On time. I was in need of a move out deep clean. Great work, very thorough and efficient.

Wow- what a great job!  I had a rental set-up for a couple to move into and the landlord had not cleaned.  All my cleaners were tied up and not able to jump it to help.  I called, got a human being, they told me they would have someone there the next day... I went to meet them and they were even early!  Jess was her name.  She made me feel good enough to let her do her thing at the house and I followed back up - what a difference!  The best part was the couple showing up and saying THANK YOU!!! I will definitely use and recommend Valley in the future!  Real life saver!

Two Blondes and a Bucket did an AMAZING job on our condo! I was working and needed a rental property cleaned while I was in the office and these girls left our rental SPOTLESS. Not only did they clean every slat in the shutters, but also left all of our light fixtures sparkling. Can't wait to hire them again!

Update: The owner reached out and sincerely apologized. He credited for another cleaning. It's rare to find people who apologize and wanna make things right.

The cleaning was okay, she wiped around a majority of the items, so underneath the objects it was still dirty. The shower had streaks of cleaning products. In conjunction with the cleaning I had the tiles professionally cleaned. There was some residue left over which required using a swifter. The downside to this cleaning was that they left marks on the wall from hoses, and two hand prints, which left dirt and stains on the wall. Wasn't the greatest service wasn't the worse. Having to go back and re-clean isn't fun when you already paid a hefty amount to get it done.

I contacted Juan about giving our house a thorough cleaning.  He and his team arrived promptly with all the cleaning products and tools. They worked hard and efficiently and did the best job.  Juan is a professional who takes his business seriously and aims to please. I look forward to using his company again.  I would highly recommend him.  The price was fair and he was a pleasure to work with.

So far, I called Jennifer and she answered right away. We had a wonderful first conversation. She was very friendly and easy to talk to during our conversation. She is coming out only three days after our first conversation.  I am looking forward to meet her and to get my project completed . Will give feedback again after completion of project.

I reached out to Agai and left a message and within minutes, they returned my phone call. I fell sick and was unable to tidy up my kitchen. I decided to give Agai a shot. Their team was cordial, polite and punctual. They cleaned the dishes by hand even though I had a dishwasher. Their crew was detailed and took the time out to make sure that I was satisfied with their services. I am giving this review one star out of five stars as the company is unprofessional and did a very poor job of cleaning my apartment. I did a consult with Jerri and her husband. I purchased their cleaning service and their professional carpet cleaning. I would like to say this is a 100% honest review. Therefore, what was done right will be stated here and what was not will also be stated. The carpet cleaning was great! I was very impressed. The apartment cleaning was very poor. I cleaned the apartment before handing it off. The cleaner did a great job with the air intake vent grate; it was cleaned well. The interior windows, toilets and ceiling fans were also cleaned. However, everything else was left dirty. The washer and dryer were not wiped off. The appliances were not cleaned. There was dirt and grime left on the base boards, walls, the microwave, oven etc. None of the drawers or cabinets were wiped out. The tub/showers had caked on shampoo and were left dirty. I had to spend several hours cleaning the apartment before I turned in my keys. I am out a $380.00 cleaning fee. After discussing this and sending Jerri pictures to review. She sent me her own pictures, which were from far away, without resolution to see up close in very poor lighting. Her final response was a refund would not be issued. She offered no resolution, did not even offer to come down. Her final text was in response to me stating I would be writing a review about the poor cleaning job and she stated, "that is just great I am pissed off." Jerri lacks professionalism. I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact I hope the BBB investigates. I hope this review spares someone from making the mistake that I did in hiring this company. I am beyond disappointed.

Amy from Desert Clover Cleaning has been cleaning my house for a few weeks now. She consistently cleans everything that is agreed upon. My bathroom has never been cleaner! I can enjoy bare feet on my tile floor again without me having to spend forever on it. Their weekly rate is worth it. Thanks Amy!

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
