Best Tile Removal in Phoenix AZ

Jose and his crew did an AMAZING job. His team sandblasted my concrete pool patio area after the stain started to wear off due to the hot AZ sun. It took about a day and a half from prep to finish.  They moved my patio furniture with care, and their clean up was one of the best I've ever seen. Do not hesitate to hire these guys !!!! Two thumbs up.

When you see a business on Yelp with an overall rating of five stars, you automatically have high expectations and trust that you will be completely satisfied with their service or product.

Chris definitely lived up to the five star rating and expectation! We had just recently purchased a home with some carpet damage on one of the stairs. It was small, but it bothered me and I was worried that it would be expensive and it would look like someone fixed that area if we got it fixed.

I busted my Yelp app and found Chris. He responded quickly and his quote was extremely reasonable. We scheduled an appointment and unfortunately a day or two before, I had to reschedule and Chris was extremely accommodating. When he got to my residence, he was early!!! Oh, how I love punctual people!

My husband actually was there to greet him and he was in and out in less than an hour. I came home later to inspect the stair. Here's the funny part: I couldn't distinguish which stair he fixed. My husband had to point it out to me. That's how much you couldn't tell there was a carpet issue in the first place! I was so surprised.

Then, I asked my husband where he took the carpet from and wanted to see how much damage he did. He took a small piece from a linen closet and although you can tell slightly, it was way better than I ever thought it would look.

I definitely would recommend Chris to anyone I know. You got carpet issues? Call this guy!

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.  

We will definitely call him if we need his services in the future- glad there are still a few honest folk out there!!

Second Time I have needed my carpets cleaned in Casa grade and let me tell you it's no walk in the park being able to find a decent company. I won't mention names but lets just say the last company that came out had no horsepower. So I decided to try someone else. Five star was the first place I had called hoping they would be decent. Right from the start when the man who answered the phone with a friendly greeting I knew they were already off to a good start. Needless to say I was pleased with everything. From the initial phone call to the end. The two guys who came out to perform the service were extremely polite and caring. They understood what I wanted done and didn't do anything other than what I had asked. If I ever need to use carpet cleaning services again I'm definitely using five star!!

We recently used Sunshine carpet Cleaners. They came out and did a an estimate,Noe was really nice, very professional and even tolerated and paid attention to our naughty dog.

When the cleaning day  arrived they were prompt, and did a great job, so meticulous in their work, very organized and the carpets look fantastic.

We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. What a great experience I had with this company. First I scheduled a time for them to come and estimate cleaning all my carpets and tile. The estimator arrived on time and masked for safety.

They sent a reminder of the appointment and came and did an amazing job. The job was a little bigger than they expected, but they stayed within their price quote and did an outstanding job on some really nasty carpets and tile. They even took before and after pics for me to see.

Our precocious pup ate a hole in our carpet. Called Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning and got a next day appointment. Amos, our technician, arrived on time and did an amazing job! He was so personable, friendly, and courteous. He explained the process and once he was done it literally looked like new! We couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend PCR&C and Amos! What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I have used ECS four times now in my old apartment and my current place.  I'm always impressed and I always get the best price.  THe guys are really nice and they always tell me what is needed to clean my carpet.  They discuss all prices before doing the job and they have never tried to swindel me.  I refer them to anyone.  P.S. my dog penny lovesssss when the carpet gets clean she just roles all over it!

This company is amazing. We had a sewer backup in a fourplex and all of my units were affected. Glenn and his crew showed up immediately and were extremely professional and very courteous to all of my renters. It's a very stressful time and they made it seamless. They work directly with the insurance company and help you wade through the unknown details of an insurance claim. Every time I called Glen answered his phone and kept everyone in the loop of exactly what was happening next. Thank you sunshine!

I first used this service many years ago, and I had forgot about them, then found them again! They are reasonably priced, show up when they say they will and do a great job. The son is now working in the business too. We had started out using the Dad, who I guess has limited the time he works. No problem....we highly recommend them!

Had major carpet stink (dogs, feet) when moving into a rental... Called these guys and they took the time to do a great job. Fast forward a week and I think smells were lifted from the pad. I called and they said they would come try again at no charge. This second time they finally got it! With the level of smell and stains I think it would have taken anyone a few times but they were so friendly, professional, hard working and quick that I will be definitely using them (and recommending them) in the future.

I'm an air conditioning contractor and I have been involved with jobs and referred to jobs by EA Restoration. These guys know what they're doing and they do the job right. That's what you look for with the kind of work they do. They know how to deal with insurance agents and home owners alike to make sure you get all the mold or whatever it is that they are eliminating from your house.
Highly recommend them. Craig is really good at estimating the jobs and not missing anything.

This company does a great job!  Our rugs look as good as new.  The team was polite and contentious.  We will absolutely use them again.

Bad experience.... The carpet was left matted in places as if all the water hadn't been extracted.  I called and was told that an inspector would come and check it out (after quite a bit of arguing about no guarantee, have you vacuumed? etc...).  The person who came was the same one who had shampooed the carpet and surprise.... he saw nothing wrong with it!  This is high grade carpeting which has been cleaned before with no problems whatsoever. The home visit was simply to cover themselves....
