We had a leak from the roof back at the end of Feb, and submitted a request for help on Yelp.  A few companies including ASAP responded immediately.  We ended up proceeding with ASAP and were very pleased because everyone involved in this process was highly professional, responsive, and delivered high quality of work.  We had no prior experience handling the process with insurance, and the team at ASAP was patient and explained everything for us.  Special shoutout to all the pro's who came out to our home and made everything good as new

We had a sink connection burst while we were out on a Saturday. Within an hour or so, we had a major pool of water running through half of our house. We got home to a big mess and didn't know what to do. We called All Dry and Lawrence responded to our our house about 45 minutes later. We had mopped and squeegeed most of the water, but Lawrence was able to use his electronics to determine that there was no major water seepage in the walls and that the problem was going to be resolved once the rest of the water evaporated. He helped us move some things around and also helped us place fans to speed the process. Very happy about the company response (friendly and polite on the phone), the professionalism of Lawrence, the sincere desire to help, and the ultimate resolution of a dry house. Thanks All Dry for turning a potential disaster into peace.

The company saved me from buying a house with a significant mold issues.  The tech was very knowledgeable, accommodating, and went above and beyond to explain everything to us. After the inspection, he quickly turned around his report. ServPro of Paradise Valley is great to work with. They are professional, prompt, very knowledgeable and honest. Their pricing is very fair. After getting three quotes from various companies, I knew Josh and his ServPro team were the best choice. They did a thorough inspection and explained the complete process for cleaning up our water damage. It is worth noting that there are other ServPro companies in the area and they are independently owned and operated. ServPro of Paradise Valley is who I would recommend.

Very happy with Rhino Construction and already thinking of more projects, now that I have found a reliable, professional, and courteous licensed contractor.
Was contacting Licensed Contractors for a couple of small projects that were beyond my abilities when I came across Rhino Construction, their response time was quick, the estimator's site review was scheduled, and the estimates came in close to what I was expecting.
The roofers arrived early on the agreed-upon day for the work to start, they were done fixing the broken tiles, replacing the cement caps, striping off the flat roof over the patio, replacing the dry rotted fascia boards, and gone by early afternoon.
While the roofing team was busy working away, the site supervisor showed the carpenter the work to be done inside.
By the end of the week, they were painting, cleaning up, and checking for any loose ends.

I hired this company after a fire May 2018. They did the board up. Three months later, the insurance company was asking for a breakdown of the rebuilding quote. I was told by contractor they would have breakdown in a few weeks. I waited and called the contractor told me he had no idea where to start with the breakdown according to what the insurance company needed. This was a complicated rebuild. I had to fire them. Now on my third contractor who recognized the red flags immediately pulled a land survey. We had set back issues from utility company. This then caused other issues which took six plus months to resolve. We just recently received permit. It has been 2 years, and 2 months. If Kowalski had pulled a land survey...I would be in my home now. The second fire restoration company made same mistake, plus a few others. Kowalski mailed bills to wrong address, overcharged for storage...I found same for 1/4th the cost. This is wrong! I will say the professional manner with everyone at Kowalski was great, and I wish I could of stayed with this company, but the contractor simply did not have the experience needed to complete a complicated rebuild. This fact has cost me a lot of my own money, time, and the stress is beyond what I can describe. The cost of this personally is undesirable. Losing most everything, and a family member is difficult enough. I have moved four times, and I am now paying rent, and storage. All of this could of been avoided with a 300.00 land survey. An old home, owned for for over fifty years, neighborhood grew around property, and bordered a utility road...all red flags recognized by an experienced contractor.

I am the wife of one of the brothers you're company screwed over.
We cancelled a contract with another company in order to give your company the business. I'm a family friend, or at least I thought I was (until looking back on the fact someone I call family recommended us to use Adams Disaster and Restoration), and have met Shane on several occasions.
My husband and his brother lost their mother in this disaster/fire. All we wanted was help.
That was in July....... The work was never finished, and due to reverse mortgage issues, they had to take it at a loss as to not end up owing.

Then...... prior to this knowledge, I made the mistake of referring your company to a close friend. Her bathroom has been torn apart for over 3 months, and there is still no progress.

Basically, I'm disgusted with your company, the people who work there, and anyone who'd refer you.
