cleaner than when he arrived.
*But wait...for the and then some: Saturday morn the shower temp was not staying as warm as w/the old tank we had just removed, and I was having buyer's remorse. Called Jason and he arrived at the house 15 minutes(!) later (did I mention this was a Saturday?). Checked it out, explained intricate software regulation involved w/tankless system, suggested a slightly lower temp setting, and left saying see how it goes and let us know; we want you to be satisfied. Have now tested it under many circumstances and it's working just fine. Great experience. BTW, the original gasline diam turned out to be 1, i.e., even more than the minimum needed for tankless.

Kitchen faucet needed to be replaced. Option One showed up when promised, gave me options and fixed the problem. Very satisfied customer

Hay's has been fantastic to work with.  They corrected numerous poor installation items by another vendor in the Valley, and have been very knowledgeable and responsive.

King Plumbing provided my family with the absolute BEST plumbing service we have had in our 50+ years.  Not only was the work professional, on time, well organized with no gimmicks, but the technician was polite and efficient.  He was the most on-task person we have ever met.  We will call King Plumbing for all future plumbing needs and encourage others to do teh same. Tyler was great to work with. I was out of town when I was notified that my outside pipes were leaking water. I called Zest Plumbing and had Tyler, a plumbing tech, at my home within an hour. He kept in contact with me by phone. Tyler finished the job within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend Zest Plumbing.
