I called late on Saturday night when my AC unit went out.  They were here early Sunday AM, fixed the unit at a very fair price.  I couldn't be more satisfied.

Jeff just fixed my water heater and i am absolutely delighted with his service and craftsmanship.  Our other water heater had gone out a while back and the other service company had left a total mess.  Jeff was on time, explained everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself.  Will be calling Thunderbird again if we ever have an issue I can't fix myself.

Tech was very nice and courteous.  However a lot of unexpected charges like  credit card surcharge, PPE charge (although work was done outside), didn't honor coupon, charge an hour of work for a 5 min of tightening. Worse of all, didn't even fix the problem and wanted to charge $300 extra.  At the end, I ended up fixing it myself for less than $50.  

He is expensive but if he would had fixed it in the first place or come back and fix it properly without gouging me over again then I wouldn't had given him a poor review.

Let me say upfront, I am a perfectionist. I can be the best of customers and the worst of customers. And, I can really appreciate an outfit that attempts to do things right. From pricing and service to workmanship and responsiveness, Fuentes Tile exceeded all of our expectations. We are SO happy we found Olvin and his team! I would have them back in a New York minute and I would gladly endorse him to any friend. Their desire to delight us at every point of the process was evident and the outcome was phenomenal.

My long-established realtor, here in Austin, gave me Union Jack Plumbing as a business contact that she trusted, for both responsiveness, quality of work, and fair pricing.  I can report, with 100% confidence and truthfulness, that Nick, owner of Union Jack, followed through in ways totally aligned with those recommendations.

I always think a specialist--in any field--should explain what he is doing, suggest ways to maintain the fix he's done for a problem, and offer to follow up, should any more questions or issues arise.  Again, Nick gets an A-plus, in his customer service, follow-through, and follow-up.

I will not hesitate to call Union Jack again, should I ever need plumbing upgrades or repair work.  I have no business or family association with Union Jack or with Nick and am very pleased to have this business on my contacts list.

My real estate agent actually found Ben and O & M Plumbing for me. I was in the process of buying a duplex with foundation issues. After the foundation was repaired, several pipes under the duplex burst.

My real estate agent got bids from a few different companies, but O & M Plumbing was the most reasonable BY A LONG SHOT. They did the work promptly and efficiently.

In the process of doing that job, they found a water leak in the bathroom on one side of the place. I called them out to come look at it and then had a few other jobs I needed done (like installing a new toilet, checking an issue with the sink, etc.). The sink issue was a simple fix, which they didn't even charge me for. They told me it was best to wait until they could do the rest of the work at once, so I wouldn't get charged multiple trip charges.

I have never heard of a plumber who would give his customers tips on how to NOT get charged.

When I had plumbing mishap the week before they were scheduled to come out and take care of all that work, I called Ben at 7 am, frantic because one side of the duplex was flooded with water from a spewing pipe. He was at my place in 15 minutes to fix it.

The week they were scheduled to install the toilet for my tenant, they had several jobs that came up that kept them from getting to me. On the 4th of July, when I'm sure Ben had much better things to do, he made a special trip in the morning to make sure my tenant's bathroom was taken care of.

As a rental owner, I cannot express how relieved I a to have found such great plumbing service. I've raved about Ben, but every other employee that I've met has been just as nice and accommodating.

I would recommend O & M Plumbing to anyone and everyone. They do excellent work and they're honest. It doesn't get much better than that.

I had a great experience with Austin Plumbing! Chesley quickly fixed an issue with a commercial toilet that wasn't flushing. I'll be calling them first for future plumbing issues!

We had Geronimo and Sons replace all the stop valves in our house. They did a great job at a great price. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

My garbage disposal didn't work so I called to a schedule a fix. He told me before we scheduled anything, to try pushing the reset button on the disposal. I didn't know they had reset buttons. That fixed the issue at no charge. 5 stars for integrity!

The valve on our toilet broke. It was running constantly which meant a huge water bill if we didn't get it fixed fast. Most plumbers on Yelp either charged a fee to just come look at the issue or wouldn't be available for weeks. I contacted Everest plumbing on Saturday. They not only gave me an on the spot estimate but were also able to fit us in their schedule for  the next business day. They even arrived within their 2hr estimated arrival window! It took less than an hour to fix and they handled everything.

Nowadays it can be scary to have someone you don't know come into your home for repairs. Meeting this dynamic and professional husband and wife team immediately put me at ease. They were able to make room in their schedule for me very quickly and were even kind enough to call and see if I wanted them to come sooner (I did) when someone else cancelled. They quickly identified that the leak was actually a backed up drain pipe from me A/C. They cleared the pipe for me, helped me fix it so that it wouldn't happen again, kindly pointed out that I needed to clean out my dryer vent soon, and vacuumed out all the water that had accumulated. They were very punctual and professional. They're one of a very few businesses that I have saved into my phone to contact again in the future if I have problems. I highly recommend them!

We got a ac in stalled by them in 2017 and they whenever we have any issues they have been very helpful. Every technician that's come out to the house has been very knowledgeable and friendly. I also appreciate that they've been able to get out to see us quickly.

They are not at all reasonable. They provided a quote that was extremely high . Luckily I asked around before committing to them. It was more than ( 50% lower )  It's very frustrating there is no transparency in this industry.

I called at 3pm on a Friday and they were at my house by 4pm. Lee was professional and kind. He and his apprentice quickly found the issue and had it fixed very quickly. The end cost was actually less than originally quoted. This company and Lee as their representative are fully trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone.

My wife spotted one of those dreaded Sunday water leaks at the side of our house two days ago. My usual plumbers, who are good, were not open on Sunday but we had quite a geyser coming out our  water softener pipe. I researched on Yelp and came across Plumbsmart. From the company's answering service to Cody, the owner of the company to Joe the service tech., the service was outstanding and the leak was fixed within two hours from my initial call. I was impressed with the work, the people I spoke to or met. I now see why their reviews are so highly rated.  I have a feeling the leak started several days ago and eventually split the pipe and became Old Faithful because the water pressure inside the house has increased remarkably.

I needed a washer and dryer removed and set aside in my garage. They arrived on the dot when he said they would. They were fast, efficient, and were very friendly. I would definitely call again if needed.
