I had a leak in my water main into the house plus needed 2 laundry valves replaced. I called Allen Wrench on Thursday afternoon around 3 pm and Joe said he could come out the next morning between 9am-11am. I texted Joe several pictures of the issues and he and partner Mike pulled up at 10:15 next day as promised, replaced the damaged pipe, replaced the laundry valves, cleaned up and were complete by noon for a fair and reasonable cost. They were professional, polite, and personable. I will call Allen Wrench Plumbing again if I have plumbing issues.

I found this company's DIY videos online when i suspected my water regulator was broken.  I noticed they were in Ramona so I called them up.  Received a call back even after business hours.  Unfortunately, i live outside their service area but the person talked with me for 30 minutes to guide me and give me advice on products and the best companies in my area to work.  Ramona is lucky to have such a great and honest plumber.

Our installer Danny was nice and did a great job. He thoroughly answered all our questions.  We recommend them. Came out and got the job done same day. Nice company and good price.

Extremely fast service for a problem that would have taken me far longer to repair myself.  One star down though because $200 for 30 minutes of work and 2 parts that cost $20 total is a bit high in my opinion for labor.

I called Jerry a few months back to get a quote, I had to cancel the appointment cause I needed someone right away due to a medical issue. His next appointment was a few days away and I couldn't wait. Although I had to go with another company he understood and he was so caring to my situation. I would definitely recommend Jerry's.

Instant Hot Water!
Pacific Beach Plumbing did a great job installing a recirculating hot water pump.  We chose and recommend the Hot Water D'MAND System and are happy.

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional for this service call to diagnose and fix our tankless water heater issue. Thankfully it was a quick fix, and they even provided documentation as to the cause for our HOA's and development's benefit. We would use this service if needed.

Maria and Sauro are amazing to work with to make our backyard dreams become reality... in 4 weeks! We were so impressed with the quality of the work, the professionalism of their team, and their fast communication if I had any questions. I always felt confident in the process.. they know what they are doing. The retaining wall they put in spanned nearly 50 feet and was quite an engineering process to watch come alive! We gained nearly 40% more usable backyard with the work they did on our sloped yard! It's now a great place for us to relax, have a bbq, and safely let our daughter play... before this remodel, it was completely unusable because of the shotty work done by the previous owners.

Be careful of this classic bait and switch sales pitch company. They quoted a price over phone, with a coupon that says drain clean 80 bucks with accessible clean out.  Showed them the clean out and they gave some magical excuse that the clean out is inconveniently under the sink.  So they up-charged 100 bucks. They get two stars because rejecting them allowed me to call one more company which got the job done (using said Cleanout) for 53 bucks in less than 15 minutes.

I called Regional Elite Plumbing to have some gas line work done.  My call went to their voice mail and I left a message describing what I was calling about along with my call back information.  They have never called me back.  I am rating this business one star because it's poor customer service, rude and caused a delay in my work.  You may not agree but I think it tells a lot about a company

Brian is the most honest plumber I have had the pleasure of doing business with! He does not charge a service charge or minimum fee. We had a small job and he gave us two choices, the least expensive and the more expensive. He was very articulate in explaining in layman's terms how each procedure would be accomplished. He also promises a free consultation. I had him go ahead with fixing my sink. FYI-he also did not offer an extra deal to go on yelp and writie a review. That is how good he is. I was self-motivated to write this:)

Requested...Repair one sink fixture quoted $100.00 flat rate over the phone....20 minutes later $350.00+ with little or no explanations...

Found another plummer outside of this stupid ANGIE'S LIST and competed the job in and hour for 200.00!!

Be careful out there...especially you seniors...

Mike was awesome. I have been using Mr Rooter plumbing three times and they have been more than excellent in their jobs.

Mike talked me out of an expensive quote made by another plumber with very clear details and pricing which convinced me the $ value versus the work.

His team did it for less than half what was originally quoted by bill Howe.
The supervising plumber at mr rooters also completed the drywall work since my handyman did not show up and left the place spic and span ... so professionally done. It's awesome.
