Best Rug Cleaning in Phoenix AZ

We bought a townhouse and after our cleaning crew left, we thought we had a problem with a few spots (looked like mold) on the grout in our master shower.  

Ron came by within a day, took a look, and gave us some recommendations on specific products that would help vs having to spend more on his services.  

We will definitely call him if we need his services in the future- glad there are still a few honest folk out there!!

Five Star Carpet Cleaning did a awesome job on cleaning my carpets and cleaning my tile. They got out stains that I did not think would come clean. They made my tile look brand new. They were very affordable and the guys that came to my house were very professional and hard workers. I will use Five Star again for sure :)

Personable, technically competent and efficient.  We are pleased with their response and work.

They did a pretty good job, am happy with the way the carpets turned out.  I was on the phone talking when he finished and he put the bill and a pen right in front of my face, I had to turn away.  I held up my hand, indicating to wait for a minute, but he kept following me around, with the bill and pen in my face.   When I went to pay the bill, he gave me a payment machine that had a tip page, for 10, 15, or 20% tip.   I did leave a 10% tip, which added another $15.00 onto the bill but I don't think companies like this should be asking for tips.

Needed the carpet to my doorways retacked they scheduled me same day tech was very nice and did an excellent job i will definitely use this company again!

What can I say? Phoenix Metro Carpet Cleaning did an AMAZING job! Excellent prices, thoughtful technician and overall a great experience. I just had them do my sofa this time around but you bet I will be calling them when I need my carpets cleaned! Seriously cannot recommend this company highly enough! 6/5 stars!

Wow!!!  I am amazed at how beautiful my floors turned out!!  They were quick to come and estimate and quick to book and quick to do the work.  It's been over a month and I'm still thrilled!  Haven't found any 'oops' in the job.

Eric and Andrew from Stanley Steemers came today and I can't tell you how pleased I am . Not only with how great my carpets look and smell but the guys were so friendly and professional! I called and spoke to Eric after another company who cleaned my carpet left it saturated and my home smelling like stagnant dirty water.  Eric and his guys followed through with what they promised and I definitely will not be using any other carpet cleaning company again. We had a leak in our bathroom and into our dining room and we were referred to EA Restoration.  They were quick to come out for the original inspection and they took care of everything with our insurance company and did solid work in mitigating the damage. Everyone that came over to inspect and work were courteous and respectful.

read what you are signing well. They do not honor their work. I had a room not fully done because they would not go behind furniture that was moved away from wall for that purpose. They also charge a lot for every thing needed.  This has been hands down the worse company I have ever wasted money on for carpet cleaning.

My new roommate insisted on getting the carpets clean and I was all for it. We tried to call several companies to come out, but all of them were unavailable or didn't have their own water tank to do the job.

We happened to come across Executive Carpet and took and chance and we definitely got lucky. Josh Y. did such a great job and the carpets have never looked better.
He was able to explain everything very easily and was quite personable. Not only was he done very quickly and efficiently, he also gave me an excuse to get out of an unnecessary work meeting. I cannot thank him enough lol.

I am certain that I will need carpet cleaning services again in the future and I know who I will be calling. Thank you Executive!

Had a Living Social coupon and read all the reviews I could and I definitely picked the best man for the job. Marty was amazing.  He cleaned my dirty house like it was his own. He works hard and is a super nice man. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.
