I'm so surprised by the positive reviews. He ripped me off for $5000.00. Have to rewire the lighting, got paint all over my furniture and was paid to redo my roof. Just did a few patches. I've learned a hard lesson.

Reviews may look too good to be true, but they are all on point! Chris got back to me promptly, assessed what needed to be done to fix the issue and quoted me over the phone. Showed up at the set time for our appointment and quickly got to work. Explained what he was doing and was able to fix the damage and it looked good as new! Would highly recommend!

Wow - I just had the oddest call with this business. I wanted to get a straight answer on pricing because I am concerned I am being exposed to mold in either my office or my home. Instead, the person I spoke to was completely arguing with everything I had to say and then told me I worked for a competitor and to never call them again.

Received great service in the beginning.  They sent someone out right away to evaluate a mold situation under my kitchen sink.  Tyler arrived right on time and was incredibly informative and courteous.  He did let me know that it would be a a few days before I would received the estimate, so I expected a small wait. A full week passed - nothing.  I called to follow up the beginning of the next week explaining that I wanted to go with them, and hoped the delay had been a misunderstanding (typo in the email, went to the wrong person - anything).  Tyler answered the call and seemed genuinely surprised I had not heard anything.  I explained I checked my spam folder, trash, etc., but had received nothing. I was assured the estimator would reach out to me that day via my mobile.  Again - nothing.  They must not need the business or need to replace their estimator (or perhaps hire more).  Either way, it's a shame.  An excellent on-site crew to start, but the office lost the business.  Starting my search over again for a provider.  Huge waste of time.

UPDATE: Adding a star based on the immediate responses received here and in email to this review. Though I had already selected another provider and thus can't speak any further to the experience with ServPro, I do greatly appreciate their willingness to look into customer concerns and try and make it right.

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house.  The entire restoration process took several weeks, during which asbestos was also discovered.  Multiple companies were involved in getting everything back to normal. The work that ServPro did was excellent.  All of the ServPro employees were punctual, professional, and very committed to making things exactly as my mother wished.  Additionally, ServPro acted as general contractor, interacting with all of the other companies and, at times, the insurance company; coordinating the scheduling of the different contractors; serving as the single point of contact with me and my brother; and following up with us at each stage of the process. We would particularly like to thank Jeff and Anthony, and highly recommend ServPro of Sun City / Sun City West / Southeast Surprise.

Always great service! Was able to get me in for a last minute job to clean our tile floors. They do very good thorough work at reasonable prices.

I highly recommend Slate Restoration. My roof leaked and caused major water damage to my drywall, carpeting and everything was soaked. I was afraid of black mold and wanted the water damage to be minimized quickly.
Nick was first to arrive and he put my mind at ease right away. He showed me where the water was pooling in my ceilings and explained the next plan of action. He set up his equipment and removed the soaked carpet padding. His team removed the water damaged drywall and insulation and set up plastic to protect my furniture and belongings.
Once completely dry the clean-up was 5 stars excellent. I was comforted knowing I was in such good hands and the professionalism was appreciated.
I highly recommend and I am grateful to Nick especially. Thank you Nick and Nico and all members of your team. The wonderful office staff is also exceptional.

Excellent service.  I was very impressed with AM/PM from the diagnosis of the issue (water damage), remediation of mold and removal of mold/water damaged cabinets, drywall, and baseboards, and a very quick repair of all the affected areas once the mold was gone.  A job I expected to take 2-3 weeks, based on prior experience with general contractors, was finished in only 4 days and looks as good as new.  Highly recommend!

A/C had leaked water into my ceiling, Puro Clean was able to come out the very next day. I was very impressed with their quick response. Sean was very friendly and professional. Will use their services again when necessary. Highly recommended!

Stan did a great job with putting up our Courtyard lights. Had a great sense of what we wanted he was knowledgeable and professional. I'll hire for anything I need done home improvement wise.

I hired Dynamite for a bathroom remodel. They replaced a walk in tub, all new tile shower, new vanity, etc. Very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again for future projects.

Whoa, what a great company to have come work at our house. Noe and Michael were the technicians that were doing the job, Nice, respectful, and explained  everything they were going to do. The bid for the job was a certain price, and noe gave us some options, and the final price for the work came out lower. Great job guys. The bathroom and hallway floor look awesome.  This is a quality business and quality personal. PLEASE give them an opportunity to work at your house or business.

Avoid this company at all cost.  After a Flood at my house and acquaintance called this company to remove the contents of my kitchen and living room So my home could be dried out. I told them to put everything in my spare bedroom and anything that wouldn't fit could go to their storage Facility.  They had me fill out their review while they stood and watched over my shoulder before anything was moved. The next day I woke up and realized they have removed things like coffee, coffee machine, spices, utensils, soups, the lid that covers food in my microwave, things you need on a daily basis.. They removed these things Just to pad their invoice. When I called to have them return my stuff they advised they would need a 1 week notice So I gave them notification. 2 weeks later I called them and Ask them what the hold up was. they said they wouldn't return my goods until my insurance company paid them in full, over $5000. My insurance company advised them that's not how it works, they  return my goods and then they get paid, common practice.   Needless to say I will never use this company again, they will make your bad situation worse.
