We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

Couldn't have been more pleased with the great folks over at Envy Restoration and Construction.  Truly amazing.  A leaky pipe inside my wall damaged both my master bedroom and half of my kitchen which ended up also being an asbestos problem in the drywall. Overall, a 1 month project to restore.  You can imagine not only the mess that this would cause but also the uncertainty about the solution.  Both Kevin and Rosie were prompt, attentive and genuinely focused at ensuring that every need, question and concern that I had was taken care of.  I literally had Kevin's cell number in my own phone and he responded to every phone call or text message. The first time ever I've had a contractor return EVERY ONE of my calls.   Additionally, the quality of work far exceeded my expectations and was done neat, orderly, on time and on budget.  I would and plan on recommending Envy to anyone that will listen.  They absolutely made a tough experience 1000% more bearable.

My water heater is in the house and it broke flooding the floor. The plumber I used to fix the water heater recommended Taylor for the restoration and boy am I glad he did! Taylor came out immediately after the incident! He walked me through the process step by step and all the issues and concerns that could arise during the restoration process. The day he came out to assess the situation he had equipment to start drying out floor. Taylor and his team were able to get to working on my house quickly. I was always in the loop about what was happening. If you need anybody to help you get through a stressful process, Taylor and his team are the company to go with. I am truly grateful for all the help and support.

In the midst of this pandemic, we suffered leakage in our bathroom twice. And twice, restore master was there to do their job. I cannot tell you how much the owner has helped us. First, he went with my schedule. I am a frontliner and I sleep in the day, they accommodated that. Secondly, we the guys that work for him were so neat that they cleaned after themselves. More importantly, Nasur put up with my questioning and inquiries throughout the process. For someone who deals with patients and family members that ask a lot of question, I knew Nasur did a great job in answering mine. Their pricing is very competitive and he works around your budget. I also appreciate that he comes to your house himself to assess the issue first then let his employees do the job later. This shows his dedication and committed with his own company. Furthermore, his advice in regards to other stuff such as what other companies to use as carpenters, plumbers, and other utility guys is invaluable!

Not to mention, I searched for two days before setting with Nesur. Other guy wanted to rip off my entire wall for a small spot of leakage. Nesur thought that was obviously adding more bills for them. Another wanted to rip off my insurance. Nesur also knew that was a rip off. I tell you, this guy knows all the tricks that others bestow to consumers who are in dire stress. That is why I trust him, that is why I choose their company.

Here is my advice, is you need restoration and any kind of water damage call him! Tell him that this review has made you connect to him! I would put my google reviewer reputation in line with this review. I stand firm that they are the best on what they do.

Final thoughts, do not hesitate on calling them for any problem. Ask for Nesur, he usually answers his phone call. Leave a voicemail. Call him first before you even think about calling the other guys. I just saved you headaches and ALOT of money by recommending this guys!

P.S. I fairly make reviews now because of time constraints and ofcourse since its saturated now, but I want to make sure they get the rating they deserve. So here a review from a former four year elite.

We had these guys come out after a water pipe was leaking and busted in our kitchen wall. They came and removed all the Mold and damaged dry wall. They Were both polite and professional. They were so quick and effective, i was truly impressed. I would highly recommend them for services.

If you need your house rehabilitated back to normal through a homeowners insurance claim (or not!) call Andy at Bright Home Construction!  

In Aug 2022, my home in Gilbert was hit by a giant monsoon storm that overwhelmed my sump pump and flooded 80% of my basement.  I called Andy's team and Andy himself came to my house after-hours to measure and photograph the damage...he actually spent 3 hours ensuring an accurate, complete estimate was prepared to submit to the insurance company... outlined in a format exactly how the insurance company claims department requires!  

This is so HUGE...because, the insurance company's initial review of Bright Home Construction's estimate was my final approved claim amount...when I spoke to the insurance claim's manager she said, and I quote, I don't see anything on here that would be an issue covering.  

More so, even if there was, Bright Home Construction actually is one of the few rehab/renovation construction companies I know that works directly with Insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner; negotiating, explaining, and articulating the proper claim amount and coverage is received by the homeowner.  

All in all, it was less than 20-days from when claim was approved to project completion...and they made it a point to complete before my daughter's 11-birthday party!!!

