What a wonderful experience with Clean Theory!
I was able to get an appointment same day and was very pleased with the outcome of my tile and carpet cleaning. Ron is very personable, professional and makes sure you are satisfied with his work. We will be referring many friends and will continue to use his company in the future for our floor cleaning services!

The first time I used F & F I made a point of adding them to my contacts - so that I would be able to use them again. 4 years after they cleaned my area rugs and kilim pillows I called them back. Both times they were easy to deal with, did a great job (cleaning, repairing frayed edges, and even cutting a couple rugs down to smaller, more useable sizes.)

We had a few areas of damage from pets and an area where carpet and tile meet that was worn that we wanted to get fixed. We got a quote online (which was easy to complete and they responded too in a timely manner).  When we called to schedule, they were very professional and helpful and got us on the schedule for the next day or two! Our technicians (Robert and Nate) actually arrived early to our home and were patient and understanding with us arriving as we were leaving work to make our arrival window. They called before and when they arrived so we had a good line of communication with them. The work they did is AMAZING! You can't even tell there was damage there before! Nate was training and just by being present you could see the deep well of knowledge he was getting from Robert. We are so glad we picked this group to do the repairs and would highly recommend them to anyone (and we'll be keeping their contact information incase we need work done in the future)!

This company has taken excellent care of my home and our rental properties. The dogs who lived with our last tenants ruined the carpet. Urine everywhere and even a few spots where they had clearly dug or chewed holes in the carpet. Dave came over with a blacklight and urine treated the entire house at night. His crew was then there for several hours the next day. The carpet looked and smelled new again. Thanks.

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

The service and professionalism that was shown John was outstanding. My tile is almost 10 years old and looked every bit of it. Today it looks brand new. I highly recommend this outstanding work.

I made the mistake of booking this service originally through Angie's List. It's always a pleasant surprise who Angie's List are able to find for their flat price. I had booked it there for three rooms, with dog treatment for an apartment move-out. My original booking and this one did not work out, but the booking I made directly with Stanley Steemer did. I had asked for a 6pm appointment when I booked through Angie's List the second time. The first time, the cleaner did not show up. Stanley Steemer clearly explained their policies to me and apologized for the experience. They offered to match the price, even though Angie's List had actually booked it for only one room. They worked with me to make sure that I could get the carpet cleaned before my move-out date. They did an excellent job and the price was great!

I'm an air conditioning contractor and I have been involved with jobs and referred to jobs by EA Restoration. These guys know what they're doing and they do the job right. That's what you look for with the kind of work they do. They know how to deal with insurance agents and home owners alike to make sure you get all the mold or whatever it is that they are eliminating from your house.
Highly recommend them. Craig is really good at estimating the jobs and not missing anything.

I have used ECS four times now in my old apartment and my current place.  I'm always impressed and I always get the best price.  THe guys are really nice and they always tell me what is needed to clean my carpet.  They discuss all prices before doing the job and they have never tried to swindel me.  I refer them to anyone.  P.S. my dog penny lovesssss when the carpet gets clean she just roles all over it!
