Best Steam Cleaning in Phoenix AZ
I have been using Leslie's House Cleaning service exclusively since March of this year as I just launched my first Airbnb vacation rental. I live out of state and was extremely nervous about how I was going to manage the scheduling process and concerned about the quality of service since I would not be there in person to experience first hand. Leslie has made the scheduling incredibly easy and reliable. She answers my requests within minutes and jumps through hoops to make sure the home is turned around before the next guest checks in. Her team does an outstanding job which is documented in almost all of my reviews. Time and time again, the comments come back stating how clean our home is. This has given me so much peace and I cannot recommend Leslie and her team enough. I am so grateful to be working with such an incredible team!!!

I am giving this review one star out of five stars as the company is unprofessional and did a very poor job of cleaning my apartment. I did a consult with Jerri and her husband. I purchased their cleaning service and their professional carpet cleaning. I would like to say this is a 100% honest review. Therefore, what was done right will be stated here and what was not will also be stated. The carpet cleaning was great! I was very impressed. The apartment cleaning was very poor. I cleaned the apartment before handing it off. The cleaner did a great job with the air intake vent grate; it was cleaned well. The interior windows, toilets and ceiling fans were also cleaned. However, everything else was left dirty. The washer and dryer were not wiped off. The appliances were not cleaned. There was dirt and grime left on the base boards, walls, the microwave, oven etc. None of the drawers or cabinets were wiped out. The tub/showers had caked on shampoo and were left dirty. I had to spend several hours cleaning the apartment before I turned in my keys. I am out a $380.00 cleaning fee. After discussing this and sending Jerri pictures to review. She sent me her own pictures, which were from far away, without resolution to see up close in very poor lighting. Her final response was a refund would not be issued. She offered no resolution, did not even offer to come down. Her final text was in response to me stating I would be writing a review about the poor cleaning job and she stated, "that is just great I am pissed off." Jerri lacks professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I hope the BBB investigates. I hope this review spares someone from making the mistake that I did in hiring this company. I am beyond disappointed.

My elderly fathers' home was in dire need of a deep cleaning, as he is no longer physically capable of keeping it up himself. I hired Heavenly Scent Professionals because I wanted someone to come in and do a thorough job. They aren't the cheapest in town, but I asked for a "deep clean" and that's exactly what they did. Mission accomplished. They did a wonderful job. Two women came in and within a few hours, had that home (2400 sf. of it) completely clean. They didn't miss a thing. I was very happy and impressed. I will definitely use them again.

I wish I could leave a raving review, but the whole experience left me regretting using the service. Esperanza ( the owner) was referred by one of her friends. When I initially reached out, Esperanza set a day she would come by to give me a quote to do just a general cleaning of my new home for a move out/move in cleaning. I then heard back from her the morning we were to meet and was told since her other client who lived in the area had canceled she no longer could come by for the quote, but could go off the square footage. I then gave her the information, but then was put into contact with her operations manager Kristin. Kristin went through everything I wanted done, as well as other services they offered. I was given a rough estimate and told a final price would be given at the time of service. She also told me to pay either venmo, zelle, or cash upon the final service. I eventually scheduled with them for a Monday at 8AM.
Monday came around and the team was 15 minutes late arriving to start. Once they were ready, we went through once more what I wanted done. The bathrooms, shutters, kitchen, and ceiling fans were to be done. Kitchen appliances and were flooring were to be left for a later cleaning. I left Esperanza and her team to it and was told to be back prior to them finishing. I left and arrived back just before 11am, at that time Esperanza said they were just about finished and packing up. I was expecting to come back to a fresh smell, but didn't. I started checking the bathrooms and they seemed ok. At a glance the kitchen seemed ok and the shutters also seemed fine. The team seemed to be in a hurry, so as I'm asking for Esperanza's information for Zelle she then informed me to Venmo the money to the operations manager I initially contacted. I gave a $30 cash tip to each of her two team members, then sent the final price of $300 plus $30 tip for Esperanza. I thanked them and they were on their way.
It wasn't until later that day, my husband and I were going back through and saw the kitchen and pantry had not been touched. I immediately reached out to Kristin, since she is the one who set the appointment. She said that Esperanza apologized and did not mean to miss this. The kitchen is quite large and with almost three hours, I can't see how this could be missed. You literally have to walk through the kitchen to get to parts of the house. Kristin then said Esperanza wanted to come back out and fix it, so we set the date for Saturday, the same week of the cleaning. The day they were to return I get yet another text of how another client in the area had canceled so she could refund $30 or take $30 off the next cleaning because she would no longer be coming (*insert eye roll). So I paid $300, the job wasn't done correctly the first time and instead of coming back to insure business for a "next time", cancel and only refund $30. So she got the full amount and gave back the tip. Thanks but no thanks. Moving forward with another company in the future.
