I had a leak in the wall between my closet and shower for an unspecified amount of time that caused one whole wall of my closet and a part of another wall to need to be replaced. Vlad came out to do the estimate and took the time to understand the whole issue and make suggestions of opening up another wall to see if the water seeped over and also to setup a fan to help dry things out. My dad was able to open up part of the other wall and sure enough the insulation was wet so we were able to get that replaced and fixed. I really appreciated the time he took with me looking over all the potential issues.  I felt so comfortable I asked for an additional estimate to finish some painting 2 other contractors had failed to finish. The estimate that I received was very reasonable so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done.
Eddie was amazing! He worked very efficiently and did an amazing job. Within a few short days my closet was back to pre-leak status and you can't even tell there was an issue. Additionally, all the painting is now complete and I finally don't have all those unfinished touches staring at me anymore.
I would recommend Dynamite to anyone (and already have been recommending them) and am already planning on using them for another upcoming project.

Thank you for sending a crew to repair the water damaged in the bathroom, kids bedroom and master bedroom, that was cause by a bathroom leak behind the vanity, a lot of drywall and laminated floorig was removed, the crew work very hard and quickly to set-up the proper equipment to get it dry fast. Anderson did an INCREDIBLE job on our couches AND grout. Definitely affordable and our couches look almost brand new. I wish I took before& after photos to show. We have a dog with orange fur and it was all over the couch & stuck in the threads. Anderson was quick and very thorough! We would totally recommend to any friends and family and we will absolutely be using these guys again for every cleaning!

The beater bar on my vacuum had snagged the Berber carpet in a bedroom and pulled a long strand out of the carpet backing right where the carpet met the bathroom tile.  A nice sized chunk of carpet was unraveled!  Brandon was able to stretch the carpet so it looks like new.  He truly worked a miracle.  This is the second time Phoenix Carpet Repair has done fantastic work at my home.  And I was very lucky that Brandon was able to fit me in within an hour of my original inquiry.  Don't hesitate to call this very professional company.

Contractor's response to my review that I twice shut the door on his crew is untrue. Contractor has yet to follow through on the return of my deposit after the cancelation of the contract.

If I could give negative stars, I would STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS and go to an honest handyman type company for simple jobs- not only was I quoted 417$ within 2 minutes of a clogged kitchen drain. Then man showed up an hour late out of estimated arrival time! And when he got here he was looking very unsanitary no gloves and booties or other sanitation methods as explained on their website! I kept calling and the receptionist kept lying saying the plumber is 5 minutes away, 2 minutes away etc and also then he stopped to get gas.... The only one blowing any gas was HER and her crazy, dumb excuses. Not reliable, not honest company, not affordable ......I fixed my own drain for the cost of a 20$ plumbing wrench

Just met the guys from Water Fighters Restoration and they couldn't have been more pleasant to work with.  Ceasar and his father are certainly professionals.

Frank and his partner came to give an estimate for some leak damage. Frank was training a newer hire and he sounded like a good teacher and was explaining things to him well. They were both very nice and helpful. Frank answered any question I had and made sure to thoroughly explain the process. The estimate was lower than I anticipated. Although they haven't opened up the wall yet or got started on actual work, the process has been excellent so far.

My water heater flooded my garage in Oct. did a little damage to the dry wall. They came torn up about 2 feet of dry wall took off my base boards. Cut out the carpet that had water damage left the room 1/2  carpeted. Several months later I still have a room with 1/2 carpet missing dry wall. They gave my insurance company a quote $5000. Which they are charging $2,500 to paint a 1 car garage.
I don't know what to do my insurance company paid them. For unfinished work. I have contacted them several times with no response.
I would have better results saved money if I didn't use my insurance. It would have cost less then my deductible.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