These guys were a life saver...life happened with the stomach bug and our gang load of kids...hence, we needed a carpet cleaner in a hurry!!! The crew was on the job less than 24 hours after my call and did a great job! The carpet looks and smells like new! Outstanding customer service all around as well as good pricing. No hesitation recommending or using Executive again in the future.

During the process of selling our home, we discovered that a new roof was in order. We acquired several bids which came in mostly in the same ballpark. However, we chose EA largely because of sales person/project manager Jake. Jake scheduled the project, it started on time and ended right on schedule. During the process, Jake was constantly involved. The crew did a great job; they really knew what they were doing and kept things about as tidy as you can when doing a project of this magnitude. (Side note: I'm glad the temps cooled off for the crew while doing this project!) We are very pleased with the outcome. Note to the owners of this company: Jake is a keeper... take care of this man!!

For context on our experience, we had a hot water heater rupture and flood half of a bedroom and a closet. We called Arizona Fire and Water Restoration Inc for help as per a recommendation from our insurance provider. They came to the house and immediately began assisting with the water that had flooded one general area. The water was removed, and then the drying process began (two fans and a dehumidifier). After a couple of days, they came back to remove the equipment. Upon departure, we were provided a written estimate/quote for the services rendered for $625.00. This seemed fair, given the time and work. We subsequently filled out the survey that came the following day with a positive review.
About 30-days later, we received a bill for $2052. I promptly contacted the company to discuss the discrepancy between the quote or estimate I had been provided vs. the bill we were being charged. The customer
service rep said she would get back to me. Getting back to me constituted them continuing to send the same invoice and me continuing to remind the person sending it to me, of the previous conversation I had had.
Finally, when it seemed no one was paying attention, my husband called and requested to speak to the General Manager, Dean Hamilton.  He was told he would get a callback and didn't. He did speak to the Controller Earny Sweeny, who said he was new but would look into the matter. Again, there was no follow up. Scott sent two more subsequent emails to the controller for some resolution and got no return reply.
Several weeks later (now today), I received a text from the General Manager, Dean Hamilton, whom my husband had tried to get in touch with previously.
He said we needed to call back and pay today. Trying to work from home as everyone is right now, I immediately replied while in a virtual meeting that my husband had already responded and please follow up with him. He couldn't figure out my husband's phone number, so a few more texts ensued. Finally, I had to tell him that my husband was handling this fraudulent charge and to please quit contacting me - to which he replied: If your husband doesn't call me back, you will hear from me again. I immediately left my virtual meeting and showed my husband the texts.
Scott called the number that was texting me, extremely upset, of course. The GM said we needed to pay, and my husband asked about the 325% discrepancy between what they were billing us and what we were quoted. The GM then asked my husband if he understood the meaning of an estimate. My husband asked if this was a typical discrepancy to which the GM asked if we had a homeowner's insurance policy. Not waiting for an answer, he then asked why we weren't just submitting the bill to our insurance company. My husband noted that this was irrelevant and poor business practice regardless of who was paying, to which the GM responded: Oh well, I guess you need to pay the entire amount today, or I am filing a lien on your house tomorrow'. While shocked that a company we thought to be so reputable would treat a customer this way, there was no recourse but to pay the remaining invoice with a credit card. When my husband said he was going to file a complaint with the BBB, the GM responded, that would be fine as potential customers or insurers would only see the complaint was resolved with the customer as the bill was paid.
This is the first negative review I have ever written, on any platform. I have also contacted the BBB.

After discovering a busted pipe which caused flooding & other damage, these guys have provided outstanding customer service & work ethic. They are extremely friendly & informative. They are thorough & clean up after themselves well. In fact, they even wipe the floors before they leave so they are cleaner now than before they came to work. While the restoration & repairs have only just begun, we are thankful to have such a phenomenal company taking care of our home. Thank you for caring for your customers!

Called the company to get a quote/estimated for the recent storm damage in our property. Ramon and Jeremy are two very nice and knowledgeable gentlemen who seem very committed. They even came back days after to pour water over the roof of the house to pin point where the leak was coming from in which they absolutely did. Now came estimate proposal to my insurance, they did not follow through. Ramon said that it will be there but it's three weeks later, no proposal. They don't even answer my calls and texts. I am now dealing with another company.
